2/1/19 been with Rite Aid for many years today Jeff answered the phone with a fake happy greeting but when he has to do his job it seems to be a hassle and he has an attitude. I havent had any other problems with anyone else.

I was told today this Rite Aid no longer has Primatene tablets

Came in on Sat Sept 28th at around 11:00 for my daughter to recieve her senior immunization shot. When I asked about it the Pharmacist on duty there was very rude and condecending to both my daughter and myself and acted like we were bothering him and the girl that was working with him. It was very unprofessional and I almost went off on them. I will never use this Pharmacy again....

I am very impressed with the Rite Aid in Barberton. I have lived her for 15 months. I had bad experiences with Rite Aid in the past, so I was reluctant to go there. Since its so close to home, it was the most convenient option for my pharmacy needs. I shop here 2-3 times per week. The customer service is awesome. The pharmacy has been great. I choose to go to rite aid instead of walmart for basic items. I spend over $100 a month for non prescripting items. The store is well organized. The prices are reasonable.

Staff is very helpful and friendly especially the pharmacy theyre great !!

My family and I have been going here for years for our prescriptions. They truely have an amazing team that will go the extra mile for you! I moved away from home and actually make the extra drive just to come here lol

Every time my Dr, or my childrens Dr calls in a prescription its never filled by the time I go to pick it up. I asked the gentleman who works there if I need to call rite aid after the Drs call in the prescription just to make sure they fill it so its ready by the time I get there and he said no, it usually isnt like this, and they are just a couple hours behind. I told him this happens every time, and all he said was sorry and smiled. I will be calling a manager if it keeps happening. So frustrating especially when my kids are sick and need their medicine!

Very clean store. Never many people working there though. Can be very quiet and pricey depending.
