Manager was supposed to contact me on a matter discussed with assistant manager, but never bothered. Other than management, stuff is pretty nice and inexpensive.

Excellent selection. Too long wait in line, 9 shoppers on line. Cashier, young white, pregnant female, very unconcerned customers there, not friendly. Store clean, lot of great merchandise.

Very well lay out of the store floor departments, quick and easy to find what you are looking for at decent prices. 5 minutes in and out with full attire I was intrested in finding. They had what was needed for the occasion. Sweat pants suit and a quick Columbia hat find I was happy with my purchases and only dropping $43.00 for everything was needing. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Husband was trying on shoes clothing tag fell off for security he took it back to the front and after that the security guard followed him around watching him non-stop over the radio like he tried to sell steal something when he just returned the security tag that fell off another piece of clothing

They had a cool prism but it was out of my budget. I think a few of the clothes were in the wrong section but that’s whatever. It was brightly lit had a good selection and music was playing.

Normally, Bealls Outlet is my place to visit and shop for quality items at reasonable prices. However, today they had a small problem with trying to apply a store credit to my purchase. The store us clean and organized with very helpful staff. I highly recommend it.

Barely any clothes or shoes for men. All sizes are marked wrong not just on the hangers but on the actually shirts. XXL,XXL,XXXL? WOW alot of fat people I guess. Shoes are cheap but last about 3 months. Bad stitching and material. If I was to get a shopping spree here I would walk out with candy only. Why is there loss prevention here?

Good Store, But Need Improved In Some Customer Services ...

We happened to be in Bartow Florida yesterday and I popped in to their store to take a peek and see what was available. I found a nice holiday top and a casual top. Most times I go in there I come home with a supply of clothing to replace items that are worn out. Definitely give this place a try.

Nice large store with a wide variety of styles and sizes. I also like the housewares and decorator items. I wish the floors were level, that was not corrected when the store was enlarged.

At least its clean, most bealls outlets are dirty! The dag gum clothes are so tight on the racks you can barely shop. NOT a pleasant experience.

There was no one on line but me, there were 4 cashiers chatting it up like I wasnt there even made eye contact with me, and still went about chatting. Not really customer service best. But other than that big no no, the store was very clean and organized!

Management is incredibly disrespectful and not helpful or friendly AT ALL. Store is constantly disorganized with clothing on the floor and everything is out of place. Even if you find a piece of clothing that you want to buy... it likely has a stain on it or it’s torn when it shouldn’t be. There are hardly any employees to help when needed and the ones who you can find (if you’re lucky) are clueless. Winter Haven location is 10 times better and worth the extra 20 minute drive. 10/10 wouldn’t stan.

Had problems checking out with their cashier. Slid my bank card and didnt go through but got notification from my bank they took money from my account. They were no help at all. I called my bank to get it straightened out. I had to do all the work and they acted like it was our fault. When at the end they admitted they have been having problems with the kiosk.
