Been standing in the line for well over 10minutes with literally 2 people in front of me. Staff doesn’t pay any attention to the giant line that forms because of how slow they move. Will not be coming back here again.Update: finally got to the front of the line to find out their espresso machine is broken - why would they not put a sign out in front telling everyone? Didn’t even get a coffee - what an absolute waste of time.

I got iced pumpkin latte since i wanted to down my caffine asap but i the HOT pumpkin latte tasted better in my opinion. But love the whip of course😋

Didnt go to starbucks ! Its inside krogers where i shop for groceries. Wouldnt patronize starbucks because of their political views , and their dislike for law enforcement !

My wife likes to get coffee here at times, but it can be a bit expensive. Almost better to walk around and just buy Starbucks bottled drinks.

Went and got 2 mocha frappe once received there was almost no whipped topping and it was so watered down and weak it tasted more like flavored water than a frappe. Soda was stronger and better tasting than those mocha frappes that had been purchased that day.

If you like Starbucks its okay. They work super hard. But, their is almost always a long line.

I will never, ever go to a Starbucks for any reason. I do not agree with their political views nor their company policies and values, or a lack thereof.

Slow service. Barista who took my order kept asking me to repeat my order. Maybe if she took the earbuds to her iPhone out, I wouldnt have had to repeat myself?

The turnover rate is so high, they cant train anyone to make a proper drink. Will it be delicious or will it be disappointing? No one knows. I just got an iced peppermint mocha thats tastes like watery chocolate milk. Disgusting.

I overheard a staff member tell someone they didnt have something to make their drink and when they walked away the girl snickered about how she just didnt want to make the tik tok drink too bad I wanted to try it too. My order has been wrong more than a few times and they will not honor the app stars on anything but a drink. The app says breakfast sandwich as well. Disappointing.

Located inside the Kroger, right side door.Polite staff, the wait is usually short. I order it, they make, I go on about my day.

While their expresso machine tends to break down with alarming frequency (I blame equipment failures for that) the employees always do their very best. They have been understaffed for months but the employees that stay really do work hard and care. Im just thankful to have a Starbucks in town!!

Sometimes its really good other times its not, ask for a Carmel ribbon crunch with 6 SHOTS OF EXPRESSO. the girl makes my drink in a huge blender adds to much ice , pours me a little bit and rinses out 3/4 of the blender with all my shots. there is no way I got my 6 shots. If I pay for them I would like them! The drinks are never the same! Its a shame! Youd think they would train them better cause starbucks is wonderful unfortunately bardstown location has its issues!

Kara is the only one that I will let make my drinks. They turn out awesome. The rest of the stuff doesnt know how to.She is also very sweet. When we go to order drinks she knows my family by name and knows what we drinks. We need more people like her working in Bardstown.

I’m a frequent patron of Starbucks. I have a tendency to stay away from the Starbucks inside of Kroger because I haven’t always had the best experience. The other day, my point of view was changed by a nice young lady (unfortunately I did not get her name; but she had dark hair). Her attitude was upbeat. She was kind, talkative, personable, and just a sweet person. She made it a point to ask “is your drink the way you like it?” That was the first time anyone has asked that. Kudos to her for just being a nice human. Even if my drink was terrible (which it wasn’t), I would have drank it anyway because she was such a kind human.

They are always out of cups and lids... you would think at a coffee shop they could learn to order properly. Some of the staff is really friendly but most of them are not. They are always short staffed and it takes longer then it really should have too!

Starbucks is a nice place to go sit and enjoy your coffee.

Sometimes they know went they are doing, sometimes they dont. And they seem to be out of stuff a lot. I wish Bardstown had a real Starbucks

The coffee is always barely warm, always out of product. Always understaffed. Im not on an emotional rant, just stating facts. This is sadly the only Starbucks within 20 miles, and its the worst one Ive ever been to.

Normally Starbucks is some of the best service I’ve ever had. Bardstown location however is terrible. I live right around the corner and I am here frequent. They are constantly out of things, extremely slow, the drinks are never consistent. It’s a shame that the company doesn’t bother to make this location better.

Only one person taking orders and then having to make drinks takes way too long to wait to get a coffee. The young man was doing the best he could and was friendly, but overwhelmed. A lady there mentioned it was always like this, only one person working except at shift change when there was another person for a short time.

Great service! I ordered a venti toasted white mocha. They were unfortunately out of venti cups at the time of my visit, but I work in the food industry and I understand how product ordering can differ weekly and it’s not necessarily the employees’ mistake. The young lady (I wish I got her name, I believe it started with an “A.”) was so sweet and apologized for the inconvenience. I plan to return soon!

Coffee is strong

The service is fast and friendly, both beverages and bread are super tasty, I only wish Kroger would allow their baristas to take tips.

I am more familiar with Target Starbucks, but I figured Id try this Kroger one since Im visiting out of state. After this experience maybe Ill just drive to Lousiville and hit up a Target...the barista that made my drink was nice but the barista taking my order should probably find another work center.

I was at work and on my break ran over to this location to get a drink. The person who was there stated he would not serve me because he was clocking out but somebody else might be there in about 20 minutes I told him I couldn’t wait that long. He stated that wasn’t his problem and then started to walk away. When I asked what his name was he wouldn’t tell me, so he knew he was in the wrong. I highly doubt your allowed to just clock out and leave during business hours. I will not return to this location while he’s working again...

My husband stopped by this morning for his drink. Rude service, out of ice, and again out of mocha. This store needs to train their employees and keep Starbuck supplies stock. On top of that, they close the store whenever they feel like it.Maybe Starbucks need to open a store outside Krogers in this area.

Starbucks always makes their whip cream, I saw them use reddi whip on my drink. There made whip cream is my favorite part of the drink and I paid almost 4 dollar to have reddi whip lol.

This is in regards to the Starbucks inside the store of Krogers in Bardstown, Ky 40004, Yesterday on March 3rd 2018 I had the worst Starbucks experience of my life. They had four people working, one of which was a new girl by the name of Kara. I believe it was her first day so I feel sorry for her for being trained by people like that. When I walked up, I ordered my drinks, they messed them up 4 times and had to re make them over and over agian because the barista didnt mark the cup. Very poor communication. The worst part was the older woman, she was probably in her 50s and she was a Starbucks specialist. Thats the only thing I remember about her name tag. She was very very rude to me and other costumers. All she did was bark orders and tell the other employees how to do their work. Instead of jumping in and getting the costumers out first. She was very unprofessional and she didnt do anything but stand there with a sanitizer bucket in her hand. I can see that the costumers came last and her power trip came first. By the time I left the store my drinks were melted and I ended up throwing them away rather then go back inside and deal with that all over agian. Its a shame that I cant enjoy Starbucks anymore because that is the only one near me. I will not be returning.
