Kevin is by far the most experienced, honest, helpful, and proficient computer technician I’ve ever met. I’ve only ever paid fair prices and received excellent service!

If you need a computer repaired this is the place to go. The thing I liked most was how honest Kevin was. He couldve easily charged me more for a charger, but encouraged me to come in so he could analyze my laptop better. Kevin did not charge me a fee for the appointment or for the work he did, he literally charged me just for the battery that I needed. Secondly, Kevin was polite, prompt, helpful and knowledgeable. Compared to my tech guys in the past, he was definitely one of the better ones. I highly recommend him to anyone!!!

After getting the runaround from a computer store in Warsaw for a power cord for my husbands work computer (and wasting almost a full work day), we drove to Batavia where the owner of this business had the correct cord, was very personable and very much impressed my husband with his knowledge of computers. If we had only come here first, we would have saved ourselves a lot of frustration and time. Live and learn! This is absolutely the computer store we will do business with and return to.

TOTALLY Dishonest person and company. Loads Split Os messing up entire system long term and to boot loads and uses completely ILLEGAL software. Called software he loads abandonware, which includes ILLEGAL copies of Ghost, Ninite, Microsoft office professional to name a few. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
