This store is always super busy. Wish this town had 2 stores. The associates are doing the best they can...but the shelves are often bare and walking the isles with the order pickers is super annoying as a shopper and associate. I have stopped shopping at this store for my groceries. I only buy cleaning supplies and paper products due to out of stock and crowding.

Well stocked, but more people should wear masks.

I went early to avoid a crowd. I got my groceries and went to check out. Everything was fine until I got in line. Two cashiers were open the rest was do it yourself. I feel that if I am going to spend $15 or $150 I want a person behind the register to check me out. I think Walmart is trying to force their customers to go to the self check-out lines.

The shelves are always empty, its a rare occasion that Im able to get all that I need in one trip and while the online ordering is supposed to be convenient it typically leaves me frustrated! I have always been a fan of one-stop shop options, but Wal-Mart is struggling in this area the past few years.

Shelves on many of the grocery isles are empty. Today had 11 items on my list and 4 of them were out of stock. Flour, powdered sugar, a candy item and smoked pork chops. None of these items are exotic or specialty items. This isn’t a one time thing, it’s EVERY TIME I go there. Other local grocery stores have no problem keep their shelves stocked!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Tried to buy a 6 pack, showed my ID and was denied. Screw this place!

Busy day of the month. Very crowded. The staff is always hard at work and courteous. Plenty of cashiers that keep people moving and lines short. Never have I had an employee be rude or not show me where something was when I asked.

I asked an employee where to find an item and he told me and then asked if I’d like him to show me. It was all the way at the other side of the store so I said that’s ok, I’ll just get it next time. He smiled and asked if I’d like him to go get it for me. How wonderful! That really made my day. Thank you, Zach, for awesome customer service!!

Just stopped in for a few things. Only had direct contact with 2 employees. I bought wine coolers and the guy that came to check my id, came over, did something on the terminal and walked off. He did not check my ID, or even say a word to me, just walked off. The greeter was very nice, as usual...he has always been super nice. (I cant remember his name).

Walmart has been one of mt favorites for years and my local Bartlesville walmart has everything I need 9l5%of the time and if i tried online shopping it would be even higher. Im there so much that I even bank there and collect $75.00 every year for a free account because I buy food and everything else except those specialty products that are hard to find even in specialty shops. I just wish they would add yield signs at the end of ilse so thet wouldnt run down the major highway customers in the large isles . .

Very rude woman in seasonal today. I was asking about grills( she helped at first) and then when I kept asking questions. She didnt have any product knowledge at all. Just kept saying I dont know...with one one question, she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Came across other employees within the store while shopping. I was asking for directions for certain items.. I am not from this town. Every one was very rude..I am not very pleased at all. We must do better to ensure great customer service!!!

A Iot of cars but few customers. Must be a lot of workers in the back. Only three workers I recognized. Whats happening? Is it Covid related? DNK!

I loathe Walmart. I try not to spend any money here. I thought I could run in and grab the few things I needed. The shelf items were unorganized. I couldnt reach what I needed. I couldnt find an employee to help me. I couldnt find most of what I needed because they shuffle the store around every time. Then I had to check myself out and was then accosted at the door to make sure I did it correctly. Nothing makes me angrier. Ive said it once, Ill say it again, I hate Walmart. Im never going back.

It was a fantastic experience the was amazing and we got what we needed we are very satisfied

Not happy if the TLC, I go get a oil change and talk me they wont do it they said my oil plug was too tight and it would have messed up my oil pan if they tried loosen it I went to another place and got all the oil and did it myself when I got home to take the drain plug out the drain plug was way loose its funny that the Walmarts tire and lube shop said that it was too tight and they couldnt touch it so I am not very happy so the way I see it is they should pay me back all the money that I have bought all my oil and all the stuff that I had to do to get my oil changed on my vehicle

Stillwater Walmart in Perkins road is a great place to shop, everyone is super friendly there. I would also like to say thank you again to Jayden, he saw that the battery had died on my scooter and pushed me back to get a new one. Too sweet, thanks again guys!!

THANK YOU for Giving oil change affordable options! THATS the way to actually HELP your community. Walmart will now be my oil change spot, as im there weekly. (NOT where i was a customer for 40 years!)

Just ran in for a short list of things and found everything where it was supposed to be. Checker was courteous and parking was plentiful. No problems

Continue to have great prices. It makes no sense that all the self-checkouts only accept cards. I mean; when did money lose its value?

This Walmart is okay, at least as far as Walmarts go. I personally dislike going to Walmart because it seems like theyre always moving stuff around in order to make things as difficult to find as possible, so I usually just order online and pick up.

Love my local Walmart and like being able to find what I need and if not I can always find someone to help

The workers are always nice the place is also very clean but they have hardly no cash registers most of are all card only no cash back

Most of the employees are nice, but a lot of them just refer me to someone else when I need something. every time I go to electronics, there is only ever one person working back there by their self, I always have to wait in long lines to get what I need, and of course everything is locked up, they even have cheap things locked up. the boy that works back there seems to know what he’s doing, but like I said before, there is only ever one person working back there. even printer ink is locked up, Walmart really worries about everything.

I love going to Michaels but its heartbreaking when they dont have what Im looking for on sale or have what Im looking for at all

Bartlesville is such a beautiful city and so clean.The Walmart there is great.

Needed pet supplies and they were locked up. They called overhead twice for keys to the pet area. No one showed up and we gave up and left

I enjoy going to Walmart because they are a one stop shop for everything I need!! I can get everything for my home here, from tp to milk, deodorant to paper plates, rakes and lawncare products/equipment to party favors/decor, etc.

This happened to me the other week. The store is nice and they usually have what I need. When ever I go to the electronics department that’s a whole different story. They always treat you like you’re going to steal something, like come on you really think I’m going to steal some headphones. They wouldn’t even let me put them in my cart. I think if it’s sold on the sales floor I should be able to take it with me.

Staff leaves me alone which is great.

Havnt had what i needed,lanes not marked card only clear,n nothing like havin to use my reciept as a get out of store card.

Was in and out pretty quick! Lots of unmasked people in there.

No under bed boxes yet. I found my items and I did the employees job of checking myself out. I did it in great time. No long line. I told myself to have a great day and assisted myself in loading my basket for going to the car.

Its one stop shopping but every time I go in they have changed location of some of the items I buy frequently which can turn what was supposed to be a quick trip to the store into a scavenger hunt.

Cant beat Walmart. Their prices are phenomenally great (meaning low.) Their products are great. And they have very nice people working for them.

Always crowded and low stock we need another Wal-Mart!!!!! Its the only one from Independence KS, to Tulsa, Claremore, Coffeyville, Vinita.

Love this Walmart! Nothing to complain about especially since this is the only Walmart in Bartlesville and theres not another Walmart to compare it to in the immediate area so thank goodness for the great staff. I, unfortunately, dont live on that side of town but its still only a 15 minutes drive and I dont mind it a bit because I know its going to be a cheaper option compared to the many Homelands I pass on the way.Plus, I think we have an advantage being the closest Walmart Supercenter to Walmarts distribution center in Ramona. Never seems like I run into any of the same or normal problems here compared to other Walmarts say around the Tulsa area, or so!

I had a pickup order to retrieve, but at the last second had other items to grab inside the store. They worked swiftly and were friendly while getting everything switched around for me, making it easier for me to get everything and get out.

I went to automotive ask for oil change. I got some string wrapped around driveline they couldnt be bothered with cutting it off. they would rather it catches fire and burned off. it would have taken 2 minutes. they suck

I was actually at the Wal-Mart pharmacy getting the Co-vid vaccine. Everyone there was extremely nice especially the nurse that administered it. She was great!!! 🤗🙂🤗🙂

Was impressed with being able to check out quickly.

I hate Walmart. People believe it is the best prices. It is not. There employees seem baffled when Ive asked questions. The real reason I hate walmart, is because the few times Ive been, my back hurts. For real.

They said my shower chair would be in 25th wasnt or 26th. Also said there was one in store week before, Not! Hopefully soon! We went again, still no shower chair! We got, ladder& Saw & a few other things.

I do all my shopping at Walmart for groceries it doesnt take me long to check out

The cashier and the stocker in cosmetics were extremely kind and helpful. I interacted with a few others who seemed to not know much about the store.

Waited in line for a check out person, something went wrong with order in front of me, after I had my stuff already on the belt, manager tried to fix, but didnt and just walked off! The kind lady in front of me helped load my stuff back into cart, I had to use self checkout, which I do not know how to do! Asked for help manager came over showed me how! I checked myself out but will not be back to Walmart, if at all possible!

I used grocery pickup for the first time today and was very satisfied! I sat in my car for less than 5 mins before Skyler greeted me. He was very kind and friendly as he loaded my groceries for me. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I usually like to do my own grocery shopping, but this was SO helpful in the middle of a busy week.Also got all of my groceries with no problems.

Any do dad you need you can find at Wal-Mart...they always play my music there...songs I wrote...i feel very welcome there as a valued customer.

I was picking up at the grocery pickup area. Most of the time they are perfect but things have been a bit crazy lately so if you place a pickup order then dont be surprised if the time is pushed back. They are doing the best they can considering everything. But it does require patience 😉

I give 3 stars because they had everything I needed. However I hate shopping at any Walmart after working for them for 10 years.

Im mad that my doctor called my subscriptions in to these half-wits! Ill make sure it doesnt happen again.

Usually they abide by service dog laws however they have some employees try to impose additional rule on service dog users. Must remain on floor, must be on a leash, must have a vest, that is not what the law says. Not all hands are able to use a leash or connect a harness. My dog stays under my control with out a leash, but I encourage people petting and saying high so my dog enter acts and does not become pocessive.

Still getting used to the new remodel but otherwise its good. Couldnt find Cherry Chip cake mix though, which was sad.

Walmart sucks but it gets 5 stars

Not much different than a regular Walmart store, which generally deserves 3-star rating, on a good day. I left the place with an understanding that masks were optional, so I deducted 1-star from their rating. Having said that, I may be unfairly rating this store because their loose mask policy might be a reflection of how entire OK state is handling this situation.

If I could this store would have 0 star rating. They need to work on customer service. Managers need training aswell they need to enforce their masks hardly any employees wearing them. They should probably start with fresh employees get the junk ones out and itll be a more pleasant atmosphere. I agree with another reviewer if the person cant handle the stress step down Ive encountered this particular manager and she is always rude to customers and employees alike. PATHETIC
