Do not do business with this con artist 1st when I took car for estimate he told me it wouldnt take more then 10 days to fix well 3 weeks later I finally get it back but leaking coolant I call him and tell him I think u loosened a hose or something because its leaking coolant he told me its not a hose the wreck punctured a hole in the radiator and when the car warmed up it started leaking and to bring it in and he will diagnose the problem for 49$ a hour min of 6 hours and if it is the radiator he will contact the insurance company and fix it but if they dont Im responsible for the 300$ bill for him just looking at the car well I drove the car for 3 weeks before having it fixed from brighton to memphis everyday so It would of leaked way before I had car fixed so I took it to a mechanic and it was a hose after all and when I told Tommy well he denied responsibility even though he worked all around the radiator even replaced the mount and it wasnt leaking before he got my car but he said that theres no way it was a hose its the radiator and I really need to bring it in before the engine blows. I honestly believe this man saw a woman and thought easy con and broke my hose on purpose thinking I would just believe him and he could change my insurance company for a radiator replacement knowing it was only a hose and if the insurance company refused he would still get more $ from me at 300 just to look at it. Luckily I went and got a 2nd opinion because I did not trust this guy at this point he finally offered to fix my hose after back and forth arguing but like I said I did not trust this man by that point and went and paid to have someone else replace my hose for 1/2 the price Tommy wanted to just look at my car. So beware of using this place unless you want your vehicle to come back in worse shape then you took it!

My experience was great!! This shop is top notch. I am a divorced mom and couldnt afford my $500 deductible they worked with me on that, helped me get a discount on my rental.The owner knew I needed my car done quickly and was able to get it back to me within a week. My car is a 2018, the work was perfect.I highly recommend this shop and will always use them in the future. Great business!!!!

Not sure why it says affordable. If you plan to pay out of pocket, don’t waste your time going. He prefers you to use insurance, because he can get more money out of them I’m guessing. I chose to pay out of pocket because the damage was minor. I went in for a dent at the back of my car he says “3,000” automatically. While at least 3 others said 1,200 or less, that’s with paint. Yes, money is what he’s after.

I could not be happier with the results of my car 😀. Not only was the price affordable but it was ready quicker than I could ever have imagined. I would recommend Tommy to anyone. So glad I decided to drive a little farther and check this place out!!

Too long; didnt read version: I dont trust this guy, he added charges with no proof, and he broke more things in my car than he fixed.I took the reviews on here to heart, and his proximity to my home was a plus. However, over the course of the month long process of fixing our car, he notified me of several items within my car that broke during repair or were broken before repairs began. For instance, after having the car for three weeks, Tommy told me that he replaced one of our tires because it was dry-rotted and warped. I asked him for a picture of the bad tire but never received one.He never called me himself to give me positive updates; instead, I would call him to find out the progress on the car, and each time I called, he added more time and cost to the repairs. In the last week, he told me that the computer for the air bag was delayed and would not be for another three days. On that third day, he told me that his tire guy still had my car, trying to get the tires balanced (They arent, by the way).Possibly the worst thing that happened was that he called me the next day to ask if I had a spare key, at which point he revealed that the car key broke in his hand when he tried to start the car. He said Ive been fiddling with it for an hour and a half. (Why would you do that?! Why didnt you call THE MOMENT the key broke?) He passed it off as a defect in Ford key-fobs, but a Ford representative in Bartlett said They arent supposed to just break like that.I will give him credit, though, because he didnt charge us to get the key fixed. We needed the car for a six hour drive to Mississippi, so we paid for the repairs and took it. However, there were still things that he hadnt fixed or even noticed until this final day: he broke the windshield wiper dispensers; he JUST THEN realized that the Driver seat belt would not retract, causing the Airbag light to come on constantly; on the day after we got the car back, a warning came up that said Tire Sensor Faulty; and the new key fob I received IS LOOSE!Please, do not take your cars to this guy. Find someone that you can trust, that friends or family have used. I feel like this guy will take advantage of you, and I wish that I had taken my car somewhere else.

Tommy gave me the best price to fix my Nissan Murano bumper dent and did an excellent work in fixing it. No issues in working with insurance as well. To say it short - the name Affordable Precision Auto Body truly reflects the real work ethics of the ownership. Highly recommend to any one who do not want to use insurance.

Tommy did a great job on my wifes Dodge Magnum. He handled all the details of my car rental and deductable. The fit and finish of the body was excellent. He even fixed a couple of things he didnt have to ! Top notch service from a top notch crew.

Cant recommend highly enough.The owner Tommy has been the only person i trust with my car since before opening his own shop years ago. cheaper and better than any shop you will ever find. I never even bother checking anywhere else for whatever my problem is anymore, its just going to be a cheaper better experience with Tommy over at Affordable Precision.

My experiance at this shop was great! Tommy treated me and my 2009 Nissan altima like family! I have been to some of the big box shops that my insurance company sent me to and I had nothing but problems. I felt like a valued customer and not a number at Affordable Precision ;I now recomend them to all of my friends and family. Quality of the work was outstanding and they also detailed my car for free.
