My windshield recently took a bad hit while driving down the road. The flaw was about an inch in diameter with splintering. I was able to get an appointment right away to have it fixed and received timely and courteous service. I hope I never need their services again, but if I ever do, I will return. I recommend this business.

The man that helped us was amazing, he was the boss. He was professional, nice, funny and very out going. He explained all he was doing and even got us in 35 mins ahead of schedule. He is fine hell of a man. God Bless You sir and for your nice kind words sir.

The work these folks do is fine but the automated customer service is terrible beyond belief. Set up an appointment a week in advance for 8am at my house. THEY called and changed it to a specific time at their shop. Went a bit early and nobody was there and nobody came. Called and it turned out they didn’t even have the glass or anyone even planning to do the job. They reset the time and date for two days later.The working guys who do the actual work are great. Polite, professional and know their stuff. Seems the issue is too much automation and not enough staffing for the volume of work they put on these guys. Their workmanship is excellent and they are very careful as they make the repair.The place did give me a discount for the trouble so I will say they at least they try to make it right. I think the issue is too much computer interface setting schedules and not enough people who can look at realistic time tables and work out job appointments. Every person I dealt with was extremely polite and tried to be as helpful as they could.

My wife and I had returned from an out of state trip to find out one of our vehicles had a massive crack in the windshield. Our service tech, Randall, was able to schedule me in at, seemingly, a moments notice. He was professional, polite, and fast working. He also maintained proper covid restrictions at all times. Obviously i dont want anyone to sustain window damage, but if it happens, I definitely and whole heartedly recommend the Safelite here in bartlesville.

I had my windshield replaced at the Bartlesville shop in Oct of 19. Recently my windshield started whistling when I hit 45 miles per hour. I took it in to the dealership and they said the windshield is not properly sealed and Safelite also did not replace the caps on my wiper arms. I have tried calling, going by the shop, emailing and doing the live chat on their website. Nobody answers.

Excellent service. They quoted me an hour and a half to two hours. Even with a few interruptions and he was the only worker, he got it done in exactly an hour and a half while I waited. He also went above and beyond to clean out my very dirty front seat floor boards! I appreciated that greatly!!

Had windshield replaced, bad experience, poorly done work on cowling under windshield , hood misaligned, and worst part is I have discoloration and damage to paint which they deny. They told me the boss would call me but no call, I guess it was just a lie to get rid of me.

They had my windshield done fast and did it at my home that was far from bartlesville. They were professional. They also did my fathers windshield. For our vehicles they had the best price. So far so good!
