Doesnt answer the phone when they are supposed to be open! Horrible customer service! I WOULD GIVE YOU NO STARS BUT UNFORTUNATELY THATS NOT AN OPTION!

If I could give -5 stars I would. DON’T WASTE your time here. I made a reservation for a trailer with a confirmation number and everything, drove 35 mins to get it and when I got there they had NO IDEA what I was talking about and then said that the only trailer they had was being requested by the previous renters for another day so I was out of luck. They took my card information and everything. & EVERY SINGLE REPRESENTATIVE was completely rude and hesitant to help me in any way.

Sticker shock. $9.00 a gallon for propane

This is the best U-Haul we have been to. If your looking for a nice place with friendly faces stop here to get your moving truck. Trucks and clean well maintained. Just all around great facilities.

Good service. Kept a hold on my deposit forever and had no problem taking the total mount after I turned in the truck. Their call center service sucks, but local shop was really good.

We have been working with Alex Rodriquez for the last month trying to organize packing and shipping for my sister to downsize and move to Illinois. Because of Drs appointments, our schedule has been chaotic to say the very least. Alex has been understanding, supportive and more helpful than I could have ever anticipated. Selena the girl at uhaul wouldnt accept a prepaid card or doesnt accept cash after a certain which I understand that part but seriously people have prepaid cards because they dont like dealing with banks. Never going through uhaul again. My mother in law was coming on her way to pay for it and she closed the store. Poor customer service.

I went there the other day and the people inside were helpful, their prices were reasonable.

Cool staff used a truck same day for a few hours it was simple fast and they got us a truck within minutes.

This place is a joke I got a 1979 Jeep Renegade 350v8 with the original stock Jeep hitch on the back and they say I cant rent a tow dolly from them to tow a Meyers manx VW fiberglass dune buggy 30 miles., Ive rented from other U-Hauls many times with my Jeep and never had a problem they wont even work with you these guys are idiots! I would have gave him a zero rating but I cant so I gave him one star

They want to raise the rent, Security is very poor next to none, Employees dont seem to know anything about the fees and bait and switch between them and their corporate office about the fees. This place really needs an overhaul for knowledgeable and helpful employees and their security needs it as well.

They suck the guy in the picture tried to take my money and another guy that works there lied about me paying him I told them I wanna see the video of me coming in and they tried to edit the video so I called Corp on. Them and every time I went in there after that they left me alone cuz they know it is true how they tried to take my money like that I think Im gonna sue them i wont ever go there again or refure anyone to them

Uhaul will make reservations for equipment when the store doesnt have the equipment to rent. They will then send you an hour away to a different store to pick up the equipment.

Really bad service from a lady and a guy working there, I need it a trailer and they said they didnt have any when they had 2 outside, so I told them they had 2 outside and they had an attitude and said they dont know anything that they couldnt help me with that. It should really be less than a star.

Really bad service would not recommend it to everyone . Canceled two reservations on me in a row very frustrating day to say the least .

When you are there the people take forever to help you they also will let you put an item on hold and when you go to pick it up its not there
