So far I have used this company on three different occasions in which everything went well on each.

I brought my vehicle here late November as the place is close to my house and it has positive reviews online. DO NOT LET THE POSITIVE REVIEWS FOOL YOU. The receptionist always sounded like she didn’t know what was going on and was giving me the run around. If you need more time, just say that! On top of that, the few times that I was up there, there were kids running around all over the place! Not safe and very unprofessional! I shouldn’t have to deal with toys being thrown at me while I’m patiently waiting for an update in the office. I wasn’t going to write a review until I noticed a little bit of defective paint work this past week. Paying someone to fix it out of pocket because I don’t want to deal with these clowns anymore! I’m pretty sure they sleep in the shop, too! Very unprofessional place. I’ve wrecked my vehicle before and the experience back then was night and day between that shop and this one. This is not China!

My experience with Unique Custom is just awesome. The work, the craftsmanship, the effort they put to your car is unbelievable.. its like the West Coast Customs of the south.. Tanya is so helpful and very approachable and down to earth person. Nothing in Baton Rouge will compare to this great experience in my opinion.. Khai is superb and exceeded all my expectations. Earlier this year someone backed into my car and I had to get some repairs done. I looked online because they had a ton of good reviews. These guys are the real deal. They finished the job fast and did a great job on repairs. There was a slight smudge from something and they went above and beyond when one of the girls at the desk took a rag to it and removed it. Last week I had the pleasure of meetingTanya and Jimmy.at Unique Custom Collision. Tanya impressed me first by listening to m y story for a second time. My story started 7 years ago. While I was there I watched her handle a large volume of work around her desk. She put it all together including paperwork from 2012. Jimmy came to meet me after looking at the car and reviewing the history. He was sincere and calming and told me theyd get me a rental car and when my car would be ready.You dont see this kind of service everywhere. I would send my family there.

I was referred to Unique Custom Collision Center by a Progressive Insurance representative because Unique is a Progressive Guaranteed collision center. My experience with them was excellent. The staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful. They are very efficient, and the paperwork didnt even take the 15 minutes that it was estimated to take. Jimmy - the owner, I think - met with me about my car and explained what to expect. He was kind and very personable. He assured me that the work would be completed within the timeline and that the work was guaranteed. He did not disappoint; my car was finished and like new a day earlier than scheduled. I write this review as I sit at Unique waiting on my car to be aligned, a service that Jimmy offerred to save me money and help me out. If you happen to be in accident, Unique Custom Collision is the repair center to go to. The service and quality of their work is excellent.

Did a great job with good turn around time

I’ve been going to Unique Custom Collision for years and couldn’t ask for a better service. I am always met with a friendly greeting and they always have time for whatever work I bring them, whether it be complex or the simplest job. They have worked on both my everyday auto and my high end sports auto for not only body work, but general mechanical work and upgrades as well. Khai and his team are honest with you when describing the work that needs to be done and the work that can wait. I have never had them try to up-sell me on anything, and they always are on the lookoutfor the best price on parts that they can get for you to make the bill the cheapest they can make it for you. Ive always found the work done in a timely manner, in fact some jobs are done while I am waiting there in the waiting room. I would highly recommend Khai and his team at UCCC for any car work required.
