Hubby needed a new cordless, circular saw and found what he needed at the best price around. The people working there knew all about the saw to get him the best battery packs for his needs. At checkout, they said the batteries were eligible for an additional discount and the outlet mall issues a discount card for most stores too. They gave him that discount on the spot too. Great experience and they follow current covid rules too.

Was once a Great place to get spare power tools, prices are creeping up Ive noticed. Soon buying new at a retail store will make it not worth the drive. Tired of being shadowed by store help.

Great place with a large selection of ridged and ryobi tools with some other options too. If you need replacement batteries for your tools this is the place to go if you’re ok with factory reconditioned products at a fraction of normal cost. The staff is very helpful and go out of there way even on busy days.

August 11th 2017.I just stopped at Direct Tools in Wisconsin. Ive been coming here once a year every year since I found the place. Normally the service is great however this year there was a brain fart. I purchased $400 worth of tools and proceeded out of the store only to find a coupon for $10 off your purchase of $50 or more. I returned to the store five minutes after my purchase and asked if I could pick up something off the shelf with 14 bucks and use the $10 coupon seeing is that I had just spent 400. The answer was a resounding no and when I try to rationalize with the shopkeeper I was told I would have to buy another tool for $50 and that was the only way they can do it. Pretty disappointing for someone who just spent $400. Customers are worth thousands of dollars over their lifetime and to jeopardize it over a $10 coupon seems asinine. Perhaps some better training in customer service is required.

I came from Chicago for vacation and my wife need a Vacuum cleaner the prices are the best and Customer service too I ended up buying a ridgid drill ridgid saw and a extra ridgid battery and weed wacker and a subaru washer for a good price
