I hate that people are knocking UPS in general in the BARTLESVILLE store review page.I always have to return Amazon packages and this is the store I go to. I have always had amazing service. Cheerful, willing to help and great customer service.

Been coming here off and on for over a decade. The staff are always friendly, and usually knowledgeable. Though Im no fan of UPS in general, the times Im forced to use UPS are much better due to this 3rd party store.

Very knowledgeable and polite staff! I come here all the time to return and ship stuff. They always hook me up with the best shipping options man.

If I could give this store more than five stars I would. I had to ship several large swimming pools and everyone was so kind and helpful! The girls helped me bring them in from my car and the guys went above and beyond the next day when I had the wrong label on one of my items. I highly recommend this store for your shipping needs! 👍

Outstanding customer service! Cliff and his team handled a complicated shipment for me and my family by shipping a custom made bullhead to Arizona. They built a custom box and took their time packing it to make sure it arrived in 1 piece. Thank you so much and keep up the great work!

Waited for delivery on a very expensive item (over 3000). I watched and tracked the delivery car on a live tracker and watched it go everywhere but my neighborhood and house( basically circled me). I do not want that item to sit in the car for that long, especially with it being almost 100 degrees). Because of that, my delivery window was missed by almost 2 hours! I am not happy and won’t be using UPS again!

If we could give less then a star we would, talk about a rude store manager. Lost package and when the tracking number was looked up it shows the package is in the bartlesville store. When you walk in or call the store manager he gets bent out of shape because they can not find the package continually says that it is in transit. A high value package now has a claim on it and filing a complaint against this store as when we called last week we was hung up on twice when we inquired about our package, Store manager did not like the fact we had been in contact with the UPS driver that had brought the package into the store after he had tried to deliver to the home and no one was there. , His words were The driver is lying he is only telling you what you want to hear. We called every day for a week and got the same story day in and day out. we contacted the Tulsa office and have drivers there speak with the delivery driver for here and got the same story package is in bartlesville office, Tulsa Office says the package is in the Bartlesville office. The only people who do not know where the package is are the rightful owners of it.

Always in and out within a minute or two. I go to this ups store when returning packages back to Amazon. Amazon emails a code to my phone which I show to the ups clerk and they take care of the rest. Very pleased with their service.

On my day off i came in with my 3 and 4 year old to get a shipping label printed and with my last experience at the UPS Store in Owasso I had to call Amazon to get another shipping label sent to me in order for my item to be shipped. The phone call took a few minutes and Im trying to calm my kids down and talk to the guy on the phone neither working out too great but definitely nothing to be looked down upon. When it was all said and done and I had to pay the $1.64 the guy working would not stick his hand out to take the change that I had to pay for the shipping label that was ONLY $1.64. Should I have handed him a $20 just to pay the measly amount that was owed?? He made me feel less than inferior.

The workers are amazing. Super nice and patient.

I would give a negative start if it was possible. The last pickup is listed as 5:30pm. I brought a next day air time sensitive package in at 5pm and was informed the driver came early and left. They should call the driver back to the store and the pickup should be performed at 5:30pm.

Working with the manager Cliff has been great he takes care of everything, and is a good person and patient too. I noticed them helping customers who were having trouble loading and I don’t see that at other places here.Keep up the good work.

Notary does Not stay til 6:00.The employee who answered the phone was polite, professional, and very helpful-offering other notary suggestions in the area. Consider making her a notary please, if she works til 6:00, please. If she wants, that is, and give her a raise!

They wouldn’t rent me a mailbox without a Bartlesville address, because only locals can have mail boxes. That’s not corporate policy, nor is it a law.It’s alright, I mean, I was born and raised here. My great grandparents founded the town‼️. The one in Owasso rented me a box.

The employees are extremely helpful and polite, even when they are flooding over with customers! even when there is a ton of people in the little building, the lines move very quickly. I have never had an adverse experience with this store.
