I have a propane Kohler generator that came with my house. I was having problems that I couldnt get to the bottom of myself, despite being very comfortable with gasoline and diesel motors. The generator was installed by another company. Generator connection showed up and realized I was using a natural gas regulator on a propane system. Got me back up and running in no time. Skilled labor isnt cheap and cheap labor isnt Skilled. Well worth it.

My husband and I bought a generator from them less than 5 years ago. Two years after purchasing our generator one of their techs came out to complete the annual maintenance and 3 days later we found out the generator was not working and the alternator had shorted out. 2.5 years after replacing the alternator the $10,000 generator that has had annual maintenance each year and has just over 200 hours on it broke down again. Cost of the repairs is now half of the original cost of the generator. Not sure if we just got unlucky with this generator or something else has happened but we’re very disappointed in the generator we bought.

Called asked a question said theyd get back to me and never did, disappointed.

Almost just rear ended whoever was driving one of their maroon pickup trucks with the company name on the side this morning 5/21/2021. The guy pulled right out in front of me on 125 from the Irving with no one behind me, only to pull into Dunkin right next door! I had to slam on my brakes and swerve to avoid the collision. Then the guy has the audacity to flip me off! I would never do business with this company.

These guys did a great job getting my generator fixed up and in ship shape. The technician was knowledgable and friendly and patiently explained everything to me so i understood how it all worked and to keep everything well maintained. Thank you Generator Connection for providing a great service!

As a business owner, it is refreshing to do business with a company that is timely, punctual, and just plain does what they say they’re going to do. In fact, they would have gotten to my generator sooner if I had returned their offices calls faster. Thank you guys!

Not sure what these 1 star folks are talking about as all pricing was made very clear before we committed to our purchase & payment was broken into 3 phases (initial deposit, generator delivery, final installation).They drove 2 hours from Barrington NH to Chatham NH to give us a free quote, which we accepted. A little hiccup regarding the location of the generator (it was almost put directly in the middle of a walkway that goes around the house instead of where it was supposed to go) but we got that sorted out.They arrived when they were supposed to & the crew was exceptional. Friendly & respectful (there was a slushy rain happening & they took their shoes off every time they came in). They encountered some unexpected difficulties in running the electric (our house was built in 1900 & the basement/crawlspace looks like a place where people are asked to the put the lotion on the skin or get the hose again) & ended up working until 7pm. They skipped lunch (despite my urging them to take a break) & gave me a run down on the generator operation before leaving. Definitely went the extra mile to finish the installation.We havent lost power yet to see the actual unit in action but I have full confidence in them. Should something stupid happen Ill update this review but so far it was a 5 star experience & I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a generator.Kudos to you generator connection!

Great company to work with! Communication was great from the start of my installation, and Generator Connection coordinated effectively with my propane company to ensure the entire process went smoothly. The electricians on staff did a great job wiring the generator in and made sure I was comfortable with all the operations. Great experience all around!

Horrible Customer Service!I tried to call and setup an account as a new customer (since GC did the system install on a house I purchased) and the lady on the phone was really rude. When I spoke to a manager he was no better and we spent several months emailing back and forth. I finally got tired of dealing with these people and went with a different company that was able to come out within a few days. As it turns out, this company has a rather poor reputation amongst the generator service providers in the area so Im glad it wasnt just me that had an issue.Edit: GC has reached out to get more details regarding my post. I will adjust my review if necessary.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The showroom is bright and clean. If I needed to get a new generator, this is where I would go.

This company is a thief. They trick you with some low price offer then rob you when they perform the work. Be careful and stay away from them!

Great family business that treats their customer like they are one of there own.

We had the worst service from this company..called to have our generator serviced that was installed by them to the previous owner of our house,they came to do a service and found that the bottom gasket was leaking.The tec was there 30 minutes at the most and I got charged 320.00$ for a service call,200 of it was a charge for them to drive less than an hour!!!I was then charged 845.00 to fix a motor that was covered under warrenty,when I called to discuss the bill I was not treated like a family member at all,what their tecs told me was not backed up by the company,I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!

This company takes my deposit. I then lost my job and get caught in a nightmare permit process with the city I live in. After getting the permit and becoming re-employed, I call Generator Connection who sometime decides they no longer work in my area. They thankfully sent my deposit back but I had to re-start the permit process all over again. Thanks but no thanks.

Outstanding service
