Went in on a Monday to reserve a trailer for the following weekend and they said you are good to go. It’s reserved for you. Went to pick it up this afternoon and it was gone to another customer. Apparently the person I worked with didn’t reserve it, just gave me a quote and never submitted it. Very frustrating.

Raymond and the team made my move EASY! Thank you so much. Among arriving to Baraboo–with damn near everything I own–late at night, I was worried to go through the Uhaul process. Nonetheless, Raymond went above and beyond to help me figure everything out. Beyond that night, Raymond and his team helped me figure out billing and moving out. We have had positive experiences at this location but have only dealt with the manager before. They have employed some nasty young female who seems to hate her job,her customers and life in general. If this is the type of customer service this location is going to offer going forward the entire facility will go the way of the Kmart they are now occupying.

Ray went above and beyond to address my emergency with my trailer hitch. He was able to fix the issue , explained what had been done and was cooperative, knowledgeable, thorough and help me beyond my expectations. The facility is the nicest I have ever been in and staff was polite. I will travel to this location again. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

To start, I am giving myself partial blame, as I should never have trusted Uhaul to install a hitch on a new vehicle.Review: Took in our new car to have a hitch installed. We were told it would take 1-1.5 hours, but ended up taking 2.5-3 hours. Whatever, no biggie.However, after arriving back home, we found out the general manager broke off a piece of the vehicle in the trunk during the install. We took the vehicle back to address the error, but there was no remorse or attempt to fix the issue. He was also clearly not surprised, indicating he he was well aware that he broke the piece and decided not to tell me when it occurred. The only offer was that he could give us the phone number to their claim department. Despite his lack of competency and causing the damage, it is on us to get it all fixed.Short version: I wouldnt trust this place with my sons tricycle. The lack of knowledge, professionalism, and accountability is second to none.

Got a trailer hitch installed on my SUV. The price was right and the work was performed well. Upon picking up the vehicle the floor salesperson was super helpful in explaining the additional parts we needed but wasnt just trying to push a sale. I highly recommend them if you need to get a hitch installed on your vehicle.

I showed for my 10am reservation at 9:30am, with the knowledge that the U-Haul facility here in Baraboo, WI opens at 9:00am (posted on the website and on the facilitys front door). The facility had not opened by 10:20 am, and I left to go about my day. There were three other people waiting; I contacted the Lake Delton location and also the traffic center in Madison to request assistance/alternative rental options. No other options were available to me, though they assured me that the facility would be opened by 10:15am. At least those locations were polite....

Great customer service. They are on top of everything top notch. Very organized.
