The awesome folks at the Gerry Lane Chevrolet Collision Center really could not have been nicer or more helpful when I brought in my Chevy Spark to be repaired recently. When I first got there, Chris Timon VERY kindly came out with us and used a fantastic tool called a slide hammer to help us pull out part of the car door so that we could at least open it until we could get it repaired properly. He worked on it about 15 minutes to get it to be usable. He did this without any payment or expectations! Super nice guy. Kevin Dartez and Elizabeth Poplin were also VERY helpful not only in answering my many questions, but also they kept me in the loop with each step having to do with the repair estimate, parts ordering, and dealing with my Insurance company. My car was ready when they said it would be and it looks FANTASTIC, as though it was not in a wreck. I am so impressed with this group! I would recommend them to anybody who needs collision repair work. Really, such a nice, well organized, hard working bunch. Exceeded my expectations! On April 28 2021 I had the unfortunate experience of hitting a deer on I-12. The deer did quite a bit of damage and my 2016 Camaro was towed to Gerry Lane Chevrolet.Elizabeth and her team in the Bodyshop began the job of evaluating the amount of damage. They quickly submitted a supplemental report to my insurance company and later began the repair. Elizabeth stayed in contact with me throughout the process and kept me updated on the progress of my repair. They were never too busy to answer my questions or listen to my concerns.I chose Gerry Lane as my repair facility since that was where I had purchased my car. I do not regret my decision. Elizabeth is definitely an asset to the dealership.On May 21, 2021 I picked up my Camaro after repairs were made and could not be happier. Very pleased with my experience. Parts arrived in about a week and repairs were done in less than an hour. Office staff and service techs were so friendly and easy to work with. Will definitely come back if I have any other issues with my vehicle.
