She very pleasant. You get all the great prices on buying merchandise and they have unbeatable interest rates for your pawned possessions. Once you come here youll definitely be back! Bad service I asked if it was a great condition on a bt speaker that I have and they told me that they dont play what if here. I was being cool and friendly until gentlemen with the glasses was rude to me.

Hi everyone, Im new to the city this pawn shop did not feel like I was in a jail cell like most. So I walk in with my item and my 2 kids and my 8 month pregnant belly and as soon as I walk in im greeted like she knew who I was. She walked me through the process, it was just an all in all good enough experience for me to want to definitely return for future business.

They are awesome here under new Management and Sapphire who help me was really nice

Great staff and even better loan terms. I was on my way home from Las Vegas and needed some extra cash. I stopped in to sell some of my Gold and the guy explained to me about their 1 year loan term. I was so happy I DID NOT have to sell my gold because they gave me 1 entire year to pick up my item. The young guy that helped me out was cool. I would suggest this place to anyone that like me lost a little too much in Vegas or just needs some extra cash.

Bought an upright bass ,l put it on layaway, I was able to get the due date extended several times because of personal matters. The staff were always so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.

The staff is nice but their prices are high, if your electronics are more than 5 years old and dont have original packaging they wont give you a good loan or pawn price. They do have nice instruments though.

I have used these guys constantly for the last three years ever since they bought out Fosters Pawn. They have much better prices, selection, and a better staff. They look to cater to you more as individual while still keeping it a family run business. they also have the BEST rates and terms in the pawn industry and these guys are the only ones that are GIA certified and back by the California pawnbroker association.

The staff here is awesome and very helpful. People who understand how pawn shops work shouldnt complain about the percentages given from their sales. these people arent robbing you theyre just flipping your sh*! For you because you were to dumb to keep a fu#! Receipt. Or you stole it. Either way theyre helping you. The owner was even willing to sell me his personal drill he accidentally left on the shelf. Thats called being down for the ppl. Oasis and its staff are the most helpful people Ive ever dealt with in pawnshops. Be grateful you even have friendly people on that cracked out corner. 5 star ratings from me. Oh and Jessica is the sh*! Yo.

I love this place it is like walking into a family setting the owner and staff are great will explain what is going with prices offered on items and makes you fell great while there. We go in every month and love it.

Unorganized. Store employee was rude when trying to make simple conversation about a pawn shop not selling firearms. Stated they dont do public gun sells? So do they do private gun sells? Do I look like some trash off the street is what I asked myself after leaving this store.

I enjoyed this place , went in the other day and the girl I talk to was really nice and friendly. I dont understand the negative comments since each time I go there I never had a problem. But yea thats it.

Formely Fosters Pawn, they were bought out by a larger corporation. the staff is new, the enviroment is totally different, and their rates are even better! they now give out 0% for the first month. totally awesome. i suggest people to check them out. :D

Havent ever personally been there at least that I remember, be stationed at the NTC just up the way Im gonna go check out the store simply because the owner had me rollin with the replies back to some of these. Lol

I have never been, but have a question do you guys take TV’s and small electronics like an iPad. If so I have a 55” 4K UHD TCL TV that I bought for $447 and an iPad 5th generation 9.7” 32gb Gold for around $300. So how much would you guy take if I were to offer both? Thank you for any response!

I was in there a couple hours ago and I overheard this dude bashing the staff. I dont work retail so i dont know the protocol for these things, but these people handled the situation very well hahaha like i know i couldnt do it. I wouldve lost my mind on that guy. Jessica was calm and collected the whole time even when the customer changed his story multiple times and became vocally aggressive toward her. Listen, people, this is a PAWN SHOP youre not always going to get that same warranty or return policies that major stores can offer. frankly, this pawn shop is better than a lot of pawn shops Ive been to. Most pawn shops wont even offer you the time of day let alone a REFUND. dude had me laughing so hard while he was on his b^lls##t rant. sat there telling her he WAITED THREE DAYS to return something after it stopped working. Homie if it stopped working the day you bought it and youre claiming they sold it to you broke WHY DID YOU WAIT TO BRING IT BACK. HAHAHA, lying a$$.  Whatever dude ahahahha you looked dumb. AND Jessica STILL GAVE THIS DUDE A REFUND even after he was being sh%&ty to her. This is an awesome store with awesome customer service and BEYOND AWESOME employees. You guys KEEP DOING YOUR THANG! Five stars from me. F@!k those haters. Anyway I feel like I’m taking this up like I took your employees time up after this incident. Just wanted her to know how well I thought she handled this situation, and from the brief seconds I talked to you, your heart is pure you don’t deserve that and I’m sorry.By far, I highly recommend this place especially after what i witnessed today. The hours stated are 9:00 to 6:00. Im sitting here and its 0915 and its not open. And neither is the other pawn shop, which states it opens at 0900 also.

Horrible place, guy was not helpful, kept yelling at his kids behind the counter, spent 20 minutes looking up a item i wanted to pawn, then said its to old only being a 6 year old item. 80% of the items in the store are about 10-25 years old with a high price tag on it. I will not even go here to sell them anything.

This place sucks when it comes to musicians. If it wasnt for Jessica id order my supplies of amazon. The are over pricied on instrument and instrument accessories. I just go there to support my girl jessica. That bird looking dude is the owner and hes a fake and will make you pay whatever he wants.

Terrible place tried pawning some jewelry that was real for a fact tried to offer me a dollar saying my diamonds werent real had my sister go to prove they are real offered her ten bucks Id advise to just go some where else cause they will eye ball it and say it aint real for jewelry I dont even care for feed back from the owner or Nada Id advise to go some where elseEdit: then they try and justify the mistake with a youre wrong get your facts straight
