If there a way to give this location zero stars I would. I have never experienced the level of incompetent and in considerate customer service as I gave at this location. I went in on a sat with my 91 year old mother to get her a new cell. I waited for 1 hour and 23 minutes because there was only one person in the store. I got rushed through the purchase of the phone for her and I had to come back 4-5 times for the phone transfer of her old data to the new phone. Everyone expects to wait when they walk into a phone store, there were no apologies for waiting until my mother mentioned it. And today I realize something on the settings on the phone we bought is wrong, called the store, and with a quick snappy tone was told im with a customer I’ll have to call you back. Either staff up or close down. So now im hoping the district manager will respond since I’m getting NO HELP from the people at this location. To be continued

I am not one to write reviews nor do I think I will much in the future but this store deserves immense credit. The staff along with the manager Tim were extraordinary men and incredibly helpful. They did try to sway me to make unnecessary purchases instead worked to help me receive the most I could. I would recommend this branch of AT&T to any one needing help or if they want to purchase a new phone like me!

The gentleman I worked with, Tim, was spectacular! I walked in with xfinity and left with everything AT&T! He saved me a great deal of money and provided an excellent experience, educating me on how to use my new services. Best store I’ve ever been to!

Tim along with the whole stuff at AT&T are a great group and extremely helpful. They were able to answer all my questions (which were not the simplest at times) with ease and helped me better understand my account and possible deals I may be eligible for. Employees like Tim are the reason my family and I have remained AT&T customers for over 25 years and plan to remain customers.

As a customer of AT&T for the longest time, Im glad to see they still provide amazing service. Especially Charlene. She stayed patient with me throughout my time there. Big ups to her.

I myself was not in the store Im actually writing this for my mother she begged me to do so. She said the store manager Anthony went above and beyond for her. My mother is 84 years old and came into the AT&t store to get a new device with the only fear that she wasnt going to be able to get anything from the old phone on to the new phone. Anthony kindly and patiently helped her transfer all of her info. As well as making sure that she understood how to use the new phone . After the amount of preys is my mother has given this store I will not be shopping anywhere else for any of my devices.

I dont normally write reviews but this store deserves to be commended. Best customer service Ive had at an ATT store! On April 30, 2021, Anthony went above and beyond to get me the item I needed the very next day, and Sebastian replaced the screen protector quickly and perfectly. Why is this such a big deal to me? Over the past few months Id had two very disappointing visits to the Crystal Lake ATT store trying to get a replacement screen protector--an employee never texted me as he promised when stock was in; then weeks later I called to check, I was told there was one left and theyd put my name on it so I could pick it up that day. When I arrived it was nowhere to be found--I know I saw it earlier ... sorry, I guess someone sold it. Anthony kept his word and the service was great, so I plan to give this store my repeat business.

Love this AT&T store! The manager, Anthony is fantastic. Ahmet & Ish are just as great! All 3 of this 3 person team are friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to customer service. I had a problem after I left the store. I came in the following day - the team was respectful & immediately helped troubleshoot the problem. For many teams, making a sale is usually a friendly experience. A genuinely solid team handles issues just as well if not better than the sale. I highly recommend this store for all of your cellular products & services.

Lolita was amazing! She resolved my issue quickly with a great and friendly attitude. She patiently took the time to explain things to me and walk me through the process to get my issue resolved. I highly recommend this ATT location and commend Lolita’s expertise.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this store. My process to buy a new phone was exasperating and in the end after 25 years I have chosen not to stay with AT&T. There were many things that happened which were not the fault of the store manager, Anthony, but his lack of customer service and care just made things worse. Never once did he say, Im sorry this is happening or show any empathy to me for the problems I was having with my phone delivery or the time I had taken out of my work day and spent going back and forth to the store. All he did was take a defensive position. When I called and asked to speak to his supervisor, he refused to give me her name and HUNG UP ON ME. Some customer service training would go a long way in this store.

This AT&T store is great! Historically i have dreaded buying a new phone. Our overall experience at this AT&T store was quick, easy & seemless. I highly recommend the Barrington store!

I traded my iPhone 10 for an iPhone 12 Pro. I explicitly stated I did not want the insurance nor the Next program. Yet, they both showed up on my bill. Further, they are charging me the full $1200 for the phone without the credit for the swap. Of course, it takes a Herculean effort to get anything fixed. ATT at their best, once again. TMobile in LZ on the other hand, was amazing when my son needed a new phone. In and out in 15 minutes without a hitch.

The service at this location is impeccable. Switching carriers seemed like it would be a nightmare, but Ari was very helpful! He spent a majority of his day helping me, not only on the day of switching carriers, but during the prior days leading up to me switching carriers helping me decide what exactly I wanted to do, (what kind of phone, payment per month, and with anything else I needed to know). An employee like Ari is hard to come by, and Im so grateful he answered all my questions with such length that it made me feel confident in my decision.

He was very patient explaining all the details that I needed to know....and I had MANY questions!!! He went the extra mile and helped me make the best choice to add a line, buy a phone and upgrade my service. He looked carefully at all my choices to give me the most costly-effective option. I have had previous experiences where things had not been explained to me and I ended up signing into something that I regretted afterwards. Tim took the time to show me my plan itemized and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. On top of all this, he was friendly, patient and had a kind demeanor. Anthony and the team are probably hands down the best teams i have been in to seen especially anthony always helpful and nice the rest of the team has a very helpful quick service too and that is what sets this store apart from all of the other stores us there service and there ability to salve problems and make the costomer have a better experience give these guys a pay raise they work hard and are alway helpful

I wish I could have given my experience 6 starsAri was amazing. My old Samsung died and we needed to transfer its data to a new S10e. He was patient, knowledgeable, and resourceful in getting it done after several obstacles. A shout out to manager Jeremy and the whole team there for their professionalism.

Its great having a place to go to when youre having trouble with your ATT bill, want to add a line, upgrade your phone or change your wireless plan. Jeremy the manager is awesome and the staff are all friendly. Ive visited several times and had issues resolved quickly.

I went into the AT&T store needing to cancel a plan I did not have. Aimee Lam and Ari Hussain were very helpful. They called other stores and contacted the necessary people in order to help us get on the right track to solve this problem. They were both very nice, helpful and friendly. I always have a great experience when I go to the Barrington AT&T store!

I first went the the carol stream at&t store when Jeremy worked at that location and he is the only person I trust to help me out. When he moved to this location it was a no brainer to follow him. I’ve been in customer service for 15 years and the customer service jeremy and this store provide is the BEST. When you get that level of service every time there’s no need to go elsewhere.

My experience at this AT&T store was fantastic. Ari- in particular- was exceptional in providing assistance and leading me through all that I needed to be able to function. I would strongly recommend this store to everyone - especially dealing with Ari.

These guys helped me out big time today. I woke up this morning to a phone that was at 1% battery and would not take a charge. Realizing I had not backed anything up, I went into this local store looking for help. They helped me back up all my stuff and reboot, getting it all working again. While waiting of course they let me know all the options available to me with the latest technology and services. I am not quite ready yet to upgrade but when I am I know just who to contact. I highly recommend these guys. They know their stuff!
