Zero if possible. First of all very unprofessional when I left a poor review on a Facebook the owner commented on my profile border pic ( something that is extremely creepy) asking me to take it down bc they are Adamant that it’s fixed bc it’s quiet in the shop short term.Got our dyer looked at a few months ago was told they only look at things in shop so I had to pay extra for them to pick it up or bring it in myself, so I took a day off and took it in. It took over a week to fix bc they didn’t have the part need (no big deal) took another day off to pick it up, got home and it’s still making the same noise and taking forever to dry cloths. Took another day off to take it back in just for them to somehow show me there’s no problem short term just to get it back home for it to make Squeaking noises and over heat and take forever to dry small loads.

Zero stars would be more like it.so after being delivered a different brand than I had ordered, the deliveryman who had an extra part for me to pay cash for didnt have change. living a couple blocks from a gas station I suggested that we follow each other there to get change. he didnt want to hear that, asked me to meet him in the middle, took the money, and didnt provide change. I then had an issue with the machine that the repairman could have easily fixed on the spot. there were no parts to order, just to clip something back on that had come loose. he said he needs to order a part when there is no part to order. these guys have hit all three strikes for me.1. the man that ordered the appliance ordered a different one than I asked for.2. the deliveryman basically begged me for money in my home.3. the repairman did nothing to resolve my issue.I absolutely would never give these guys a single cent, or even consideration, if I were you.good luck

Had to buy a microwave-shopped on line and at the big box store. Felt like I wanted to “Shop Local” they had my first choice in stock, VERY competitive pricing. Delivered the next day by a very courteous installer who was knowledgeable and quick. Cleaned up after his self and carted the old unit for us with no additional charge. I could not ask for a more enjoyable appliance purchase experience. Go here for your appliances.

Copeland Appliances went above and beyond both times we have dealt with them.Their prices are competitive, the sales staff is also the owners and they are very knowledgeable about the products they sell.They deliver outside the city limits and the delivery/instillation personnel are fast, efficient and very professional.Dont drive to Tulsa when we have such a great appliance store right here in Bartlesville.

Always satisfied with the customer service at Copeland’s and they are very knowledgeable about the appliances they sell and can always answer any questions you might have. I.puchased a washer and dryer from them a little over a year ago and have been totally satisfied with the set. I had many concerns when I was looking and reviewing washers and dryers...they went out of their way to answer all my questions.

I have an ice maker that just wouldn’t make ice very fast at all. Maybe a tray per day. After scheduling Sears to come to the house to service it, and them calling to say they wouldn’t make it, I called Copeland Appliance Center. They are short on repairmen, so I decided to take it in myself. They diagnosed the problem, replaced the part and now I’ve got more ice than I know what to do with. Well done!

No stars for Copeland Appliance Center! We have a Frigidaire Professional Series Refrigerator that is not cooling. My husband called to see if they could send a repairman out to look at it. The woman that answered the phone was rude told him they will only look at appliances that they have sold. We bought an 8 year old house a year ago and have no idea who the previous owners bought the refrigerator from. We would have purchased from Copeland if the one we have could not be repaired... NOT NOW. The way they treat potential customers is ridiculous. We will never buy from Copeland!
