Really great customer service and good deals on hair products. Their location is very crowded, but if you ask one of the workers where an item is, they know exactly where the item is located (organized chaos). This also could be because they want to cater to the many customers wants. I would pass many hair stores to come to this one, mostly because of their customer service. They appear more knowledgeable of their items then other hair store owners in Polk County and you leave with a smile on your face and not the feeling of being bamboozled like at other stores in Polk I rather not mention. I would recommend to anyone!Oh... And their specials are great!I bought 3 bundles (18,20,and 22 inches) for $112.

They great products but I traveled over an hour to them on a Sunday which their hours say open at 10am and at 10:14am their still not open. Not great for business if you cant open on time. I appreciate the call back of why they opened late. I will be back. Thank you

Ladies please be aware if youre looking to buy authentic virgin Brazilian hair here, dont waste your time. Ive been here on two separate occasions to buy 3 bundles of Brazilian virgin hair 16,18,20 and yes they last me for 6months plus and I took very good care of the hair them as far as co-washing ,no excessive heat, and no excessive oils/products in the hair; BUT!, I had the hair actually inspected by an stylist/vendor who knows the difference between the real thing and fakes and she told me that indeed the hair is Brazilian but !! it was not virgin Brazilian like I paid for $200, it was processed permed Brazilian hair. There is no such thing as bone straight virgin Brazilian hair, I will not be purchasing anything else from this establishment again. Anytime you go to spend over $200 on quality hair make sure its what youre paying for, ask for the authenticity license. This establishment is a rip off!!! beware of fakes, Ill officially take my chances of online ordering from trusted vendors but certainly not these people.

The owner of the worker there at the time of my visit was very helpful allow me to come behind the counter to get up-close-and-personal with the merchandise so I can make a better selection very nice thank you

If I could give zero starts I would! The owner is very sketchy. I went there to purchase some hair and he didn’t have what I wanted and kept trying to sell me everything. I felt very uncomfortable and pressured so I just purchased the hair and left. Ended up going back and they have a no return only exchange policy which is nowhere on the receipt or visible when purchasing. Charged me WAY too much for what was purchased. Total rip of and very unprofessional!
