I came in to get my charger port fixed from Habbit at smarteks and he told me it would take 30 to a 1hr and he knocked it out so quick and the work was perfect no more having to wrap the charger just so it could work excellent customer service wit speedy work couldn’t ask for more and he had snacks and a good bag

Every time I unplugged my smartphone and tried to snapchat the phone went dead! My son is far away and couldnt help me so he said just buy a new one. I didnt want to spend the money for a new phone and didnt like the idea of just throwing away a phone. I called SmarTeks and spoke to a very sharp man named Curtis. I explained the problem with the phone and my not wanting to come into the store due to covid 19 concerns. He said no worries just park in the parking lot and he would come grab it and fix it. Sure enough I showed up and called and he immediately appeared with gloves and mask on. He took my phone and reappeared in minutes. Now its like I have a new phone for an affordable price. All it needed was a new battery!! I am so happy! This is such a dark time and being able to snap amazing pictures and communicate with my son far away means so much!! Fixed the problem but messed up the screen the top of the screen isn’t responsive we went back to tell them about the problem the said they’ll call back when ready to fix it but never did so go at your own risk !

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD EVER HAD! I went to get a screen replacement on an iPhone 6s, and a battery replacement. A lady confirmed to charge me $120, but the lady closed the store early claiming to leave at 5pm, when the store closes at 6pm. She was suppose to call us when the phone was ready, but never did. We had to wait until the following day to pick up the iPhone, because the next day was closed. When we had gotten the phone, the owner claimed the price was $140, but granted the $120 due to the lady’s previous price. As soon as I had gotten The iPhone, the owner claimed that the iphone wasn’t able to turn on until 30mins later, he charged us then we left, the iPhone finally turned on but the home button didn’t work anymore, we went back to get it fixed, still didn’t work as well, then two days later the entire mother board crashed and I was unable to use the phone at all, and I went back to complain that the iPhone was had completely crashed, they claimed that because it’s not a screen or battery problem that we would have to pay an extra $120 to get it fixed. They did not refund our money. They should’ve completely checked the entire phone before fixing, returning, or charging any customer. This was the worst experience I had ever had.

The SmarTek employees took the time to really follow up with me to help get my phone fixed. They were quick to respond, to call and help me set up a time to meet with the service techs and could answer every question I had with friendliness and efficiency. I can tell they have great pride in what they do and value good customer service. Their store is also very well kept and clean, offering many things from warranties to phone products.Great service, great pricing and quality work. Will come to them for any future phone needs. Theyre the best service youll get in the area.

Long story short, I had a phone problem and it wasnt worth fixing due to the conditions I had. I was also unable to upgrade without braking the bank. Was in need of a phone for an affordable price with convenience and was recommended Smarteks since I was going to be in the area. Man was I lucky! I got a brand new phone and all the accessories I needed all in one go without going broke. Shout out to the staff for being friendly and personalizing my experience. I dropped 2 iPhone 5s, one for getting wet and the other for a cracked screen, after 2 months of them having the phones, they lost them both. One at the Barstow store and the other fort Irwin.I went back just because I did not want to be judgemental to get an iPhone 6 unlocked on 30January2020 between 4 -4:30pm and the placed ignored me for 20 min. So I left.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!! LOW STANDARD PARTS THAT EVENTUALLY RUIN YOUR PHONE. STAFF IS HIGHLY UNDER TRAINED- they have no expierence in repairs, theyre just good at activating your sim and paying phone bills. THEY ARE SUPER EXPENSIVE AND USE FAKE PARTS AND TELL YOU ITS HIGH QUALITY. ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THIS REVIEW. ATTN: JUST LEAVE THE WHOLE CITY AND FIND A BETTER PLACE OUT OF TOWN AND YOU WONT REGRET YOUR GAS MONEY.

I have had my water damaged galaxy s4 repaired here and got it fixed. A couple months later on came back because I cracked my screen and got that fixed in a very timely manner. I also got a nice case! I definitely will be going back on my way through vegas again.

I highly recommend Smarteks for all kind of cellphone repair. Went in for an iPhone 6 screen repair and was out of the shop in 30 minutes.

There are four things that ensure a small business is successful in a small town. 1) Fill a niche that cant be done at Walmart; 2) Decent pricing; 3) timely service; and most importantly 4) great customer service! SmarTeks checks all those boxes! From repairing broken screens to applying tempered glass protectors on my smartphones and iPad theyve been able to do it right then and there, or if they need to order something it happens in a timely manner. Even if they find out somethings not broken and the simple fix was a new charging cable they let you know! With the price of technology and so many crooked, or subpar products we all could use someone like SmarTeks in our lives!

I usually do not write reviews on anything, this is my first review because i was pretty troubled at all the good reviews i read about this place, and the lack of output i received. I had an iphone 6s with a very minor cracked screen, so i wanted to get a replaced screen. The phone was still fully functional, and jacob (i think his name was) assisted me on the first day. He said for the screen and install it was going to be 170, I also grabbed a screen protector and a new case, I even tipped him 30 bucks. Once i got home and started to mess with my phone, i noticed when my phone was on a flat surface part of the screen was unresponsive. I took it back a few days later as they have a one month warranty on their work. Once i went back, i asked what kind of products they use, and at first he said they use screens straight from apple, today he flip flopped and said they are authorized apple retailers which in my mind translates to utter crap. He put 3 different kinds of screens on my phone, and all of them were unresponsive on some part of the screen. At first he tried to say it was my fault for dropping it, and i quickly but professionally put an end to that, so he told me that all of the screens they had for my phone were defective so he had to order a new one. I waited over the weekend, and had my final screen replaced, and again the whole bottom half is laggy and unresponsive when phone is placed on a flat surface. I was so frustrated with the fact i blew 230 bucks on a crappy screen, i just went to verizon today to get a new iphone 7. As far as the professionalism of the staff, which i dealt with jacob, and a female (cannot remember her name) they were very professional and handled my situation well for what it was, so I cannot put blame on them. I do however put blame on the owner of the shop, and im sure you will read this. Order higher quality parts, yeah sure most people wont know the difference, but I did when my phone was barely useful. I will never come here again for any reason, and I will make sure anyone i know will not either. If you do go, youre better off ordering your very own high quality screen, and having them just install, do not buy parts from them, if youre trying to save money sure, but triple check their work, especially if youre having an iphone worked on.
