The service I received at this FedEx location was easily one of the better customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. It was almost time for the store to close, so I wanted to quickly run up to drop off some returns. Jeff, nearing the end of his shift, had the biggest smile on his face when I walked in the door. He was welcoming, patient, and genuinely happy to help. Kindness goes a long way with me. Especially in times like these. No excuses- positive energy always wins. Thank you for making the world a better place, Jeff. Thank you, FedEx.

I walked in to find out information on printing the one where you send to an Email and they can print it for you for a small fee, at another location they have signs on the windows about it but at this location they did not. Which was fine, the manager was unpleasant. She wanted to know Everything I was trying to print I’m not sure why, but I said I had done this before and I usually do it for 1-2 pages. She looked very bothered, and I couldn’t help but notice her micromanaging the store associates. They all looked bothered . The man who checked me out was nice towards the end but this isn’t a very pleasant location.

I went in and explained to the gentleman that i didnt have any experience with the printing process from the emails,and he waited on at least 10 customers that came in after me.Once he assisted them,he went to another lady that came from the back of the store and started talking to her.I was under the impression that it was their job to assist people.I went up the street to the St.Charles location and the people there was really nice and took great care of me.The older gentleman needs to know that customer service is about how you treat EVERY customer,not just some.

I brought a large prepaid return in. The product’s package was a mess, but store manager Joe willingly helped me tape it up properly and get the return label on. Fairly busy with three other customers in there, but I was in and out in about one minute.

I had mediocre experiences at this location prior to the current manager, Andrew. He handled my last project at the last minute - very helpful. This morning, he sent me an email thanking me for my business (from last month) and asked if he could help with anything. I replied by letting him know that I already had an order scheduled for pickup at his location (I had placed that order online). Apparently, the online system never processed my order. I would have shown up at Kinkos later this week only to be sorely disappointed. Fortunately, Andrew was able to handle my order via email and get it done on time. This is the first time a Kinkos location reached out to me and it turned out to be a very timely email. The online system for Kinkos appears unreliable. But this location delivers great service. Kudos.

I shipped a pair of soccer ⚽️ cleats at this location and the guy who assisted me was able to save me a bunch of money.

Had a manager all but directly call me a liar and refuse to print my order because apparently in his opinion Creative Commons Licensing isnt a thing. Office Depot helped me no problem and was vastly more polite.

We have always been treated courteously and professionally at this Fed Ex facility

Young man was rude, demanded to know what I was shipping. Polar opposite of what I experienced a few months ago. Customer service seems lost to the new to workforce

I do alot of business at FedEx. For some reason this particular one could not email. I usually get tracking numbers emailed to me and can get documents scanned and emailed to me. The guy at this one insisted that FedEx cannot email. Last time Ill be going to this particular FedEx.

I’m here at 9:51am to pick up my order and no one is even here.

Worst experiences ever. Ive shipped from here about 3 times and every time Ive, gone the girl working is extremely rude and on her phone texting and totally disconnected from her work. Switching to UPS.

Staff is a little rude.Edit: On another visit they were closed before posted time. Revised to one star.
