Ordered one piece of weatherstrip. $51.43 plus $14.43 shipping. Added another piece. Bumped shipping up to $32.57. Seems to me shipping should have doubled to $28.86 but what do I know. They were only able to supply one piece so refunded the $51.43 BUT NOT THE $14.43 SHIPPING. THEY CHARGED $32.57 TO SHIP A SINGLE PIECE OF DOOR WEATHERSTRIP. For something that weighs about a pound, USPS 1st class.They charge your credit card when the order is placed, not when it is shipped like everybody else on the planet. There was no response to my email inquiry. In addition, they have parts posted for sale that are NOT available. Be very careful when dealing with this vendor and use someone else if at all possible. There are plenty of other Mopar parts dealers out there.

It took 3 weeks and two email inquiries to get them to ship my part. My emails were never replied to, but after the second email (one week after the first email), my part coincidentally shipped an hour later. A quick explanation if the part was was tough to source, or an Im sorry its still coming, or any reply at all would have been enough to prevent me from writing this review. Again, Im not sure that I would have ever got my part if I wasnt persistent. There are probably better placers to more confidently do business with even though the prices are low.

2015 Ram 1500 front driver side window control unit went bad. Cost at dealership was around $145. Cost, with shipping included, from Factory Chrysler Parts was $96. Took two weeks for part to arrive from time of order. Now I can lock/unlock my truck, roll down/up the windows again, and control my side rear view mirrors4 stars because whoever packaged the part obviously didnt care much because the part was halfway in a defective plastic bag with no padding to protect it. Also, the rear view mirror controls do not light up.

I am looking at the reviews and it seems its a draw. Either they are very incompetent or the opposite. The recent reviews state many unpleased customers remarks. Then plenty that are thrilled. Which is it?This is what I read into it. Its a small town dealership. They dont stock everything they advertise. Fair enough. It seems that the communication is the biggest issue.Just be upfront! Tell the customer it not in stock. People can handle the truth. No kidding.You can call their bluff. Tell them you will be there later in the day to pick it up. Then again they may not care that one would drive over to pick something up only to be told we dont have it.There is always a catch.

This place is proving to be a horror show. I placed an order for $1300. Still no confirmation email - 3 days later. 4 phone calls and 3 emails to them - nothing. I am disputing charge tomorrow. No business should be awarded for this nonsense. What a shame.

I have not received my order yet. Ive tracked the shipment and it has been between the Ybor city facility and my local post office for 4 days now. The two facilities are only 75 miles apart. Starting to wonder if I will ever get it or if it might have been lost in transit.

One when I order parts it would be good to get updates on the order. I ordered the part got the email on March 16th that my part would be shipped in 2 to 10 day 15 if special order it is now April 17th thats 32 days and 21 Business days for a part that have already been paid for 22 days and I still cant get any tracking info. Its looking like like this is my loss. I just bought a parts car for a $11.00 brake line. So after call emails Im done I hope your other customers have better luck me personally I cant use this company anymore.

The part ordered was the device that holds the hood prop rod for storage when hood is closed. The part is made of plastic and broke during installation. Would be much better if it was of a hard rubber.

Ive made my order with them because their prices are fairly good but I wasnt notified at all that one of the items wasnt in stock thus they took much much longer to even ship my order without telling me, and when contacting support they said they dont have to tell the customer that, they take a long time to respond and they started to reply in cap, what!?and overall werent friendly.And the time they took to ship my items was 21 days.all that is why I dont think I would do business with them again. but 2 stars for having the parts I needed.

Good customer service. If you are buying parts to modify your car, and doesnt come stock on your car, leave your vin out when buying or they will cancel your order. Just make sure to specify why you are buying 392 parts for your 5.7.

I have never had an issue like this from a company with absolutely NO customer support! I ordered 3 items. I only received 1. I called several times during different days and times and emailed a few times with absolutely no response!! I left voicemails, used a different phone number, and called UPS. The email stated that it was one package and UPS delivered 1 package. The other two items were a completely different size and it couldn’t have been 1 package. DO NOT order from them! You will get screwed over!!

This is my first experience ordering from Chrysler Parts. I was excited to find a mopar supplier for my 2000 Jeep Cherokee XJ. A little over 3 weeks ago my vehicle had to be emergency towed because I needed a new crankshaft position sensor. I ordered the parts with the expectation they would be shipped within a reasonable time frame. The parts were not shipped and I desperately need the sensor, so I went directly to the dealership to purchase it. I completely forgot about my order with Factory Crysler parts which just informed me my parts are now going to ship.I will not buy parts from this supplier again. Nothing should take that long to order. Very disappointing experience.

I originally ordered the wrong part but they was able to let me know that it was the wrong one since I had put in my VIN number and told me which part was the one I needed. I received it only one week from when I originally ordered the first part but it fit perfectly.

I have used them several times for parts and have saved hundreds of dollars over the last year. When I have called customer service, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My only issue is I wish they were faster at processing orders. 1 to 3 days is a long when compared to the gold standard of Amazon. Overall a great supplier to work with for parts!

Side note, this began with a minor collision. The individual was very cool, but everything else after was a bit trying, including dealing with the insurance. This small issue drug on.Turns out the seller is a middle man, so they take your money immediately, which is fine if they communicate. After accepting my order and taking payment my order was placed on hold pending submission of info already provided when placing the order. After resubmitting that info there was no acknowledgment of receipt, therefore taking the order off hold.The website claimed shipment in most cases in less than a week. Mine was slightly over that, and I had to keep pushing them to get that. Numerous emails (preferred method) and calls without response. Not the way I prefer doing business. Much easier dealing with professionals that are self-accountable.Once my order shipped, they did not use one of the major carriers. My order sat several places for more time than expected. Shipper required a signature for delivery, but failed to provide information indicating such or an accurate timeline when they would deliver so I could have someone available to accept delivery.Parts were as expected, cannot complain there. CS left something to be desired.

Ordered on Oct 5th hoping to get parts ASAP as I had to warranty the part I was replacing. Called next day to see if there was any way to speed the order up, call taker assured me it would go out ASAP. Waited a few days and called again to see if the parts had arrived to be shipped out, call taker assured me parts were in stock and would go out asap. Waited over the weekend and called the following Monday, call taker told me parts were ready to ship with a bunch of other parts. Was tired of calling and my warranty part had to be returned so I rented a car and waited. Friday, two weeks from order date, part was marked as shipped. By the following Monday, part was still marked shipped with no update. Called to see what was happening. No answer in the morning. Called again in the afternoon and left message when phone was again not answered. Called Tuesday morning, spoke with call taker and was told they would look into it and get back to me, call taker never called back. Called back Tuesday afternoon, waited on hold for 20 minutes. Phone was picked up and then hung up. Called back and finally got Chris. Chris was immediately helpful. Informed me that package was lost by UPS immedately after pickup. Chris opened a UPS case and told me that he would have parts overnighted if the case were not updated by Wednesday afternoon. Chris followed through and had parts overnight to him, then me by Friday... three weeks later.Chris - A +The rest of the parts department (Jason?) - F... absolute garbage.

After waiting the 10 days they told me it would take to get my part they gave me a firm date that came and went. When I called they admitted they had no idea when the part was going to come in. I requested that they cancel my order, they told me no problem it would be a few days to process. A week later the part showed up at my door, after I had already had the repair done at the body shop.

The delay in shipping was disappointing...doubly so when the part was shipped AFTER I called to find out why it was taking so long. The shipping charges are outlandish!!

The reason they are getting two star is because the part I order (3/15) was the lowest price. The customer service is horrible. I never received an email with the tracking information. I called the company on 3/20 and left a message and never got a return phone call. I left a message asking when the package will ship, the next day I got an email saying my package was shipped (3/20) and no phone call still. I kept tracking the package and it was not dropped off until 3/23. I called during this time and left another message and got an email response saying Hello then a copy of the email they already sent that has no useful information. The package is scheduled to arrive today 3/25. If I knew this would all happen I would have just went to the local dealer and order it from them. This is just horrible customer service. I would never suggest ordering parts from them.

The order had been received and just sat there. No change for 19 days. I tried calling several times, emailed and sent messages through their site... nothing. It wasnt until I started a claim with PayPal that my part shipped.They wont be seeing my business again.

Im not sure what happened during the time I ordered and received my [parts, but waiting a WHOLE month for a couple of parts is WAY to long. One week (April 27th) after ordering the parts I called (4 May) and talked with a person in your parts department, which he told me he saw my parts there, and would send them out promptly. I received my parts on 26 May which were in good condition. My biggest grip is I had a run in with my city cause of my truck being on jack stands for too long. had I received the parts on time i would have completed with my truck and this would have never happened.

Nothing is more aggravating than ordering a part only to wait 2 weeks for it to be delivered. The site has no mention of it is in stock or not so they take your money while you have source to part from other sources to get it in a reasonable time. PUT A STOCKING LEVEL ON YOUR WEB SITE

Looking for a specific part for my dodge caliber and the one in my local area didnt have it but suggested this one did... went above and beyond to even give me the part # and store info to call to make sure they have it it.... called and they had it in hand... drove a hr to pick it up and it was the wrong part :( needless to say I was pretty heated to find out my part still needed to be ordered and I was unable to get the single piece that I need but instead I would have to but the entire housing its self

I made an order of in-stock parts on a Tuesday. By Friday, with no status change, I requested my order be cancelled via email. I also called the listed phone number and left a message requesting cancellation. I received a response the following Monday asking why I wanted to cancel, to which I replied. I was told my parts were ordered and would be in soon. No acknowledgement of my cancellation request. I sent another email asking for it to be cancelled. No response until today, when I get notification that my order has shipped. I will be refusing delivery and disputing the change with my bank. A customer shouldnt have to make multiple requests for an order that hasnt even been shipped to be cancelled. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. The prices were fair, hence the 2 stars.

Bad communication about a couple of parts, but once they got it themselves I got it right away. Can’t fault them for having to order a part, but need to communicate better with customers. Parts were exactly what I needed when I did get them, but just don’t order something you need right away. Otherwise their prices for some OEM parts is unbeatable.

Had the factory 6x9 speakers for my 2015 dodge dart at the cheapest price around. I live in Missouri and ordered from this company in Florida, thats how good the price was.

I ordered two items that were probably not normal stock for a dealership. It took 14 days to deliver to my house. Considering we had a Memorial Day holiday in that time and the fact that my items probably needed to be ordered into stock, Im happy with that. Communication was excellent!

I ordered clips for my headlights and tail lights, I received the order and they hadnt sent two of the tail light clips, so I had to go and order from another company, went to put my lights on my trucks and the clips for the headlights are the wrong ones. I sent several messages asking if they were going to send the rest of my order and never received a response. Dont buy from them.

Half door kit arrived quickly and well packaged. Excellent communications throughout the transaction. Large, oversize packages might require more shipping than website calculated but even then, it was reasonable. This was an excellent experience.

First time I ever searched for a company to write a review. I called on 25Feb 2020 several times and left messages, never received a call back. I emailed them on 26 Feb 2020 and of course never received an email reply. I wanted to buy from them because of the positive reviews. The prices that they have a great in compare to what a dealership would charge. I ordered parts for my truck that were hard to find. The service was good and the salesperson was courteous.The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is because they didnt have all the parts in stock for my order. There are still tons of Gen III Dodge trucks still on the road today and the fact that I had to build my own replacement parts really erks me.Thanks again guys!
