Love it as always, been a while since our last visit but they still have that same great taste I remember

Have been coming here for years. Visited last night as part of a Boy Scout outing. Ordered a sundae, shake, 2 frostbites. After getting home and starting to eat the frostbite, the ice cream was distugusting. It was sour, very sour! Tasted like old milk and in a very bad way. My son who got the shake said his tasted sour too. Something must not be right with the soft serve machine.

The manager that I dealt with was VERY unpleasant! I had a quart that didnt match the flavor and called several times only to have it disconnected. Ok fine? True manager called me following day and said all good come pick up a new quart whenever. I pull up give her my name and she said oh! Are you the guy that left messages and I said yes I am. Pull up! Ok? I pull up and ask what flavors? Didnt you look at the sign thats what I have! Umm ok raspberry ? She said ok.. keep in mind I have my 10 year old... she says as shes handing it over just so you know phones were out just so you know with a bad move... What?? Look at the video .. correct response should have been sorry for a different flavor then you ordered?! Calling and wont give up corporate contact me!!! If the person I talked to was Bailey I wanna talk to the owner!!

I come here at least 3-4 times a week. This place has amazing costumer service and has never let me down. All the dairy products are great and the food itself has always come fresh.

Delicious ice cream, shakes, sundaes, and both regular and waffle cones. Well lot with quite eclectic music. Staff was polite and efficient.many dairy products for sale. Seasonal flavors available. Very clean and plenty of parking. A bit above average cost but the taste is worth it.

Been coming here since I was a kid, maybe over 15 years. Service and staff have always been excellent. The ice cream is always fresh and I always leave satisfied. They sell slices of chocolate cake near the front too and that is so good after a long hard week at school/work.

Their products are good, but we stopped going when the owner ran racist ads during his Senate campaign and expressed homophobic views as a state senator.We went back because the high school was doing a fundraiser there, but they refused to count our purchase because we didnt bring the flyer (the first restaurant ever to do that in my experience).So now were done with them.

Great ice place

After having not been there in 6 months, I stopped for a simple scoop of vanilla. It was tasteless-the vanilla was weak, it was not very creamy, and I spent over $4 for it. For the quality and price, it will be a while until I return, if ever (and I used to enjoy their chocolate shakes...). Im waiting for them to reply to my review on their site.Update: Evidently they do not care about disappointed customers. I frequented them weekly, but they have not contacted me after a month.

The staff is amazing. They dont make you rush thing, and let you take your time while ordering.

Great service... Its nice to see high school kids be so respectful, knowledgeable and always greeting customers with a smile. Everyone is nice there from the front the house to guys making the shakes in the back. We always end our weekly family nights here!

The hand dryers in the restrooms are so old and antiquated they dont dry hands at all. I complained abour the restrooms smelling very bad like not being cleaned and like urine sometime ago but that has changed and other than the hand dryers the restrooms are much better taken care of. Icecream is always awesome as per usual. I still rate the Bartlett store low because of the hand dryers in the restrooms.

Beautiful, warm place with so much to do. You can order warm and fluffy pastries, delicious and luscious chocolates with great varieties.

Sorry, but you need to give more Icecream for the money we spend hear. I got a Banana Split, first one was great so i came back. After that, forget it. I said something to the supervisor, she said thats all we give. Ok, byby.

The 4 stars weighs heavily on the quality of product...quite delicous! However, customer service, wait time and accuracy of order leave VERY little to be desired. Especially considering pricing. Unfortunatly, this seems to be consistant with many locations, not just isolated stores or employees. But, as I said...deelish ice cream and dairy products. 😞

They gave me a single scoop of chocolate in a cup instead of the large Fudge Brownie Sundae I ordered and paid for. I called to let the manager know I was on my way back and got the third degree like I was looking for free ice cream. Manager was rude upon my return. I won’t be going back!

Seem to have a problem with serving customers that are African American when we walked in the door everyone scattered away from the registers. With two manger one being named Chris in the establishment at the time. They turnes there backs to us while we waited at the countier like we were not welcome. I believe our money spends the same will not return
