I have been having issues with a replacement phone so needed to get another replacement phone. This was not MetroPCS fault, but unfortunately I had to in less than a month pay another activation fee for a new phone. This store had two people working. At first, the sales woman said that my new phone would be locked (after I told her that it would in fact be unlocked). I had no issues at a different store activating my phone with my same SIm card. I did not bring my old phone. They proceeded to tell me that I would need to purchase a new SIM card because it was not working in this new phone. They never looked up the information on the phone and put it in the system. I knew that was incorrect so I left. Unfortunately with stores closing earlier, I had to wait until the next day to drive out to Beaumont instead. The sales woman in Beaumont knew exactly what I was talking about and used my SIM card without any problem. Do NOT go to the store in Banning since they are not knowledgeable with the basics of activating a phone.

This place sucks. Dont buy from them.

Went into Metro and opened a new account and i was able to get a new phone not just for me but for my kids and got an awesome deal. Sales girl went above and beyond to give the best service....super nice. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my future phone needs

Amazing service went in last mintuue with another phone cancellation from another company. Got a new phone amazing price amazing staff and really helpful Melissa and Jason made our experience amazing on how helpful nice and interactive they were with us very customer friendly and on point with there sales amazing staff defenitly satisfied with how they worked with us will be recommending their store more around!!

Went into this new location on feb 27 to buy 2 new phones and ended up paying for the new month march since i had to anyways in 2 days ....but march 1st hits and i get a message saying i owe $11.56 today or my account will be suspended and after i just paid my bill and new phones ...i thought it had to be an error so i ignored it but march 2nd my phone is suspended .. So i call them and let them know whats going on and it turns out the people changed my account rate to a higher one without my knowledge but while i was in the store i paid the same rate ive had. They were even saying how awesome of a rate i already had and they still changed it!.. Overall they no longer will have my business they are shady! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

I usually go into rio ranch metro but I hate the guy that works there so I was happy to see a new metro store around my area. I won’t be returning to rio ranch metro location and I recommend this new Ramsey spot across from banning civic center. Went in to pay my bill but was able to upgrade my phone also great vibes from the people working there. Ask for Jesse that’s who helped me out. DONT GO TO RIO RANCH METROPCS.
