The older woman I had an encounter with today was very rude for absolutely no reason. I needed to do a payslip and she would not even try to look at it. I understand the short staff and things like that because. A lot of us are dealing with it right now. But like come on.

I use this pharmacy monthly and I’m not sure what’s happened but it’s gone down hill. I called to check price of meds and the woman I spoke with was so rude and short with me and hung up before I even finished what I was saying. So disappointed with the customer service. Will definitely be switching my meds to Walgreens after this month.

Just general incompetence on the part of the pharmacy. There is one pharmacist that does attempt to help and there is one there that is just plain rude and can’t be bothered to help.

About two people are friendly here. The rest not so much. Almost an issue with my meds every time. Always out of stock or incorrect pills. Never call this place for any reason at all. Good luck getting them to answer. I have called them from inside of the store and watched them ignore the phone. A few nice people can not fix this place.

Unfortunately I have to stay here due to insurance but every single month I have issue with getting my meds on time weather I get them to them early to order it or not I only have 3 medicine I take and to get them is a hassle if I could go somewhere else I would

They always say one time. Then miss that time by days. Very rude. Was told to pickup a prescription in a hour. Came back 1:10 later told 30 min we haven’t touched it. I’m sure it’ll be a few more of those. We need the meds but they probably won’t deliver for a few days. I’ve had this happen several times with them. Awful...

Apparently Online CVS Photo Services and the In-Store Photo Services are two completely separate entities. Terry, the store manager of this location was rude, unprofessional and unknowledgeable of the whole process. He accused me of not having paid for my photo order which was placed online and therefore he couldn’t give me a refund. Which, by the way, I was requesting only because they didn’t have the materials to make the “same-day pick up” photo magnet order I had placed two weeks ago.Only the people on the phone (CVS online customer support) were able to give me a refund on the photo magnet order and only charged it as a regular photo print order (all prepaid with my credit card on file) so I was able to take my pictures home.My advice if you place photo orders online, have a screenshot of your payment on hand because the receipt doesn’t exactly say the words “paid”, it only says what you were charged and the card it was charged to, which is apparently not enough confirmation of payment for manager Terry.Edit: I forgot to mention, only the young gentleman working as a cashier is nice here. Everyone else doesn’t care and behave like the store problems affecting your orders aren’t their business while they make fun of it (which manager Terry did).

WORST PLACE IN OKLAHOMAI went here to get blood clot after cutting the tip of my finger off to the bone. Used my mask as a tourniquet to help stop the bleeding and asked for help. THE STAFF WOULDN’T HELP ME UNTIL I PUT A MASK ON!! I was lucky to get some clotter bc no one knew if they carried it. Don’t shop here if you have another option.

Never has orders ready. Once you get there to pick up prescription after it’s set there in their system for at least 2 hours, then they acknowledge it and tell you another 30 minutes wait. Poor customer service skills. This is why I use Express Pharmacy when they are open! Fast and friendly.

Not sure I have ever gave a one star review but this pharmacy is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever had to use...worst part is this is the pharmacy my Company makes us use for any maintenance orders so you would think they would want to make sure to provide great, or at least good service at our local one.Not true... I have had nothing but bad experiences with things not being filled when they’re supposed to be and if you try to call and make sure it’s filled I wish you luck because both myself and a co-worker have both waited almost an hour on hold waiting for someone to answer just to tell us our prescription hasn’t been filled! Anything that’s not required to be filled here I wouldn’t because they don’t deserve the business.

Went to pick up my wife’s prescription today and it was wrong so after, returning as we were asked to do to pick it up again, it was wrong the 2nd time so the on duty young pharmacist said that she would refund the order to our credit card and give us a 3 day emergency supply and re order the script in need as it was ordered by our physician, so after giving the script back and having our crest card reimbursed she said that here’s a two day emergency order that they should have the new order in by tomorrow night, well my wife has an out of town medical procedure on Tuesday and I tried to explain that a 3 day would be best in case their order didn’t come in on Monday, that we’d be in trouble on Tuesday without the medication.The pharmacist got up set and said that the 2 day emergency supply was a courteous and kept it sending us away without anything!We went to Walgreens and will never ever go to another CVS again!I also videotaped half of this incident and will be sending it to the young mean female pharmacist superiors! Horrible experience!!!!!!

These people are just terrible. They WANT you to go without your medication. Possibly the most rude and disrespectful staff on the planet. I’m not sure how this crackhouse stays open considering the hefty fines it was given for POOR SERVICE AND MESSING UP PRESCRIPTIONS. Extremely unprofessional.

Multiple experiences where you go to pickup your prescription and they just say its not ready come back tomorrow, even if the script was called in 8-10 hours earlier. They dont ask if you may actually need it then or offer any kind of assistance. Just tough luck. The place across the street doesnt seem to have this problem. I may be looking for a new pharmacy soon.

I have never had a good experience with any CVS honestly, but this one is something else. I went in the other day to pick up my prescription. It was supposed to be finished nearly 5 hours previously and still wasn’t done. The redhead behind the counter was very rude and basically announced the names of my controlled substances to the entire store. There were 3 people in line behind me and this was extremely embarrassing. Thankfully this is not my usual CVS, but I will never return. Maybe redhead needs to take her own medication

Staff is wonderful. A piece of advice to the customers though, never call to talk to pharmacy. If you cannot order your script through the automated option go there and either order through the drive through or in store. Otherwise the chances are high that you will get very aggravated due to hold time, dropped call, or a number of other things.

As far as the store goes they have everything and usually have a decent price.Pharmacy ranges from adequate to never in stock and have to wait for seemingly long times to fill standard prescriptions. The prices are fair at least.The biggest issue is staff at the pharmacy who will convey to you quickly just how much you’ve offended them by coming to the drive up window or counter. They cannot get rid of you fast enough or be nasty enough about to either.I’ve waited a long time before making this negative review assuming it was just a bad staff member because a few have been okay but overall I don’t see much improvement. Just take your business elsewhere and leave these people be.

Prescriptions are never ready on time, they are days late. I appreciate the staff when they say oh we can expedite the order, like you are doing me a favor when it isnt ready at the specified time.Try to call them and you wait on hold forever. Phone is never answered.I dont know where the issue is but this is horrible.

This pharmacy refused to give my wife her medication. First they got prescription wrong as usual, then said would give emergency 3 day supply and decided to only give 2 which wouldn’t work for her. We waited in drive thru lane for at least 30 minutes trying to get medicine and finally the pharmacist refused to give us any. We will be going to Walgreens for now on! Always had problems with CVS.

We get our prescriptions here. For the amount of work they are doing it does feel like the pharmacy is under staffed. The people themselves are mostly great but there just needs to be more of them to get people on their way in a timely manner.

This store is the worst. Im forced to use it. Never has my prescription in stock, even though i use it monthly. Takes weeks to get one meds compared to Walgreens but out of pocket at Walgreens is 900 without insurance. They never answer phones even though they stand next to it with no customers.I called pharmacy was on hold for 20 mins. Drove to the store went inside still on hold. Pharmacists was filling orders and tech was stocking. No customers, i mean no customers in the store. My phone still on hold. Got my question answered and went home. Still on hold 58 mins total hold time. They answer the phone. I told them i already got my answer i just wanted to see if you would answer the phone since it was a 58 min hold. Was told oh well we have been swamped. This store needs a full over haul of management.

I hate to say this, but the pharmacy is worse than Wal-Mart. The phone app said my med would be ready at noon.. Right I call to make sure, it says 5:30. Send my husband to get it, its not ready, and the system is closed for the day. Just checked the pharmacy hrs, 10am to 10pm. Ballparking it. I have no idea why p66 and Connoco Phillips insists we use them, when they are so understaffed! Shoot we have 2 Walgreens... One cvs.. Headquarters to 2 major oil companies.

Terrible excuse for a pharmacy. Multiple times has been unable to fill a prescription and instead of informing customer of the issue, just sits on it and lets customer discover it the hard way so it becomes a medical issue. Often out of common medications requiring a wait of multiple days or a drive to Owasso. Loses prescription orders constantly from multiple providers for multiple patients.

Absolutely ridiculous. I have been in the drive through line for 45 minutes and only 3 cars in line. I called my refill in yesterday morning and came at lunch today and it sill wasn’t ready. Now this. These people have wasted so much of my time.

Generally have to go in person to tell them to fill prescriptions. Even then it is not a guarantee. Have given wrong directions on prescriptions before.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to use. Will not answer phone even when there’s no one there. Technician was texting while he told me to wait at the window while I had also been on hold 25 minutes during their “slow” time at 8:30am. Will be transferring my prescriptions somewhere else and notifying employer how poor their customer service has been.
