Trash coffee. Beans are always burnt. Poor quality of espresso. Ill never go to another Starbucks again. I dont understand how people think this is good. Clear, theyre seriously misunderstanding what a truly great coffee from quality Colombian or Ethiopian Beans. Absolutely no comparison. Even McDonalds coffee tastes better than this 🚫☕

Didnt have caramel or white mocha sauces for over 2 days, mobile order was a joke. Made 2 of my 3 drinks from mobile order than waited over 10 minutes for the last one, even after asking about it 2 different times. Definitely need another coffee shop in this town.

The only reason why I am giving it a 5 star is because there are 2 employees that REALLY make coming here worth it. The one girl always makes my coffee taste like a dream in a cup. Otherwise I would never wait the length of time that I usually have to wait. I waited the other day for 45 minutes. So hats off to the manager for hiring some spectacular people!

Starbucks is all about overrated indulgence. Its okay but usually hit or miss. I always get the chai tall with 3 pumps and no whip. I get almond milk when I can afford it. The morning shift is extremely friendly and cares about their customers, but Ive only experienced one person who works in the evenings that cares like that.Ive personally experienced night shift closing early and staring at me when I go through drive through to ask what time they close and no one deliberately answering the phones. As has been mentioned in a different persons review.Ive also argued with an evening barista about how many shots of espresso she put in my drink despite asking for a single shot only NOT a quad. I have a health condition that limits how much caffeine I can have.However! Ive noticed new management is particularly working with the night shift recently. I hope she can make a difference and I look forward to seeing the changes come forth.

This is the only Starbucks in town and the only place I can consistently get decent coffee. I love their baked goods, too. However, they are often out of stock of my favorites and they do not sell some things other Starbucks keep in stock (like oatmilk).The employees are always kind and they move pretty quickly even when it is packed.Since the pandemic started, I have come to love this place less. Almost all of the employees wear their masks incorrectly and do not cover their noses. If they are unable to follow this safety measure, what else are they neglecting that I cannot see?

I’m definitely a Starbucks gal I do agree that sometimes there is a long wait but they are always busy so I understand but the staff is always super kind and I’m never disappointed with my drinks, I am a little upset that they close pretty early now and that they aren’t open everyday so I hardly get a chance to go anymore! In the grand scheme of things going on in the country these days, this sounds trivial but come on Bville Starbucks! Closing at 830 every night, esp on Fri and Sat??? This hour 1/2 away, 8 to 5, working girl was so looking forward to a Starbucks on the way home after the drive down, hobby lobby and dinner with my hubby. 8:50 pm we pull into the drive thru and the gal actually says welcome to Starbucks only to pause and tell us Im sorry, we closed at 830. Really?? If you are going close, at least turn off your outdoor lights and signs. I had shopping to do at the Walgreens across the street and left hubs in the car. 30 mins later, all lights still on with hubby noticing 3 more cars had quickly come and gone thru the drive thru. Again, not earth shattering, but poor business practice.

Drive through service can be incredibly slow at times. I have spent 25 minutes waiting for 4 cars to be served, only to be given room temperature coffee that had cleary been sitting out since the order was placed. If you order online, I recommend going into the store for pickup.

I meant to write a few months ago after I stopped by here, but it got away from me. When I came in on July 11th around 5-6 pm, there was 3 employees working. I came into the lobby (when it was still open). There was 3 unbelievably amazing employees working. They were very nice and sincere. I broke down in tears ordering a my nephews favorite drink for the last time. (He had recently passed in a UTV accident)The guy who took my order was very kind. One of the female baristas even gave me a hug even though we are in the middle of a pandemic. I wish there was more to the story, but sadly there is not. I’m sorry for the delay.However, I wish these employees the best on their current and future endeavors also that they stay in good health. Merry meet.Thank you for your kindness.

I called in an order and went to mlm pick it up but it was later than I thought but my order was cold and the sandwich was hard. Im sure they just let it sit in a bag somewhere. As expensive as they are I would hope they would make sure the food is fresh even if the person is late. My advice is if you place an order online to pickup then do not be late at all.

It has taken me a couple of years to write this review because I was always giving them the benefit of the doubt. This is the absolute worst Starbucks in the country and I tour for a living so I have experienced a wide variety of the Starbucks in this country. I should not be completely shocked when I have a good experience here. The morning staff is better than the rest of the day but still not fast. The staff needs WAY more training on customer service and their products. I have never worked in a coffee shop but find myself having to educate them on how their advertised drinks are made. The lack of concern for customer service is also unacceptable.

Pretty disappointed with the staffing at this location. I worked for Starbucks in high school and we were all about the people. No matter what we were doing, we welcomed each guest and stopped to serve. The last dozen times I’ve walked in here, it has been at least 30 seconds before I’ve been acknowledged or helped. Sometimes I have even left after a whole minute or two passed. I stand at the counter waiting to even be noticed. Yet the whole time, someone will be facing me behind the pastry case putting stickers on something or making whipped cream. When I finally order, it takes forever to get the drink after the barista sloppily get its to the counter with the lid not on completely, liquid running down the side of the cup or oozing out the top. Yesterday, I waited until he finished his task before ordering, he told me my total and then disappeared for another minute to get and restock lids. My card failed to process, so I stood there wondering what was going on while 4 employees were within a few feet of me yet never looked up. What you do is never as important as who you’re serving. Hoping someone up top pays a secret shopper visit here and requires some changes.

Locked people inside nearly 30 minutes before closing time. There were 5 cars in the drive through, they ignored every single one. We even went up to the window and honked, with two people right there, teenagers obviously, and they ignored us. We even laid on the horn, and they just walked away, pretending not to see us. Searching up regular times shows that they should be open till ten on Sundays. Ive never seen this level of disrespect in a Starbucks store. I love Starbucks, I really do, but this experience has me thinking otherwise. Dear Katy, who answered the phone when no one bothered to help: thanks for answering, but maybe you shouldve attended to your customers first.

I’m giving three stars because no matter how bad the experience is Starbucks coffee is still Starbucks coffee!But I am very disappointed in this location. I feel The girl working the window needed more training as she didn’t know the menu very well. After getting everything correct and getting around to pay I was handed my lemonade that had no ice in it, I asked why and she told me it’s never had ice {I’ve gotten this lemonade for years} she then handed me my frapp that didn’t have whipped topping or the drizzle as if should have! For the price we pay for these drinks and the time I had to wait this go around I feel as if my drink should have been done correctly.

I will be boycotting all Starbucks until this store location changes. The morning staff is rude, drinks are never made right. On several occasions I have received a drink that the milk was warm in a “ cold” drink cause the milk was left out on the counter. All the morning staff wants to do is talk and giggle and have fun. I am also boycotting Starbucks specially this location because the current manager is a bigot. Homophobic, and has at least on one occasion that I’ve witnessed chiming in with a mega hat wearing republican customer with highly offensive statements. Last time I checked it is a free country but your personal religious and political opinions you keep to yourself in the work place. Specially when it makes your staff uncomfortable. Because it goes against everything Starbucks stands for at this location I will not be back. I take a stand and if anyone else reads this and feels the same I hope you follow what you know is right and stand up against hate.

This location has been slow every time I have been there. My coffee has regularly tasted watered down or mixed poorly. The staff is eager to ignore customers if someone they know is in the store. I would only give one star but my wife has had better luck here and they haven’t got my orders incorrect yet. Just took forever to make it and made it poorly several times.

I love Starbucks but this location is terrible. I brought a friend from Chicago to this location and the service we received is subpar. The manager was there and he never apologized and it still took forever to get the order right. It’s embarrassing and the only location available. Today it took 20 minutes and people were bailing out. I’ll be visiting Tulsa locations more often.

I’m not one to be negative, but this store is terrible. It doesn’t matter what you order or how many people were in line in front of you. You will be here for a minimum of a 15 minutes and they will probably get your order wrong. I was there today I got one iced coffee and there was one person in line ahead me, 20 minute wait. Seeing as this is the closest coffee shop to my house, it’s the one we go to if we want coffee out. Drive thru has taken up to 15 min to get through before, they’re almost always out of sleeves & stoppers, and 50% of the time the espresso drink I order is very watered down. Wish there was more consistency in the way the coffee is made, and lacking in necessary supplies is an easy fix but continues to be a problem.

Terrible service! I walked in and the two girls behind the counter glanced at me one time and one time only. I stood at the mobile pick up area for five minutes and they never looked at me again. After five minutes my wife walked in and stood there and had to ask one of the girls if this was the mobile pick up area. The girl then asked for a name, we gave the name, and she walked over to the counter by the drive up window and picked up our order and gave it to us. All without ever saying a word. Terrible service !!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and go to the Starbucks inside the food pyramid. Its better managed and seems to have people that can comprehend words unlike this location.The only good thing is drive thru. I waited about 40 minutes people that came in after me got their orders, I finally asked and was just told well its not in this stack.. really what happened to customer service.. I travel every single week for my job all over the country and I have never been to such a horrible Starbucks in my entire life. I spend thousands a year at Starbucks and this was by far the worst experience I have had at one. I could not believe how horrible they make Starbucks coffee taste at this location. In addition its probably one of the slowest ones Ive ever been to. The staff was rude and They didnt seem to know at all what they were doing. Need better management to help this location. Horrible experience, will never return to this Starbucks again!
