Chad was wonderful. He went over and beyond exceeding my expectations. Hes very professional and sincere. The only thing that i wish had been done, and its minor, I didnt see a new sticker on my windshield telling me when I need to have my oil changed again (mileage). Otherwise, I was very, very pleased with the service. I am a widow and my deceased husband used to do a lot of business with Kelly. As a matter of fact, I purchased my last two vehicles there. Chad had my car detailed which exceeded any expectations. The young man who did it, did an EXCELLENT job. Thank you for everything.

Great people, great price, excellent customer service! Highly recommend if you are in market for a GM suv or car. I was there today for a conversion van, my sales consultant Jon was very kind, knowledgeable, and flexible with my schedule, no pressure at all, i feel like being treated as family. Although i ended up not purchasing from them due to personal reasons, i will definitely consider this dealership for future car/suv purchase. Jon is the best!

Amazing service starting with scheduling she called to schedule my oil change and even change the appointment time that better suitedMe. From moment I stepped on the property, I didn’t know where to go for an oil change they directed me where to go greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I was then directed to chad who helped me and made the process simple. I was in and out in 40 min which was great with my 2 kids and was even given a free car wash which is amazing I drove an hour away for this oil change and I will continue to only come here you guys are amazing

Put 4,000 down on a truck, had it for a month and now its sitting in my driveway. Called to have this issue resolved after previously asking about the noise was told it was normal. Their only “excuse” is they don’t back a vehicle with over 100,000 miles. Haven’t even made my first payment!! His only offer to help was to have it towed 2 hours at my cost and let them fix it, Also at my cost. Zero stars. Definitely would not recommend. Definitely won’t be going back. HUGE JOKE! Check out their inspection quality below.*** 4 weeks later, still waiting on that phone call.

George Roman was our salesman. He was very helpful, courteous, and efficient. Went in at 4:30, left there with a truck 3 hours later! When they didnt have what I was looking for on the lot he suggested one on lot in Lakeland, had it driven down in short order. He even drove to my house 3 days later to pick up my trade vehicle. Would definitely recommend him as your salesman, not pushy at all.

Scheduled to have brake pads replaced and oil changed, arrived for service and was told brake pads were never scheduled and not in the system even though I have the confirmation email showing that I scheduled the brake pad service. Now had to make another appointment to do brake pads and take off work to bring it again

Navigation and loss of x m radio is worse since this truck was worked on for these issues. GM has a problem with their radio and navigation and is placing the cost of their problem with the owners of the vehicles. When a dealership changes 100 or more touch screen navigation/radio units in cars or trucks in one month and charges the customer $700,00 or more for a rebuilt replacement that does not work properly after being installed and the customer has to keep returning to service for additional problems with rebuilt units.

I was having trouble with the battery. At first the told that the battery was not purchased there,found out it was, after purchasing another. Had returned this battery, brought the back to Kelleys and was told I would have to pay for them to put the battery in the vehicle. Service providers was nice, but if the warranty coverage was found the first time, I wouldve purchased the battery from another location.

The team was great. Only issue I had was the pictures online of the vehicle were not accurate which was part of my decision making. The pictures showed the truck with the same stock number had front and rear parking assist and navigation. When I got there after driving 2 hours, the truck was missing all those items. Jon was very good about showing us all the features on the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Kelley Buick GMC but would verify the accuracy of the pictures and description of the vehicle.

On 9/22/2015 I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Kelley Buick GMC for $31,000. This past weekend I was going to trade this vehicle in to purchase a new car and the car dealer advised me that the car has a Branded Title: Buyback Lemon and provided me a Carfax report that verified this information. He advised me that my car is essentially a worthless vehicle. I was not advised of this by Kelley Buick GMC at the time I purchased this vehicle and this issue with the title was not disclosed to me. I have notified the Attorney General and The Better Business Bureau of this situation.

My experience purchasing a new 2021 2500HD Denali truck was virtually seamless. I was fortunate that this dealership had already ordered a truck to my almost exact specifications. The most fortunate part of my experience was to get aligned with my salesman George. Malibu from the sales department and Tom from the finance department were an absolute pleasure to deal with! Tom made signing the paperwork fun and efficient! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. They sold me a used car with a terrible paint job that was good enough to purchase the car. However, started peeling a week after I purchased the vehicle. The paint bubbling is a clear indication of a poorly completed paint job and not of an improper detailing product. They were not willing to do anything to correct the situation and told me not their problem, the sales manager was kind enough to tell me Im not going to paint your dam car. This company does not stand by their product and once you have purchased the car they want nothing to do with you. Take your business elsewhere, they are dishonest. The pictures also show that the inside of the door was sanded but no clear coat was applied further indication that a lousy paint job was done.

I went to the service department to have a leak fixed and to check my check engine light. didnt even get out of the parking lot and the guy had to come clear the light. drove 15 minutes to my moms and the check engine light was already back on. Expressed I had a bolt in my front passenger tire and that was not taken care of. I got charger for a patched tire but not sure which one they patched because the tire with the problem was not fixed. The leak in my roof was completely ignored since theres no leak in my wind sheild Had water spots in my head liner above my driver seat and passenger eat and they were cleaned so you couldnt see them. So unhappy witht he service department.

This is by far one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Everyone is super friendly and Mario went above and beyond to get my deal worked out virtually. Brought my camaro in over an hour aways for service. 4 hrs later and 300 dollars later every problem I started with still exist aside from the 1ft moulding I was charged $70 to be reglued back on a car I purchased from Kelly maybe 2 weeks ago. Havent even made my first payment and Im already one terribly performed service in, $300 in repairs, and 2 check engine lights deep and I still have to find a shop willing to address the exhaust issue and my check engine that has returned after Kelly technicians reset it! Horrible experience and i definitely dont plan on bringing my car back or recommending any of my hardworking friends or family to this establishment.

If I could give this dealership 100 stars I would. Hands down, *THE* best car buying experiences Ive ever had. After spending weeks with dealers all over Florida from the panhandle to all along i4, this was the first dealer that understood what its like car shopping with children. If you have kids, you know what I mean. Ive walked away from amazing deals because my kids had reached their limit with waiting in white walled, boring rooms. Not the case here! Angie pulled over a table and gave my 4 and 6 year old an activity kit with coloring pages, crayons, stickers, activity book, and a puzzle. She even went out of her way to find a box of crayons with more choices when she overheard them talking about a broken crayon. Our salesman, George, gave them popcorn and water, and later a cupcake. It was so unbelievably relaxing to buy a car! My kids didnt complain about the long wait AT ALL because of the treatment they received. It took a few hours and they were as happy as could be. As for the actual car buying part, they were straightforward and answered all of our questions. The truck was clean and exactly what my husband had been searching for. George made us feel at ease with the sale and helped negotiate for us. Adam, the closer, was friendly and easy to work with. They went above and beyond every step of the way. I dont think Ill be able to buy anywhere else because it was such a wonderful experience.

Had the pleasure of working with Malibu Gutierrez to purchase my brand new 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4. Now to be 100% honest....I tried to get this specific vehicle from my home town dealer, but they did not have the EXACT vehicle combination that I wanted (color, options, etc) and couldnt seem to track one down....so I had to work out of town so to speak.....in comes Malibu. He had the exact vehicle I was looking for....we did almost the entire transaction via e-mail....and when I showed up with my trade in....there was no haggling.....everything had already been worked out. On top of that....he had EVERYTHING ready to go....I simply walked in.....signed a few paperwork details....traded keys and was all ready to go......but Malibu wouldnt let me! He insisted he give me a personal run-down on all the vehicles many bells & whistles before I left the lot so I would have no questions. Now having said that.....this is one NICE truck....and even after reading the owners manual a few times (yeah.....I know....who does THAT!)....Im STILL finding new things this thing can do. Bottom line....I LOVE this truck.....and Malibu was a pleasure to work with.....and on top of ALL of that.....hes still checked in a couple times just to make sure I was still happy and to see if I had any questions he could help answer. I would never buy from this company again and ask that you dont either. Their customer service is horrible. Even their management who claims to have 30 years in the industry. Theyre all about working for themselves and not for you.I worked with Justin, Bobby, and Russel and they sold me a Jeep online and had it delivered to me. The delivery of the Jeep was delayed by a week due to a rip in the soft top, which I was fine with. When delivered we noticed the car was not acceptable as the installation of the new soft top appeared wrong- we tried to speak with one of their reps but didnt get an answer. The next few days it rained and the soft top was leaking and there was a musty smell in the car. We brought it to a local dealership that they recommended to us and the dealership told us that the soft top installation was faulty and was missing a bunch of parts that would cost approximately $1750, which is why it was leaking. It was 100% because Kelly Buick GMC failed to do a recheck before delivering the car to me. It was not my fault. I sent them videos and documentation.I tried to get someone on the phone from Kelley Buick GMC to assist but no one responded. I spent 2 days before I finally got in touch with Russell, who apparently is one of the experienced managers there. Bobby and Justin would not answer their phones.Russell quickly offered that he would send someone up to get the car, bring it back, and then send it back up and it would take more than a week. He didnt trust that what I was saying or what the dealership was saying was trust. He didnt want to pay to pay for their mistake, and would rather inconvenience the customer more. I have already been inconvenienced for 3 days so I let him know again that would not work for me. We have a dealership who has my car currently and can fix your mistakes immediately - even if it cost a bit more to you. I have to have my car for work. Russell then started saying buyer beware statements to me for the State of Florida... too bad so sad kind of attitude. I dont deal with people like that. They didnt own their mistake. Theres nothing worse than that. Especially in a car dealership that claims they have good service. You will get good service up until you buy the car.Horrible experience. I asked him to put himself in my shoes and he just started arguing rather than finding solutions that would work for me and not just his bottom line. They are NOT customer service oriented and I regret buying the car from them.100% do not buy from this company.

My transmission went out in my truck Jason and Matt had a tow truck come pick it up brought it in took care of the warranty and put a new transmission in and also gave me a vehicle to use while It was in the shop. I highly recommend, these folks are very professional and I appreciate all they did for me.

I was looking for my first car and wasnt sure what I wanted. I looked on Kelleys website and saw some good options. I came in person and saw a VW Jetta and test drove it. I really liked it and ended up getting it. The customer service is phenomenal, especially from Mr. Roman (car salesmen). I would definitely come back when I need a new car!

I just purchased a 2021 GMC Sierra 2500HD Service Truck for my business from Kyle Davis, this was a 100% hassel free experience, He had everything completed before my 2 hour trip arriving at the dealership, Kristen Lopez, had all my documents ready for me upon arrival.
