I had a very positive experience when I recently had my windshield replaced at Badger Glass! Friendly customer service and they did the job very quickly.

Window done quick and did a great job on it.

No experience but an answering machine..they never called me back!

I feel compelled to write a review when a local business returns my call, schedules service, does quality work and takes my money. Its so simple and Badger Glass did all the things.

Set appointment date was 05/20/2020 (called to set up appointment on 05/13/2020). Technician arrived and explained that, he did not have the proper tools for the window and he would return next week to replace it. One week goes by and no technician. I call back only to have to give all my information again and told, we will call you back. Another week goes by, no technician or call back. I call again, voice mail box full. I continuously call everyday for another week until I finally get ahold of someone, I explained my frustration with how long this is taking and all the woman said was, there is nothing we can do about it finally, I recieved a call back confirming a technician will replace the window 06/03/2020 just about a month after I was told the appointment would be. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and non-caring. 1/5 stars for the poor experience.

Great place for car windshield replacement. Fair prices and very efficient. Everyone is friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place for your glass needs!

These people have no idea what theyre doing. Called in gave them the VIN# and they ordered the wrong windshield 2 times and then lied and said we never game them our VIN number and that it was our fault. What a joke! Avoid this place, go to Gerber

Absolutely satisfied with the service Badger Glass provided. The rear window of my car was smashed out last Friday and I called and spoke with Pat. She is an angel!! I was very shaken up over the incident that caused my window to be broken out and her kindness help calm me. Chad was able to fix my window this afternoon and went beyond regular customer service. Truly a silver lining in a bad situation. If I ever need glass replaced or repaired I will definitely be calling Badger Glass! Thank you!
