The area its in could be better, but the plaza as a whole has decent options as far as retailers go. This is the closest Payless store to me, so I do go quite a bit as The prices are right. The employees were friendly and helpful and their selection was decent.

The staff here are helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Good prices, clean, very organized store. Stopped in for one item and ended up buying five more by being directed to sale items by staff.

The prices rhe have now vs the quality of shoes is sad. They fall apart in weeks. I used to love their store. Now I only shop their for kids shoes that get trashed anyways. Now a days you pay about the same at Famous Footwear for Sketchers that last forever.

Ive shopped at Payless my whole life. They have good shoes for less. But its not a wide variety, just a little bit of everything.

Like the time they take to make you feel important and find the shoe you want and the right size.

Thanks to Payless Ive learned the lesson that you do not need to spend $100 on your shoes in order to get a good pair. I usually always get a pair of shoes that have safetstep on them, which is something that basically fast food employees wear so they are non slip in Grease. As a parent, the more non-slip shoes you have, the better. Even those who are not parents, you will find a perfectly good pair of shoes here. Im telling you, there is no difference between $100 pair of shoes and a $30 pair of shoes except for a brand name. I own a pair of LeBron 6s and almost all of my Payless shoes outlasted the life of my LeBrons. Of course, I was forced to wear my LeBrons as regular shoes and as any shoe lover will know, this is a major mistake when it comes to wearing expensive shoes in the first place. Payless usually always runs some sort of deal, whether or not it is buy one get one free or buy one get one 1/2 off. plus there are a lot of companies that give you discounts here, McDonalds gives employee discounts at Payless (well, McDonalds gives you a coupon if you work at McDonalds to get discounted shoes from Payless), and I have also had my AAA benefits give me a discount here as well. if you have a credit card with a Rewards program, check to see if they have any rewards or discounts for Payless, you will be surprised. Dont forget, always wear socks when you go to buy a new pair of shoes, you will most definitely want to try your shoes on first, and a lot of shoe places will not let you try on your shoes if you do not have a pair of socks because it is considered unsanitary. Deals Payless runs do not cover only shoes they also apply to any product in the store including shoelaces, etc. Unless otherwise stated.
