We showed up in the car we needed oil for and a screw for the oil tank and they had everything we needed. I saw employees helping customers and they were extremely nice inside. Its not the first time Ive been to this AutoZone but its the first time Im leaving a review and for a car shop place it is great and prices are extremely fair.

On a recent afternoon I met a woman in distress in the parking lot at Hobby Lobby, Bartlett.Her car would not start.She got a new battery from Auto Zone that morning & it was good.I did not know how to get her car started. I went to the Bartlett Auto Zone & asked for help for this woman.The assistant Store Manager Jonathon offered to come help the lady as soon as his shift ended in less than 30 minutes.Jonathan followed me to the womans car. Jonathan checked her car with tools & meter that he had in his truck.After doing this he determined that it was her starter that needed to be replaced. The starter was locked up.Jonathan mentioned that sometimes just banging on the starter with a tool will free the starter & the car would start.He did this, the car started & everyone was very happy.m & relieved.Jonathan went out of his way to help this woman & did all of this with a very gracious heart.Thank you Jonathan for being so kind & helpful to this lady who was in distress.

I came into the store this morning at 10:15 looking for a simple part for my trailer all I could get from two different people was a finger-pointing at which aisle it was in. I ask another person to help me find it and again he told me what aisle it may be on. Very dissatisfied with their service on this day. I have used them for years but I will never come back. One of them yelled out in the store saying another satisfied customer not speaking of me. And was also bragging on next year being on commission. Good luck

Went there to get brake fluid for my cat and the clerk was very friendly and got me checked out very quickly.

Me and my s/o brought a battery to get tested and charged. The guy told us 45 mins. We came back 45 mins later & he says the battery didn’t charge, the battery is no good but he would like us to buy a new one & he would keep old battery. We knew something didn’t sound right about that. We went to another Auto Zone they charged it with no issue. Battery works fine. If you go here be sure to get a second opinion before just buying a new product because these guys are just trying to make sales.

I stopped in this evening because by the way my car was driving, and recent issues with my battery, I had a feeling it was about to die. It died in the parking lot when I parked and went inside. Jason, David, and their crew were understaffed and very busy when I arrived, with a steady stream of people still coming in. I had to wait a while, but even still, it was obvious they were working as quickly as they could to help everyone as well as they could. They were polite, patient, professional, thorough. Chuck checked my battery for me, and we discovered, after cleaning it, that it was bad. Initially they werent going to try and sell me a battery, but instead see if a day of driving tomorrow might charge it up since it had been cleaned and I might not need a new battery after all. I appreciate their honesty so much, but I needed a battery. Even after being cleaned my battery was a corroded mess. Jason fought for quite a while to help me get it changed out, as the connector was firmly stuck to my battery. Long story short, no car before my current had ever had an issue with the battery corroding. I didnt know to watch for it, hence the ridiculous buildup and problem. These gentlemen never made me feel stupid or like I should have known better, they just helped me and explained each step of the process until they were done. Like I said, thorough and professional. I highly recommend them and this Auto Zone. Theyll take good care of you.

The Gentleman in the Red shirt David, was very friendly to all of us as we entered, being to only one available, he was quick to service folks and knew exactly what everyone needed and offered tips and shortcuts to help out. He took about 5 minutes to come change a light bulb for me, he took the time to talk me through it. Such Great Customer Service!!! I recommend this place!!!!

People behind the counter act like they can not stand for you to ask them a question, and become highly impatient easily. Last time I went there, I asked for a diagnostic, and got an angry dude that did not want to do it. I will never go back there again. Autozone on Highway 70 is much better.

Customer service is terrible. I do a ton of side work. In there daily, spend a fair amount of money. Last time in there I was 3 cents short in cash. They made me put an item back. I spend a few hundred each week easily. Not sure if Ill ever go back.

They were able to help me. I did have to remind the man my battery was still under warranty, and my cost needed to be prorated. After telling him twice he was able to locate it.

Good location and very helpful staff. Decent selection of parts for the size of the place and they have a great return policy. They are great at diagnosing problems and give fair recommendations.While many of the parts at AutoZone are cheaply made (radiators for a perfect example) and not built to last, my review is more based on the specific franchise and not the brand.

You find what you are looking for.. They talk you to get a card for your purchases.. it has to be a $20.00 before tax.. Most of the things I buy theyre $19.99,so now my purchase wont count. Now you feel bad and you might add a little thing off the counter. Thats what I dont like. Other people might have given them less than 5 stars... but I still say theyre a great place to shop there.

Battery test and replacement.The poor little guy that came to test it couldnt get the clamps to stay on, and held them on by hand.He needed help getting the cables off, but he was prepared with all the correct tools, and knew to check all the surrounding hoses and misc. connections to ensure I wouldnt run into any additional problems afterwards.If anything, it provided some early morning entertainment.

Ordered a part that came in not right and I didn’t even receive a “im sorry” sent me to another store to exchange it and the part was broken. I kind of expect better people skills from auto zone and it’s manager. Rebecca the manager could use coaching in this department.

The staff always acts like its a bother when you ask for assistance. I went in to get a battery test one time and the man told me that I would have to wait an hour because they were busy. There were literally no other customers in the store besides me. I went in 1 time to have my battery cable tightened and the guy gave me the tool and told me to do it myself claiming that there was no other employee in the store to cover him. I was furious because if I could do it myself I would have never even stopped in. Im not a handywoman!!

There customer service is awful. They never offered to wait on me. I finally figured out they were doing me that way because I was a woman. I have never said that but they did it to another woman. They waited on men before they got to us. I just needed motor. Oil the guy was laughing at me just because I didnt see conventional high mileage instead of helping me. This is beyond awful. I rented a torque wrench. The first one was busted. I brought it back and they gave me a brand new one which was defective. It didnt realease after reaching the set torque spec, destroying my clutch boss in the process. When I returned it they could not have cared less. Ill spend my money elsewhere. Thank you very much.
