They have a lot of shoes but never any I like. I love Brooks and Hoka shoes but they only had one plain style and color of Brooks. So I turned my nose up at those shoes and walked out like like I was on my way to Rodeo Dr.. Since the famous footwear shut down at our almost imploded mall it is probably is the next best option as far as volume of shoes. They have lots of Nike, addidis, sketchers, etc. I just usually stick with our local shoe store since they carry all brands.

Had a great experience getting shoes before school started at this store, could social distance easily and my choice to wear a mask, nothing said. Today, 6 months since last visit and a whole year since Covid started and now I was told I had to wear a mask to shop. I do not believe mask wearing helps, there has been no proof it makes any difference in getting it, just slows it some. It is not legal to mandate mask wearing even though I know a privateky owned business can require it. I went down the road and spent my 200 bucks at a business that allows choice. This maybe the reason I saw no one shopping there!!

Very friendly and helpful. They didnt have my size but were able to get my size ordered and shipped to my house and I still got the buy one get one half price. The store was very clean and all the shoes in their place. It was very easy to see their selection and see their shoe sizes. Very happy customer.

Now having had my experience and reading prior reviews I feel as though the major problem with this store is the customer service sales reps. I was greeted as I entered and at that point was not asked if needed any help just every once in a while a peeper looked to make sure I wasn’t stealing it that’s how I took it since no formal dialogue was exchanged now I was there for some time looking for a pair of boots however they had nothing in the style I was looking for. I feel like all their shoes resemble each other there are no real choices only this in black n brown with one or two straps it looked like all the boots were pretty much the same. I did find some clearance tennis shoes and went to check out and was help by a solemn faced clerk who basically acted as if ringing me up and taking my money was an issue . Don’t believe I’m going back

Just had a completely appalling experience with the store manager. I was shopping with my 2 young children ages 4 and 1, shopping for shoes for all 3 of us. My 1 year old sat in the stroller for half the time and then I took her out to try shoes on. After this she acted like a typical 1 year old- grabbing shoes and running down aisles. I of course returned shoes to proper shelves and boxes and grabbed her when she would run off. It is always stressful shopping with little ones. The store did not have the right sizes of shoes in the styles I was looking for for my children, but I found several pairs of shoes for myself. I decided to leave and come back by myself since there were only shoe options for me. Never once was I offered any kind of assistance or help or anything. As I was leaving the store, I said “I’ll be back later by myself.” The manager turned to the other guy working and said “see, I told you.” I turned around and he continued to say “destroy the store and not buy anything.” I said “excuse me, were you talking to me?” He turned around and said “no” then turned back around and again said “destroyed the store.” To clarify, we left 3 toddler girl shoes on the floor because I could not find the right location for them and thought this will just be easier to let the employees put them back in the correct places. I could not believe this manager’s rudeness and audacity at a family shoe store. I like Rack Room shoes, but this manager was completely out of line and will make it hard for me to shop there in the future.

They have so many crocs to choose from, which is what I bought. The people are nice and very helpful. They have so many different kinds of shoes, socks,and different styles.

At no fault to the cashier i was ripped off of savings after trying to exchange a pair of shoes to one size bigger. It was all in the computer system. I was given 15% off of my purchase and then the next day i go to do a flat out equal exchange that cost me over $30 because i had to pay the 15% i saved the fay before and had to pay the half of ine pair of shoes i got for free.... so it basically made me rebuy all the stuff i had bought yesterday for changing out a shoe that didnt fit my husband. Again it waa not the cashiers fault. But it still sucked

The checkout girl was obviously having a bad day, and kids were running wild through the store.

I was in there Saturday to find sandles the staff was very helpful even though there was a lady whose children were running a muck inside the store. They were being very patient with all the ruckus being caused by the screaming and the distraction. Thought I didn’t find what I was looking for I will be back.

Went there to get shoes for my son the manager instead of helping insulted me and talked to me like I was an idiot because I need size 5 boys shoes and tried to tell me they only go to 4 in Boys and rudely tells me maybe I should try selling shoes I walked out and wont go back
