My wife and I go started on the Akron Drip Drive and this was our first stop, and made a great way to start the endeavor. The breakfast sandwich waa exactly what I needed after a long run this morning, and the Kave mocha was glorious. Also the rooftop seating made for a nice change of atmosphere it doesnt feel like you get nearly enough of in this area.

The coffee and bagels are awesome! Everytime Ive come there has been plenty of open space and its a really great place to come to get work done or catch up with friends! The servers are young but always really friendly and often walk my orders all the way to my table which I think it just extra kind! Super clean bathrooms and tables as well. There is a conference room in the back that is almost always open as well.

Kave coffee bar has been a wonderful addition to our town! The drink menu has something for everybody. Clean, casual atmosphere, a must try for locals and visitors alike.

I decided to stop in here for a cup of coffee. I had seen the place on previous visits home but had not stopped in.The staff was very courteous and friendly. Also, the atmosphere was very nice. I took my laptop and logged in and tackled a few work items.Overall it was a good experience. The gentleman in front of me even paid it forward and bought.my coffee. Good to see something like that, and this place in my hometown.

Beautiful coffee shop. Staff was extremely friendly from the girl who took my order to the manager who handed me my drink. Been a while since the last time I was there but I dont remember it looking as clean and the staff being as welcoming.

Weird that theres all these 5 star reviews from 3 days ago while they were CLOSED. Really unfortunate that they fired all the wonderful staff. Wont be coming back after friend got food poisoning. Numerous health code violations and bad new staff. Other customer ordered latte and got black coffee and had to send it back 3 times before corrected.

Ive been a customer for several years and I love it. It adds much to my Lake Anna and Barberton Library visits.Please forgive any short comings. They serve a niche clientele in difficult times and they are admirable.Ive done some of my best writing there.

Decent coffee but questionable business practices.

Got a white mocha and it was delicious! Staff was nice, friendly. The patron before me remarked at all the options he had and how great it was. They were following good COVID safety procedures, all patrons required to wear masks. Street parking was easy/close by. The inside was really cool, I wish Kave was closer to home for me because I would go regularly.

I saw people touching my food without gloves. Very RUDE too even though I tried to be friendly. I asked for a latte and they gave me black coffee. Overall worst coffee experience ever.

Best latte. I asked for sugar free but was afraid it would be too sweet. They suggested half sweet. It was perfect. We lost our phone on the rooftop. Someone retrieved and saved us a nightmare to replace. Highly recommend for service and coffee.

Stopped by this coffee shop after visiting Stars and Stripes down the street. The staff could not have been nicer, and the coffee was delicious. The store has a very neat setup with a rooftop type second floor, a fake fireplace and couches, as well as plenty of chairs and tables. I also saw an advertisement for the Open Mics they have there weekly.

Ive been coming here since it opened and I just love it here so much. The staff is always so friendly, and I appreciate that they hire young adults/ teens, it helps then get a jump in their career. The different community events they hold here are also so nice and really make for such a diverse hangout spot for so many different crowds. The remodel IS SO NICE, its updated and makes the space so cozy. I love the addition of the murals on the windows.

The staff are really friendly and nice. The coffee is great and the venue is adoring. On Thursday nights you have an open mike. Theres also a featured drink either for the season or an upcoming movie. All in all a really sweet place to be.

Cannot Praise this place enough. Fantastic atmosphere, the owner is so hospitable - I feel like she is inviting me into her own home. Staff is very nice, the conference room is an added bonus if you are seeking a bit less noise and wish to concentrate. Everything is well thought out and comfy. Oh, and the coffee is excellent.

Definitely encouraged to see this place appear downtown. A swanky little coffee shop adds a little more cultural value to the street, serving as a gathering place for those exploring the city or folks who have a few minutes to kill before a movie. Quick service with great prices, and the rooftop seating area grants superb views of the street (this rooftop can also be rented out for events!). Clean, organized, lots of seating and some rather good coffee, too. A must visit, at least once.

Me and my wife love going here whenever we get the chance. We frequent the Frozen Cafe Mocha or the Frozen Hot Chocolate. Highly recommend for coffee lovers looking for a clean and comfortable place to hang out.

Awful service, coffee is so-so. Waited 15 mins after ordering a drink, while people who got there after me received their orders. I felt discriminated against because the crew seemed to have a sense of urgency while serving everyone (who were white) but me (not white). One guy was making my drink like a sloth, while the other barista was on her phone. In contrast, all hands were on deck (3 ppl) when it came to making the other customers orders. I spent my whole lunch break dealing with this. Terrible service, well, at least for people of color.

Great atmosphere and service with delicious beverages. We held a small family meeting at a regular table in their dining area. I was amazed at the amount of people seated throughout the coffee shop at the end of our meeting!

The drip coffee was great, but this is a really nice place to sit for a few minutes. Nicer place than your usual coffee shop. I especially liked the rooftop patio.

I’ve been here a couple of times. I enjoy their quite environment and friendly atmosphere. Their coffee selection is varied and delicious.

Oh how I love this place! Our town is lucky to have Kavé! My husband enjoys their really cool looking cold drip coffee thingy, I dont know what its called but the coffee is really strong! I love their staff always! And the events they hold there, well its a little something for everyone! There are Wine and Coffee nights, Open Mic nights, Art everything from classes to showing local artists work. And they do their part within the local community during events and holidays or whatever is happening around town whatever time of year it may be. They have rooftop seating as well as outdoor seating also including a conference area for classes or meetings. It is an amazing place to be!

Talk about a great little gem in downtown Barberton. After recent renovations, the location looks gorgeous. Modern decor with wide open common spaces and a delightful conference room you can request for meetings. Most of the front doors open fully for those breezy summer days. And if you need more sun, there is a charming rooftop patio complete with beer and wine. Coffee selection is good, service is friendly and prompt. If you need to get some work done in the greater Akron area, or need somewhere for a casual date, stop by and check them out.

A very nice and newly remodeled place with a really wide array of different coffees and teas. They also have some breakfast sandwiches available as well as your usual coffee shop sweet treats. Service was fast and friendly and the place has a cozy appeal to it. Was able to come in and work on my laptop and enjoy a great cup of coffee. Ill definitely be back to visit as this is a part of the resurgence of downtown Barbeton

Over priced and the quality is worse than Starbucks. Costs more but the quality, taste and variety are much much less. Save your money and go to the Starbucks. Two of which are a few miles away on Arlington road. Supporting local businesses is cool but at a higher cost for zero satisfaction?

Ive liked the coffee Ive had here, but honestly, one of the reasons I dont go often, if at all is, THE HOURS SUCK. I think they are completely closed on Sundays. Thats like an amusement park being closed on the summer. They need Sunday hours.. I get that Barberton is kind of a ghost town on Sundays, but come on..Overall, Id give it a 4 star for how neat the shop is, and the types of drinks you can get. Only 3 stars because of the inconvenient hours.

The London fog was far too sweet! And the cup had an odd smell to it. Staff were nice though 😊

I play at open mics and the people are very supportive. The employees are helpful in getting a drink thats right for you, plus they very nice. The facility itself is very nice and clean, It is Well capped and its a very inspirational place to work.

Its very soothing. If you want their is a sound room that you can go into.. They make excellent frappas

Its a great place to grab a good cup of coffee. The art changes every month or so, so theres always something new to see. The patio upstairs is beautiful as well.

Cannot recommend this place enough. I have been going here since they opened. The only reason I left off a star is from the manager who was so disrespectful to my mother when she came in. Her name was katyea and I believe she has been working there for a while and every time we see she is there we leave due to the poor service we experience. But the art and the platform they give struggling creators is beautiful. I will continue to make donations.
