The Advanced Hearing Care office personnel are very friendly and efficient at what they do. They maintain my equipment and test my hearing regularly so that I can hear good all the time. I am kept informed if my equipment needs worked on or if it will need service sometime down the road. Im just very well taken care of.

I met with Dr. Stephanie to have my 6-month cleaning for my new hearing aids. She checked (and cleaned) my ears and cleaned the hearing aids too. Everyone wore masks, and I had my temperature checked before entering the Doctors office. I felt very comfortable and safe during this time of COVID.

The Advanced Hearing Care saved my hearing life recently while I was attending family reunion with 6 of my 7 children and families on the west coast of America. My hearing aid broke and I panicked. I immediately contacted Dr. Stephanine Moore and because there was no place close to my location where I could get mine repaired Dr. Moore sent me a replacement by overnight direct mail and I could hear family members again.
