Words can’t describe the experience I had with this place. They really take pride in what they do and goes waaayyy above and beyond. Mr. Vu the owner is a very genuine and dedicated man who delivers stupendous service. I’m so glad that my insurance company works with cs. You wouldn’t ever regret having your car here, and if so then you’ll probably be expecting a souvenir when your car is done. But they even washed and vacuumed my car. I had the worst service my car was there more than 6 weeks and they couldnt tell me what was wrong with my car. The man VU got and attitude with me when Im trying to find out whats taking so long. I wouldnt recommend or give them my business every again.

I had an accident and my insurance recommended this place. Mr. Vu is very very nice but when they gave me my car back we found out something was wrong with the alienation. We called several times and they kept saying they will fix it but never did. We ended up changing the tire which was completely damaged and we had to pay out of pocket.

Great body shop! I came in to get a dent repaired, and the work is excellent. It looks even better than when it was new! My car has a very unique paint color, and they were able to match it perfectly. They offered me rides home from the shop, which was really helpful. When I got my car back, it looked like it was new! Not only was the dent completely repaired, but it was vacuumed and washed as well. It was really a nice touch. A part for my car had to be ordered, and would not arrive for another few weeks. They were able to put on the old part so I could have my car back during this time, and I was able to drop it off at a later date to get the new part installed. This was great since it meant I didnt have to get a costly rental for this period. Everyone is so kind and helpful there! Also, they send you text updates on the status of your car, so you know approximately how much time is left on the job. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the work they have done. The pricing is also very competitive, and the location is very convenient for anyone who lives in downtown/ mid city.

Best staff ever! Checking in and doing the paperwork was so easy with them and they always had a smile on their face. Thats why it pains me to say I have an issue. My car was getting some body work done and they kept the car for a little over 2 weeks. It was even done early and looked good mostly expect the repairs werent all the way done when I showed up.So I had to bring the car back to fix a window shield which wasnt a problem since I was told it would take only 2 days. Unfortunately things are taking alittle longer than expected and I now I have to wait an additional day for my car.Love the people but not loving my situation! 5 stars anyways

As a first time customer, I was a bit skeptical on trying a new body shop but I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. I also had some confusion with the insurance company and the staff couldn’t have been more patient with me throughout the whole process. My car looks better than when I first got it. They have been repairing my and my friendss vehicles for the pastfifteen years. When it comes to workmanship, quality and customerservice, they are the gold standard. If there was a rating higher thanfive stars, they would deserve it.

EDIT: Years later their work holds up and never had an issue after the fact. They took longer than I wanted but it got done right and under budget.Had my truck for 2 weeks longer than originally told, 1 day shy of 3 weeks total. I was very unhappy with the amount of time. They offered a free rental after they had my truck a week over due, but got the rental until the job was done, 6 days.Now that I have my truck back I have been able to inspect the work done.I honestly cant tell they did anything and that is a good thing. It looks as good if not a little better than before it was wrecked.I will note that my truck was very close to going over the price point of having it totaled and the boss guy was able to keep the number down enough so that I was able to keep my truck and not have it a loss. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This place goes beyond your expectations. My wifes car was repaired to better than before her accident. The paint work is flawless. We had a problem with the air conditioning blowing but not cold. They figured it out, and made it right. They even replaced a trim piece that wasnt included in the estimate. Way better than a paint and body place I used years ago. VERY SATISFIED.

Had an issue where my car was in the shop for an extended period of time - two months. That was a huge hassle, and I was pretty angry about it, but the owner was fantastic - he gave me rides to and from the auto shop, paid for a rental car, and was super-friendly the entire time. Staff was great too.In short, it went from a situation where I was really angry with the repair shop (for taking so long), and planning to write a one-star review, to being really happy with how they handled the issue, and giving them five stars. Theyre a really busy shop, as youll see, and sometimes delays happen. Cant speak highly enough of the owner.

The work is really good but the customer service is poor. I offer lifetime warranty but if you have to return your car they are very rude. The owner is especially rude concerning returns. Poor followup services after your work is complete.

Mr. Vu and his crew are very good people. His work is outstanding. Being new to Baton Rouge at the time, I had got in an accident, and did not know where to bring my car. I looked for the closest place to my house, and Collision Solutions was it. I did not know what to think at first (being a small town girl where you know everybody) but when my car was finished, it looked brand new again! I knew at that moment I couldnt bring my car anywhere else. Mr. Vu cares about his customers and he helps in any way he can to make sure that you are taken care of. I keep having to bring back my car for more repairs and replacements despite the fact that they had the car for well over 3 weeks after someone rear ended me. When I tried to pick it up after the 3rd time and asked why the check engine light was on, Wasnt that light always on? was the response I received. No, the check engine light was always on when they had my vehicle because they did not fix it correctly. I am now here again to get the check engine light fixed and the rental car I was supposed to have was never set up because they figured I had a ride. I would not choose this repair shop myself. Unfortunately State Farm has decided this is where my car is to be fixed if they are going to pay it.

If I could give this place a negative star I would! Do not go to them! Go somewhere else - save yourself and your car the pain and suffering. First and foremost, the customer service is downright awful. I asked them to give me a call to let me know the estimate time to fix my car, since I did not have car rental coverage under my insurance. No one called me and I had to call up there. I talked to the secretary or representative and she told me my car would be finished the following week because they received all the parts today. Cool. Called the following week, and she told me hey we just received all your parts, you will get your car next week. So I told her maam you told me last week you received all the parts. She replied yes but your car needed supplemental parts it was more damaged than we thought, but I will be done next week. Ok cool. Called the following week about picking up my car. She has the nerve to tell me, we just got the supplemental parts and your car wont be done until Friday of this week. I said maam you just told me last week you got all of the supplemental parts, why am I getting conflicting statements. What other parts did you need to order. I apologize I am not sure what parts they have to order, but I will call you Friday to let you know the status of your car. Ok cool. No one calls me Friday, so I called and once again I am told they are still waiting for supplemental parts my car will be done Monday. At this point I am livid, but I say ok I will see yall Monday. Called the following Monday, my car still isnt done, so I asked to speak to the manager and we went back and forward with him supposedly not being able to tell me what these so called supplemental parts were. Finally, I eventually got my car a few days later. It seemed to be in decent condition, but thats when the other problems started. I had to replace one tire on my car and now my car alarm keeps going over randomly. I refused to take my vehicle back to this place - tomorrow it is going straight to the service department at my dealership where I probably should have brought it in the first place. Sidenote: after fixing my headlight (because it had to be replaced, the wonderful technicians decided to dispose of by putting it in the back of my trunk. What wonderful and thought people. JUST STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!

While the vehicle is taking longer than expected to be repaired, Mr. Vu has kindly assisted the customer with transportation in the meantime, which he is not obligated to do. In addition, he spent time discussing the work needed in an effort to save the vehicle at the desire of the customer. The damage is not minor and involves both structural and cosmetic damage. It takes time to fix, and my experience has been that these things often run longer than initially expected. I am speaking first-hand about the vehicle in question and want to put my perspective out there. The vehicle owner chose to send the auto to Collision Solutions for handling because of a previous positive experience with the shop--both customer service and actual work to the vehicle.

Stay as far from this place as you possibly can! I trusted my insurance when they recommended this shop for the repairs to my SUV. When I received my SUV back there was more damage to my car than prior to the accident. My SUV is not even 2 years old. The wreck was on the passenger side. I now have damage to my driver side, back, roof of the SUV, and the inside. Scratches, rust, unauthorized after market parts (now voided warranty), steering where damage, inside interior damage....I mean the list goes on!!!!!STAY AWAY!!
