My wife and I went to this Kay Jewelers to just purchase a warranty on a ring I had purchased, we worked with Kelsey and she was absolutely amazing! She explained things to us about the warranty that we were never told of. She was very knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend asking for her when you go in!

Brought my engagement ring and wedding ring to be resized here. They were cheerful and professional and made me feel comfortable leaving my rings with them. They take close up photos of your rings, so you can see that it is your same diamonds. It was also much cheaper than I expected.

Bought our engagement ring here three weeks ago. Took two weeks to resize and when we got it back lost a diamond out of it. Had to send it back to be repaired. I did not even have the ring 24 hours. Still waiting for it to come in from repair....today is a week now. Total of over three weeks and we dont have the ring. Not happy. Very disappointed.

My experience was amazing! They were able to show me the options that I had available to me and move from there. With my budget I did not think that I would be able to get what I wanted but they broke it down for so that I could afford it.
