Best place in the state of Florida to have all your truck and trailer needs fixed. They have a wonderful crew that KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. And the management is professional, and friendly. Wouldnt recommend any other company to work on your equipment.

I called up to Florida truck and trailer to see about having our trailer painted. When i first contacted them the person answering my call made me feel like i was annoying him. He told me he couldnt help me, that i would need to speak with Gary the owner when he returned from vacation.I contacted Gary to see if he could do the estimate from pictures being he was 150 miles from our location in South Florida. He told me bring the trailer to him, he didnt trust pictures. He also had a nasty attitude on the phone. I wish i would of went with my gut felling that these people are bad news. But I didnt and sent my driver to get the estimate. He arrived and was asked why didnt he send pictures. Plus the guy gave him the same attitude of why are you bothering me. Im not one to write reviews, but I would hate to have this happen to anyone else. they really make me wonder how do they stay in business with a company full of bad attitudes. Dont waste your time with these people!!

This company is the least customer oriented business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The manager, Greg, has no personality and did not deal fairly with me at all. My truck had damage that I documented to him with photos. Greg told me that they could repair it and to bring the truck to the lot. During the next week I called three times only to be told he was busy. I received no return call. After more than a week I returned and saw my truck in the same spot it had been parked in the previous week. Eventually I returned and took my truck to a shop that will get me back on the road. Unfortunately, because of Florida Truck and Trailer, I have lost an additional week of income. I think this company takes on more work than it can handle.

Very disappointed; truck is 2 different colors. Alignment wasn’t done. Broke my windshield; I could keep going. Owners attitude was very welcoming.
