We have a business account. We’ve been in the store for an hour and forty minutes so far trying to exchange a jet pack for a wireless home phone because THEY gave us the wrong device to start with. At first the sales rep said it was past “the 14-day return window” and they couldn’t return it. I asked for a manager, she came out and tried the same line. Said she had talked to the home office and it couldn’t be returned. I asked where the home office for Russell Cellular was and was told Battlefield, Missouri. I asked the manager to give me the number for the highest ranking person at the home office. Asked her to write it on my paperwork. She said ok, then both she and the sales rep disappeared again behind the door. When they came back out, they had a wireless home phone and were going to try to exchange it for us. The manager then dumped it all back on the sales rep and she is trying to figure out how to do a simple exchange. Manager has disappeared and is not helping at all. Sales rep says the system is new and “no one” knows how to do this. She is now on the phone with Verizon customer support trying to get them to process the exchange. We are approaching 2 full hours in the store for a simple exchange. To say the service has been DREADFUL and that this has been one of the worst customer service experiences in my 50 years on this earth would be.a GROSS UNDERSTATEMENT and do a disservice to those who just give bad service! This is beyond bad. I’m out of adjectives!!!

Finally a professional phone guy in Batesville AR. Daniel at the Verizon cell phone store in Batesville AR. Took my 15 yrs old MotoZ That was slow, sluggish and dim! I went in to the Verizon accessories shop next to Walmart and gave him my phone I asked Daniel if it was worth salvaging, he said if you will leave it overnight I see what I can do. I said sure Ill be back in the morning. WelI went back next day carrieng a Baggie for the part s he looked up and just a moment and Ill get your phone. I cant believe it now it looks new and is working like a well oiled supercomputer, way to go Daniel, and the young lady helping in there really has a lot of satisfied customer s

I dealt with three different people over three trips to get my new phone. The first lady (Sami I believe) was fantastic. She was laid-back, helpful, and really nice. She helped me decide on the phone to choose. When I came to set it up, Id hoped shed be working again, but I ended up with Tyler, who was also fantastic. He talked me through all the deals and helped me decide on how to get best offer that worked for me. We had to order my phone, so I came back today and started the process with Daniel, who was just as great. He passed me over to Tyler since he set it up originally, and we got it all taken care of on a timely manner. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

The consultant did not know the Sim card could be switched to the new phone from the old.She did not inform us our bill would increase $35/ month with the new Samsung phone.Charged us a $25 set up fee after we told her to switch SIM card and none of the info switched over, that is another step.We wanted to pay the bill in full but she said we could not it was to be financed.Never Ever use Russell Cellular in Batesville, AR.

My husband had problems getting text on his phone . We went to the Verizon store . The first guy was nice but he gave us to tex support..We waited on my husband phone finally got someone. Then we wave at Dave really supper nice and he seem to know what he was doing.it was about 20 minutes He and the tex support guy got it done. Thank you Dave doing a great job. So if you need any help at the Verizon store ask for Dave.

Horrible, fails to honor account discounts in accordance with your verizon contract. Shady promos. The owner is not worried about its customers. Just making money.To be clear I have a business account. Im supposed to get a discount on certain purchases but they only honor half the amount its supposed to be.UPDATE:The response doesnt help anything. They still are not honoring the discounts verizon grants business users.

Its changed to Russell cellular now. Bought my wife a new phone got talked into changing bill was supposed to be the same as it was. Look at my bill it has went up over $150 I know part of it was from the phone which was supposed to be 33 a month. Nope it is $44. So many lies from what I can tell so far. Now its time to go fight with Verizon tomorrow and possibly leave the company for good. We will see what happens maybe my rating will change afterwards we will see. I have to edit my review. Finally got everything fixed through Verizon wireless. Took me quite a few tries to finally get it. There was a bit of misinformation on things but after changing things around it has went to the way I was told it would be. This is part ofthe salesmans fault and also a lot of Verizon wireless fault. I should only have to call one time it took about 7 calls and me finally getting rude to get all of the extra charges taken off. Tried using excuses such as its prorated that is why. I explained my bill was exactly the same so even if it is prorated it should be the exact same. Not 170 extra. As I said after 7 calls and me finally getting rude they fixed it. Also Russell cellular charges $30 and Verizon charges $40 so 70 extra dollars to buy a phone through them where if you buy it direct it cost nothing extra to set it up. Ill change it to 3 stars though since Im still disappointed in what it took, but it did get fixed time spent total around 4 hours on phone and probably 15 gallons of fuel spent for Verizons fault!

This was my 1st visit here. I was very impressed, from the immediate great customer service, to the friendliness of the staff, to the cleanliness of the store. Within minutes I had bought a phone & changed from AT&T to Verizon. The rep, Carlos Tyler, was excellent. He answered every question, took care of every detail, & gave me his card, told me to call him personally if I have any problems. I highly recommend this particular Verizon store!

Weve been in a couple of times after getting promotional emails from Verizon and the staff had to look them up. You might check Verizons website before going to make sure you get the best deal.

Good service.....not really. what ever you do DO NOT take youre own phone in when getting new service or new lines. They will block the IMEI number on their Network and claim it isnt compatible which forces you to buy a phone. This happened to me. After calling tech support trying to figure out why a phone I had been using through Verizon would no longer work after switching to a post paid account. They told me the phone would work, and after looking into the issue on why it wasnt they found the IMEI had been blocked. So this is why the rep wanted to see my phone to check if it was compatible. So aside from being lied to so the rep could get a bigger commission I have nothing really good to say about the store. The service from Verizon is good though but that isnt due to the guys in the store.

Verizon isnt exactly known for customer service, and theres no difference here. Extremely rude employees and a store that sells tablets with no working tablets for the employees to use. If youre forced to do business with Verizon, do it through the phone or online. Despite the troubles, its better than going to this brick-and-mortar.

The store is great. The people are great. But I have a problem with my phone and I cant call them. I call, it rings, then silence then, it is not necessary to dial a 1 or 0 when dialing this number.
