Great overall place. The people are amazing and do whatever they can to meet your needs. Lisa the manager is funny and professional all in the same breath. If I could rate it a 20 I would. The delivery guys are amazing and the assistants and the best.

We Loved our Experience with Barberton Rent-A-Center. They were very respectful and the Bed we bought has been great. The delivery guy was extremely careful. Will definitely be back to buy something else in the future!!!

Dont be late on your payments by even a day or else youre getting harassed. Other than that i paid my bed off and even had 2 free replacement in the time it took to pay off. Worth it for someone who doesnt have alot of money upfront for something you really need that is expensive.

The place is clean. The sales staff really want to help out. They come to u as u come in the store. I was looking to rent an Xbox one and pay the 6 month cash option. I could see paying $50.00 over the cost value from a store if I bought it outright. Maybe even $100.00 but, that was pushing it. They were going to charge me $200.00 over the true cash value at the six months same as cash buyout. Thanks but NO THANKS!

Would give them -5 if I could. Horrible customer service, put a hole in my wall and its been four months and still not fixed. The original couches I wanted were ruined so I had to settle for something else. They harass you even if your only a day late on a payment. Heck they call you a million times on the day your payments due and bug you just to rush you in to make a payment. All around horrible I would never recommend going to rent a center to anyone!😡😡

I rented a laptop from this location a little while ago for school. When I tried returning it to another location, I was told to call the location I rented from while at the store to confirm tracking/product numbers. The associates called the location to confirm the numbers and whatnot but when the woman answered and realized what I was doing, I was immediately met with a nasty attitude. Not because I was late on payments or an actual reason, but because she got me mixed up with another customer.In conjunction with being outright disrespected, not only for me to hear but also the associate and manager of the other location, I was insulted that this woman thought I was really trying to return another computer- like I dont have good sense. I was just completely blown away that she was being so nasty with me, right off the bat. Eventually I found out that she had me confused with another customer who was late on payment, however, that isnt and shouldnt be the way you treat customers.I have yet to return to this location because of how that woman- Janet- was so unprofessional and completely obnoxious to me for no discernible reason. Fortunately, every other professional I dealt with to get this matter dealt with were completely understanding and even apologetic for their colleagues irrational behavior.

Zero stars if I could I never write reviews on places but this one was so terrible I had to. Everyone there is rude condescending and annoying they call 6 to 7 times a day show up randomly with no notice and if your a day late on payment forget about payment plans or extending a few days until you get paid they dont work with you and expect you to go in the backyard and pick money off the trees at their convience. And dont get me started on Lisa! A monkey could do her job better then she ever could she yells and screams at you very rude and will twist everything you say to make you sound like the bad guy all in all this rent a center is terrible and Im assuming others are just like this if you can stay away! These people dont know how to run a business nor do they know how to be professional and take care of their customers....which by the way are the ones signing these peoples paychecks STAY AWAY Unless you like getting talked down to and disrespected
