I had 2 recalls, a sound in my steering column and needed an oil change so I took my Kia Optima in and I made it there early! They took me right away to their really nice & comfortable waiting area.They were super courteous and accommodating! I waited and my car was done in no time, they replaced the recall, replaced the cuff in my steering column and changed my oil checked fluids and tires and went over it all with me. Then sent me on my way with a “drive safe” they really seem to care about their customers experience. Then, get this!! They called me the next day with a courtesy call to make sure I was happy with the results!! I absolutely am!! So refreshing to have a service department who pays attention to detail and does a phenomenal job! Thank you Mark Martin Kia team!! Wednesday, he found one for me. Friday, we went to the dealership to pick it up. He walked us through all the buttons and features. It was hands-down the BEST experience buying a car with the best car salesmen in Arkansas.

I came in with two issues with my car under warranty a tapping sound which they couldnt find and thats okay but my navigation system has just gone haywire and your service representative sat in the car with me and agreed she couldnt figure it out so this was on a Friday and I said Ill call you back on a Tuesday hopefully youll be able to get Kia tech support and figure out how to fix it I called on Tuesday she wasnt available left my name and number Ive never had a call back and I still dont have a navigation system

Mark Markin Kias service in Batesville is always impeccable. Unfortunately we were late on Friday but that was not a problem for them and they fit us in. It is an hour and a half drive from where I live and I will keep going there to service my vehicle.

After hearing an odd noise coming from my car I scheduled an appointment to have it looked at. It took a little longer than I would have liked to get it in but that isnt their fault, they were very busy but incredibly courteous and friendly. I LOVE that they had women working in the service department, they were rocking it! After a little over an hour they figured out what was wrong with my car, it needs a completely new engine which will be covered by warranty. They immediately set me up with a rental car, it was so quick and painless. This was today so I cant comment on the work yet but Im sure they will do a fantastic job!
