Great guys.my advice to them would be to get away from FedEx. My package that was suppose to be delivered Wednesday is now in limbo and they don’t know when I’ll receive it! Offer your clients different shipping company options even if you are shipping for free.

I called at 4:09, their fed ex truck comes at 4:30, I went through sales and he put together the fuel lines that I needed with all fittings and managed to get them on that 4:30 truck to rush them to me. Excellent customer service!

Such great service. I ordered a camshaft from a different company a few months ago and it took almost 4 months to come in, and it wasnt even compatible with my engine. Quality parts and fantastic customer service! I spent the last 6 months building the engine in my 2013 Camaro ZL1 so I dealt with many vendors all across the US. BTR was by far the best experience I had with any vendor. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, you can tell right away that they are passionate about their jobs. The entire valvetrain in my engine came straight from these guys, and the parts meet or exceed OEM quality. BTR performance parts are put through rigorous testing to ensure you are getting the best of the best in terms of quality, performance and reliability. I even saved a good amount of money buying a few OEM GM parts through BTR along the way (gaskets, bolts, etc.). A lot of the OEM parts BTR sells are exactly the same as the GM parts you buy at the dealer, just with BTRs name on them and for less money. I love my BTR Stage 3 PDS cam, it makes a ton of power up top and the sound is a show stopper at events. The new shaft mounted rockers are the bomb, and the thicker BTR pushrods I installed worked great too. I cant say enough good about BTR. I dealt with some strange companies during my engine project, but not BTR. I will not hesitate to use them again!

Sales rep failed to mention someone had to be home to sign for the package. After calling back in because of the shipping requirements btr does not allow the package to be picked up and signed for in person at the facility. After talking with Cliff he found a solution to make things right and get the parts to me so i could stay on schedule.
