Their media mail is a scam.I paid double the cost the post office would charge because I thought the ups would take better care, WRONG. They over charged me and handed it over to the standard post office. What was even the point of their store? It gets worse.The $350 package got damaged in route and there is 7 missing books out of 62 volumes. Now I have to deal with ebay! I sent the store clerk the pictures the buyer sent me of the damaged box, the clerk called me back without even looking at them (even tho he asked for them) and told me to file a complaint to the standard post office! Some help!So basically I went to ups for security and they dumped my $350 goods on the most low grade possible service for $33, thanks!

Staff is super nice and goes out of their way to help. We have a mailbox here and they always help me carry big heavy boxes to my truck. Top notch service. They’ve even printed out mailing labels for me when my printer ran out of ink. The owner, Thomas, is almost always there and is a very nice and helpful person. It is a great place to rent a mailbox and mail boxes.

VERY excellent addition to the Business Community in Batesville! Much-needed & busy; but always helpful, Professional Customer Service. Well never have to go uphill to the UPS Terminal again (which really doesnt provide a retail counter anyway.) Weve used other UPS Store locations due to shipping orders while travelling. This one is far above standard.

I have a mail box at this store. Unlike at a P. O. box, fedex and of course UPS packages can be delivered at the location, in addition to mail. It is locally owned, and the staff is always courteous and helpful. Besides shipping solutions and mail boxes, they offer many other services. I would suggest any business owner in the area check out their print and graphic services.

Tried submitting my first online printing order. The UPS software is very confusing (no fault of the store) compared to FedEx. Finally got it formatted for printing, entered payment info, and submitted the job. Was kicked out due to an Incorrect XML error. The helpful chat dialog explained it was a problem with this particular stores cc processing, and that theyd contact their bank to correct it. Like this is the first time its happened? I doubt it. These things should just work! Not exactly an Amazon experience.Update 1/2/2020: Walk-in service is always great! Haven’t tried another online print order though.
