Excellent bedding for people with chemical sensitivities + allergies. Numerous of our sick 9/11 WTC first responders and firefighters have used products from this company with success and relief. Best to stick with items that can be washed when you receive them as some of the bigger items like bedding, while natural, have natural cotton oils in it that cannot be tolerated by the more sensitive. Bought a futon and the organic matress in 2013. Excellent recommendation!

Try before you buy! I always buy firm mattresses but their 6 futon provided almost no support. Im in my 30s and very active and after trying to sleep on this futon both my back and hips hurt. The company gave me a 2 topper but it didnt help.They sew the top and bottom together so tightly that there is no support material at each of the button spots (they dont use buttons but I dont know what to call the spots where they sew the top and bottom together). That method of sewing is ok for a comforter but not for a mattress. It doesnt provide a solid sleeping surface. Its like sleeping on a two dozen tiny pillows sewn together at the seams. No support at the seams. They also dont use enough stuffing. I dont have a scale but I could easily move the futon myself. Its supposed to weight 130lbs. I weight 145lbs and I carried it myself into my car and up my stairs.It also took two months to make. The material and workmanship look great but its just not functional as currently designed.

Terrible experience! Lost $500 in the process of procuring and returning a mattress.I had ordered an organic cotton mattress from this company via a third party. I had specified that I wanted a firm mattress because of back issues. I accommodated a 5 week delay in receiving the mattress from this company in the hopes that the mattress would be worth the wait. But no, it was not firm at all. Also now that I have to ship it back on my dime I am loosing $500 of my money and still left with no mattress. How is that fair to a customer? Should it only be about profit and not about the customer service?I will never buy from this company again.

Three years ago, we ordered a futon stuffed with organic cotton. When it arrived, it was clear from the first smell (and reaction) that the futon was filled with chemically treated cotton.We called up the company, who insisted that the cotton was not treated. if they indeed used organic cotton in any products, they would certainly recognize the difference in smell.Because they did not want to have it returned, and because of the expense of returning such a heavy item, plus the expense we incurred when it was delivered, we kept the futon and aired it out for a year in an unused attic.Weve used it a couple of times for company and had it covered with a mattress cover. I just went to move it today, a humid day, and the residual smell from the futon made my eyes and throat swell. This is three years later. I would not use this company.

Order Never Received and No Response from the CompanyI ordered a Organic Wool Hand-Tied King Wool Deluxe Comforter 09/28/2018 and it is now 10/25/2018. On 10/24/2018 I emailed the company through their contact us website and I also left a facebook message and have not heard a word from them. I telephoned both phone numbers 10/25/2018 with no one picking up and no voice mail option. I am really beginning to question if the company is even in business any longer. Why would it take more than 3 months to complete a move and leave your phones off? Naturally I am now in the dispute process since they received their $800.00 while I received nothing. Dont order from this company since they seem to be out of business without closing down their website, facebook page etc. I ordered a mattress pad from them years ago and had no problem with the order so that is why I ordered from them again but lesson learned.

Bought items in September 2018, never got my items, tried calling and email and still no response . Now the business is closed, they took the money and closed up shop.
