Worst baskin Robbins Ive been to in my life!!! They do a great job at being rude, rolling eyes, theres no signage when you arrive so you wait to order and after 10 minutes they tell you that you have to go to the back of the store to the cashier and order first. Ridiculous no says anything!!

The service was courteous but the two star rating is because we paid over $4 for a single scoop cone. Both cones were icy and poorly packed. There was literally a hole in the middle of my scoop.

They really need to change thier time on here. they are never opened. Ive been there once and they were kinda rude. tbh just go to dairy queen :/

The order taker Jacob was friendly and have one of the best customer services I seen in awhile.

Went for ice cream. Drive thru only. Ok I can handle that, they were out of anything with cherry. There wasnt a list of flavors. So when I asked what the flavors were she proceeded to sigh heavily and stated that there are some with chocolate, some with caramel and some with fruit. So I asked for fruit flavors and was told sherbert. Idk how they expect to stay open or why they even bother having ice cream. Maybe when they open the lobby Ill try again, but I guess Im just going to have to go to Peggy Sues for decent ice cream and good service.

Our experience was very positive. Service was fine, ice cream excellent and attendants both capable and friendly. Gloves were being used.

Shame on the employees that won’t let a three-year-old use the restroom why she standing there dancing to go P said she had to go really bad I got that you guys got traffic going in and out this is a child shame on you

Customer service is terrible they don’t wear gloves with touching cones which is a big health issue especially with COVID-19. I also saw one of the workers discriminate against some Hispanic women.

Cashier was rude, wasn’t wearing any gloves when touching the ice cream. Horrible service. Please do a better job when hiring your employees!

I unfortunately, did not feel welcomed. The ice cream was good but the service was just not the friendliest.

I was passing by heading to Nevada to see my family when my mom tries ordering in Spanish. Next thing I know the lady, con el pinche nopal en la frente, refuses to serve her and my aunt. She pushed us out of the door and nearly slammed my aunt against the glass window all just for speaking Spanish with her discriminating intimidation tactics. She needs to be fired.
