Easy to find shipper picked up for tractor supply shipping was located corner of industrial and Grand. Go to the shipping door theres a couple of numbers call and check in that way make sure to give your pickup number and your trailer number. Quick load up under 30 minutes. Someone comes out and gives you your paperwork including a seal. Finally off you go to your final destination.

I dont know if theyve gotten too big too fast or what . They have a good mower for the price although all brands use same parts engines, transmission etc but good luck with the warranty center might as well order parts online from other companies and fix it yourself!

They set the standards on customer service quality. This is my third bad boy mower and every time I call for questions or parts and any information they have been extremely polite and professional and courteous and knowledgeable. Im proud to own my bad boy revolt 36 mower. With saying that I did make a couple improvements.

My mower caught on fire, they think it a loose wire!!! They offered to replace parts, it cant be fixed. I found out three people in my area whose Bad Boy mowers have caught fire. Sounds like you guys better be doing something besides telling your customers its out of warranty. This was an explosion probably due to a gas leak due to your faulty gas tanks.

Bolt on deck belt keeps slipping. I have changed Bolt multiple times. CALLED badboy about this . No help from theme about their bad design. Will not recommend this mower.

Easy in/ easy out. The roads are a little tight so drivers watch your left or right turns going to the shipping/ receiving. I had a full load but was done within 20 mins.

Never again will I purchase a Bad boy Mower. About a month ago I purchased a 2018 36” walk behind to replace my Scag that was stolen in February. Zero support, less than 9 hours on the unit & I’ve had to replace 2 tension springs, it leaves terrible clumps that I end up having to go over the lawns again with my Honda 21 inch, no warranty even though it’s a 2018 & they claim bumper to bumper. Badboy has removed any and all videos, reviews, or any sort of content from the planet. I was told they quit making the stand ups this year to make improvements. That’s awesome. But what about us small business owners who were duped into buying one to make a living?

Weve had a zero turn Bad Boy mower for about 8 years or more(?). Dont recommend them. Things (everything) break all the time. Every year we have multiply trips to the shop for repairs of things that shouldnt break. We cut 6 acres. I do the mowing usually. When it is functioning correctly, all is well. But the belt comes off nearly every mow. The shop where we take it, and yes, we know them too well, doesnt even sell them anymore do to poor quality and constant issues. Theyve reconfigure several poorly designed parts, several at that. We have a trailer and my husband uses it to take the Bad Boy in for repair more than anything else. Never buy again!

I bought my Badboy mower about 10 years ago. It only had 2.5 hours on it when I purchased the mower. Those few hours were from a Willie Nelson music video.I have a small business mowing lawns so I use my mower a lot. Badboy mowers are built like a tank. The service department is the best I have ever seen. You cant go wrong with a badboy.

Purchased a bad boy zero turn mower over 10 years ago and have relied on them for replacement parts for as many years. My recent experience though has truly upset me. I called to order a part which cost only $6.40 and was charged $16.28 for shipping for a total of $22.68. The shipping cost I was told was much less where the total cost should have never exceeded $10 to $12. No way would I have agreed to pay such a high fee for this simple part. I later found an online source that would have charged just over $11 total for the same part, shipping included. Needless to say I am extremely displeased with the service and lack of consideration I was shown by this company especially considering the significant amount of money I have spent on them as a previous loyal customer. It is near time for me to replace my 60 mower and I will look to purchase from other sources.
