Jason sold my wife and I our phones. I have had issues with my brightness on the phone been in three times but Amanda helped me fix the issue she went above and beyond to make sure the issue was completed. We were greeted and sat immediately with no wait! excellent customer service here with Amanda not with customer service over the phone.

I received my asurion replacement phone yesterday i could not get the phone set up on my own, so this morning i went to my local Verizon. I was immediately greeted with no wait time by Amanda, she is so kind and helpful. She was able to get everything set up with no problem. Amanda seriously saved the day for me, ive been without a working phone for almost 2 weeks but within 15 mins she had my contacts, pictures and apps back on my phone. This woman is a HUGE asset to your company!!! She is absolutely amazing!

Amanda gave me excellent customer service and even better friendly manner to explain my new phone to me, she was patient and understanding to this little old 78 year old lady. If you need help shes the one to deal with. They were busy but greeted me immediately and after a short wait no need for appointment Amanda delivered!

Amanda and Jason … need I say more? The Bartow store provided in person, personal service that is hard to find. The attention to detail and quality service that was provided was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you to Verizon for providing a good location with quality staff.

Excellent service. Salesman named Joe C, is the best. Hes very knowledgeable and friendly. He also has a great sense of humor. Its a wonderful atmosphere. They transferred what was stored from the old device to the new one. They let you erase your old device.Fast, friendly service/employees.

Victoria was absolutely amazing! She was kind, helpful, and professional. It was my first time getting my own line and she made the process effortless. I felt informed of all the plans and was pleasantly surprised with the deals offered. I really felt like she went above and beyond which is not something you experience everyday. Extremely overpriced. Same exact chargers on Amazon for a 3 pack for 1/3 the price. Arrived close to close to look for a charger, other customers inside, and was told they cant use the system because it was too late. Despite another associate helping other customers. Ill go 20 miles away before I ever come back. Very poor service.

I added a line and the Manager Kimberly who let me know that the Motorola Edge was better than my phone, almost paid off Samsung Galaxy Note 5g Plus. I traded it in to find out my edge is not comparable. But was a gimmick o get me to sign up for buy one get one free... Also I was not educated on how my added line wold be required to be on the plan for 30 months but Verizon let me know when I spoke to them when I called them. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CELLULAR SALES AGAIN! I left a voicemail with the manager number on the sign that is inside the building and NO return call. This even has cost me a couple thousand dollars and I can assure you I will be porting my number out. You lost a long time faithful customer due to your deceit DO NOT USE CELLULAR SALES BEWARE!!

A FANTASTIC VERIZON employee!! So sweet with such a sweet attitude! Knows EXACTLY what she is doing when it comes to helping customers. Very willing, able, and pleasant! You don’t have very many employees like this one and she needs to climb the Verizon ladder somewhere bigger and better with a lot of opportunity! These guys are an absolute joke.. we bought brand new phones from corporate Verizon store and needed help setting them up.. they said it would be 85$ for them to help us!! Hahah absolute joke terrible useless place lol

She even drove to another store to get a phone that we wanted after her colleague sold it out from under her. She also showed us how to connect a speaker that wed purchased at a different location 2 years ago.

We had a great experience with Verizon, switching from Sprint. James was our sales person, and he made the transition smooth. He explained everything in detail and spent nearly 2 hours with us, making sure that all our questions were answered. He even made sure our prior phones were traded in, giving us $400 credit! Good customer service made this potentially difficult experience very positive.
