I got a very good offer on my old truck. Then I got a barrage of emails that said I had to follow up in 24 hours. I followed up, but GMTV did not follow up. Even after multiple calls and emails. I thought something went wrong, or they backed out on the deal. Another stop by the office got things moving again. Busy was the excuse. I get that, but it takes 2 seconds to reply to an email or text to say we are busy. Get to you tomorrow or the next day, or whatever the time frame is. They cause more interruptions for themselves, and probably add to their busy by not following up. But in the end, I got the check. And the process was easy and painless other than the follow up

I went to the site and put in all of the info, for an old truck, I wanted to sell. Due to the pandemic, it took a little longer than normal, for someone to get in touch with me. Once the agent got in touch, he offered me more than I was expecting for my old truck, which wasn’t running.
