Was welcomed the minute I walked in, rare these days. The customer service only went up from there. I was asked what I was looking for and given excellent advice and bought the suggested product, a vape pen. Problem with it the minute I tried to charge it as it seemed to be charging and discharging at the same time, factory defect or short circuit, maybe? Either way, I took the pen back the next evening and was immediately recognized and asked if I could be helped. I explained my problem and without a moments hesitation, I was given an apology, a new pen and a handshake. That kind of customer service and quality assurance speaks for itself. I will be back, I will spend my money here, and I heartily recommend. Well done Smoke Shop, well done.
