Very nice location. Lots of options in the food department and very well stocked. The produce was also very nice looking. The store was very clean. Evie was the woman who checked us out and she was wonderful. I am from out of town and usually cashiers at Walmart are very crabby and I avoid checkout with them and always try to use self check out, but she was friendly.

Everything was great till the electronics associate had to get a key to unlock something for me. We found the lady with the key instead of just handing over the key she proceeded to berate him in front of me on everything except the key finally after 45 min of waiting she had someone else bring the key. Some of these so called lead/management types need some extra training to know when to not sound like a complete a$$ in front of customers. If associate needs talking to like I witnessed then it should be done out of ear shot of customers and other associates.

Clean. Short stocks of certain things. Not crowded. Actually had 2 people in front of me but got a cheerful checker.

Awful place! The Managers here should be ashamed. The aisles are always empty and you can never find what you need. The stock needs to be updated and ordered! I also found so many expired, moldy items and am disgusted.

Nice and clean. Grocery section plentiful. Vaseline isle was empty the 2jars that were left were damaged.

Pleasant, the cashier(Latoya)her name tag said she was the front end lead, she was very nice, greeted me and also told me to have a great day! A lot of those other cashiers are very rude, its mostly the new/younger generation

It took about 45 minutes to get pick up and we were there at appointed time. I was told first person did not check us in.

This place is always a hot mess and helpful, knowledgeable, or kind assistance is non-existent. We spun around no less than 20 minutes looking for lids to the styrofoam coolers. We searched through every disorganized shelf on every aisle, before finding them in different tacky cardboard box display 2 rows over. Its evident there is no real pride of ownership from the people that work there.

Walmart employees act like you are bothering them whenever the customer asks a question. Their customer service stinks with attitude problems.

I just love Walmart.

This store prices are all jacked up on the shelf & when I got to check out it scan a totally different price $2.77. The front team leader Annie couldn’t honor there shelf store price only one item after buying ALL the products off the shelf bc the manager Bill was not there & she said he hasn’t been there for three days when I asked to see the manager. Annie also said, it was store policy to only honor one item & the manager can only over ride the prices for all the other products. This is highly misleading customer to buy products for a higher price than what it is advertised. How dare this store manipulate the community that supports their company store in their own community. This is an outrage! Why is the manager not here! Questions SMH Don’t trust this store shelf prices! Oh I just saw the store manager Bill & he did not honor there shelf prices, but apologies for his company negligence. This is so sad that his team member dropped the ball & was not man enough to honor the shelf prices. This is why we must shop local small business because they actually care about their business & loyal customers. Plus the store was not clean. Tragic I definitely told Annie & Bill I will be posting this review for my fellow community members to read.

Waited for 37 minutes to get some paint from a locked cabinet in the hardware department. At least 4 employees called overhead for assist and nobody came. The manager told me “she must’ve gone up lunch.” I left my entire cart and will not shop there again

It might be because I showed up here on a Sunday, but Cheese and Rice this place was crowded! In addition to that, they were restocking, AND the Air Conditioner was out. Ugh. I need to come back sometime to see if its always like this.Also, to be fair, when I asked for help the young man was very polite and helpful, so that was a plus! But the cashier looked annoyed to be at work, and moved at a snails pace.UPDATE: Okay, came back to this Walmart today, and it was MUCH better than my last visit. Not crowded. Not messy. They werent sticking the shelves. Upgraded to 4 stars.

Walked in to shop. No baskets. I go get about 6 baskets from outside. This is becoming a regular at this location. And check out take longer than shopping. Terrible.

I went for boys clothing and they had what I needed. Then the lines werent long at all. So, I was pleased.

Its always hit or miss. Sometimes they have what you need, other times they have nothing you need. But the self check out line always goes pretty quickly.

This store was a disaster 🙄 hardly anything was in-stock. The lines were long (not surprised). They need to hire more people or put more on the schedule. Hopefully things will improve.

I like Walmart prices, which I guess is why most people go there, but shelf management of misplaced items, and the potential to encounter completely empty stock in some key areas during normal day hours, and finally the lazy check out solution of self-check-out and this is just an ok experience. Id mark it lower on this date except that I did find one of the things I was looking for despite the other items being either out of stock or just missing from where they belong. Sadly, the impression Walmart leaves you with anymore is they dont care about the shopper experience. Theyve cornered the market on the all-in-one store and now theyre just lazy because, where else are you going to go? Target maybe...depends on what you need. Online shopping and waiting for delivery trumps Walmart at this point.

Its Friday and 3 lines opener 3:27pm. All the other lines are closed except the self checkout lines. Poor management or the manager is helping their bonus monies with fewer employees.

Today Walmart store was quiet and clean appearance. We shopped quickly and returned home. One mention of leaving the store at the cross walk, I noticed 3 to 4 speeding cars, I am a senior citizen there was also a family with a very small child crossing the walk. Please control the speeding.

The store is very well lit. I didnt need any assistance so no comment on the staff. The Walmart app didnt recognize the items in my hand as being in stock at that store. Easy going shopping experience.

The store was well stocked & clean. Employees were busy but not too busy to help customers. Very easy to get in & out of the lines. Enough lanes opened to keep lines moving. The store was clean aisles were not cluttered.

Its a shame I have to go so far from home to get quick service. My area is crowded all the time.

This Walmart is never stocked. As with every Walmart Ive ever shopped at, finding an employee to help is impossible. The greeters are talking to each other and not greeting customers and the employee are not manning each department. There is rarely a handicap cart available as well. I gave 1 star and that is too many. Customer Service Walmart! What happened?

Communication is lacking. Customer service is horrible. Employees are not on the same page at all. I came in with my mom for a couple of groceries. Not much in particular. But because of the water boil advisory currently going on, we decided to see if we could find some water. To our surprise we did. There was an employee handing out packs of water. He loaded up 3 packs of water into our cart. As he was doing so another employee came around the corner reminding him 3 was the limit on the water. We were good to go. We’re done shopping and as we’re waiting in the self checkout line an employee is also waiting in front of us. She turns to look at our cart and very rudely tells us that 2 is the limit on water then walked off. I simply said ok. We get to the register and start scanning our groceries leaving the waters for last. Our plan was that at the end of scanning we were just not going to scan the 3rd pack and then take it out of the cart and leave it near the register. So we were going to comply because it’s not a big deal. In the middle of scanning our groceries that same employee from earlier tells another employee something very obviously about us. So the other employee comes up to us saying the limit is 2. I told her that I know and we aren’t done scanning yet so we were going to take it out at the end. I also explained that it was an employee who loaded up 3 packs of water into our cart and also an employee who said the limit was 3. I explained this to make it clear we didn’t load it up ourselves and as advice for employees to get on the same page so this doesn’t happen again. Then she and the previously rude employee walked off together mumbling about us under their breath.

To all my fellow truckers, do not park on Kate Hyde between Walmart and Lowes. You will receive a parking ticket from the City of Bartlett Police for $38.75.I have been parking at this location for quite some time; but evidently plans for developing the lot next to Walmart will begin soon. Difficult for truckers to park anywhere but everyone want their goods.

I made a delivery order for 11-12 on 7/3. Ive tried calling them over 18 times. People wont answer or pick up the phone and hang up. Order has not been delivered and 3 hours late. They still will not answer. I will NEVER EVER do business with this walmart again!!!! Customer Service is a -0!

Went to get groceries and the usual stuffs, pretty great place, always has what we need for the most part. Store is not super clean but large chain stores usually are not so this was expected. Customer service was nice though. They will always take you to what you are trying to find so there is no worry there!

Waited at the Auto care counter for 20 minutes before an attendant showed. The mechanics were working and came and paged associate but no one showed up and a line of about 5 people was building up. I waited for oil change and 1 tire replacement for 4 hours and I was one of the first people to arrive when the Auto center opened that day.

The store needs to be kept stocked better and cleaner too. More registers opened also.

I did a pickup order 4 ITEMS suppose to be two hr window, my account was debited her it is 24 hrs later. They got my money yet I have no products. It wasnt cheap either. I have tried to call into the storw since yesterday every dept. no one answers, no answer today either. I figure 4 items how hard can that be! Had I of done delivery I could have in two days and they DO NOT charge me until they actually ship it. It would get a zero if I could I will stick with Amazon from now on.

9pm one register open, only one side of self check out units open, empty shelves and customers in line down the aisle while dozens of employees just walk around. So thankful that they had four employees in yellow vests that were watching the lines get longer. I would rather wait for Amazon to ship it before going back in this store.

I shop at Walmart to match items on Ibotta cash back app. I rarely find whats on the list. But I used the scan and go feature to check out faster and it was awesome! The store was clean & it looked as if they had more inventory being stocked that evening. It was simple fast and worth using from here on out. Thing is I only had an online receipt. Wish I had the paper copy.

I watched as male associate with noticeable bright orange band of his undergarments showing not only carelessly threw my groceries into my trunk, but he also spit various times as he was throwing the groceries into the trunk. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt that he may have been spitting on the ground, but when I returned home and began unloading the groceries, to my horror, I discovered that he had been spitting on my groceries. Note: this was NOT to be confused with condensation. He spit in large quantities all over the handles and outsides of the bags. I have washed my hands thoroughly since realizing what had happened, but I am frightened of the possibility of transmission of any germs he has possibly been pre-exposed to!

Want to Walmart on hwy 64 today to get some fishing gear. After waiting for between 20 and 30 minutes for someone to come to the counter so I could purchase a fishing license, I had to search for someone to call for some help. One person said that they would, never did. Another person stated she did not know how. The third person stated that the person who worked back there was on break and would not be back for another 30 minutes. I went to the front talked to a manager who attempted to call for help while I was standing next to her. After few attempts she told me no one would answer her. This unhappy customer went to bass pro got the fishing gear and license. I do believe Walmart has lost me as a customer.

Had already went 2 my normal Wally world and no eggwraps so came 2 check this one out had different selections on a few things and had eggwraps it was nice

The few people that worked there I asked for help well brushed me off or just straight up ignored me. Also no matter time of day Everytime I have went in they are stocking shelves.
