Weve been looking for a new mattress both in store & online. The down side online of course is you cant test them for comfort. So we went to our local Mattress Firm store & were glad we did because we were helped by a very knowledgeable salesman named Kevin. Based on the information we gave him we narrowed it down to 3 mattresses. He did not try to sell us on any in particular but explained the differences between them. We settled on the Tempurpedic Pro Adapt & yes it cost more than the others but we chose it not because Kevin was trying to sell us on it but because we really liked it & our budget allowed. Kevin is the nicest, most knowledgeable & detailed person as a salesperson weve ever encountered & I wish there were more salespeople like him wherever were shopping for anything.

Great buy and customer service. John the sales associate was very knowledgeable and patient with my husband and I. He listened to our needs. He started off by doing a questionnaire designed by google to help narrow down the hundreds of options. He then showed us all the beds that might work and told us the technology and details behind each mattress while we tried them out. After narrowing it down to two options we felt comfortable testing them a few more times while he offered us more information between the 2 all the while being very friendly and welcoming. He make the process very simple for us. We walked out knowing we picked the best bed for us and knowing we got a great deal as well. We feel100٪ confident in our choice. Kevin is the Man! We came in looking to replace our bed and get help finding what is best for us. Kevin explained the difference and masked us a few questions about our sleep patterns and helped us dial our new bed down and made sure we were truly satisfied. The process wasn’t rushed, nothing was pushed on us, and Kevin had a great amount of knowledge that answered all of my questions. Just walked in to the store. Nobody acknowledged me at all. A desk clerk went to get a sales person. Who promptly walked past me and went to help the people who came in after me. As I walked out nobody asked if I needed anything I just kept walking. Definitely not a place I would recommend from my experience. It’s not that hard to acknowledge people when they come in. Or to take customers in order. What a bummer I’ve only ever looked online and decided I would buy from here. Was looking forward to ordering my mattress today. Guess not.

I only needed a bed foundation so I wasnt sure how willingly they would be to help me. I expected some push back and attempts to sell me more than I wanted. However, during my phone call, I was pleasantly surprised. Kevin was very helpful and easy to work with. He provided me with information that led me to purchasing my foundation with delivery in 2 days. It was all a phone and web transaction, and everything went seamlessly. Now I will see how the rest of the process goes with delivery and set up, but I expect it to be as easy as my purchase.

Went in to this store in Banning today with my wife, not intending to purchase a mattress. I intended to test some mattresses to get an idea of the type that I would purchase elsewhere. I expected the price range to be far outside of what I was willing to pay. Andrew did not try to pressure us in to buying anything, which I really appreciate. The pushy, over-ambitious, salesman thing tends to irritate me. In fact, we let him know almost immediately, that we did not intend to purchase a mattress. He was more than willing to simply share his extensive knowledge on sleep science and every product in the store. I am a meticulous shopper and I like to get as much information as I can before I make a big purchase. I am not the easiest customer to deal with as I will often go back and forth, testing this and that, multiple times before I make a decision. Andrew was very patient, knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Between giving us information on the various mattresses and platform options, and figuring out what sort of sleep issues we were having, I began to lean towards making a purchase. After learning the great financing options combined with fair prices and great promotional deals, the decision was made. I ended up going with an inner-spring/memory foam hybrid and an adjustable base. I am very happy with my purchase and I couldn’t ask for a better purchasing experience. I bought a mattress and adjustable fram from the store in banning ca . they really sold up there products and warranty so i got the best warranty just in case. Unfortunately the frame stopped working and i have got nothing but run around from the store about how to have the issue addressed . I called the service number and was referred back to the store for there response to be not there issue. Be careful what store you buy from there worse than car sales man they do not back there products the way they sell it up. Ive tried more then once to try and get this fram looked at it stuck sitting up with no power faulty equipment this is not what i was expecting when you spend a few thousand dollars.

We bought a new bed a little over a year ago. It did not hold up well and we needed to start a warranty claim on the mattress. It took forever to get a hold of the store since everything was closed due to Covid. When we finally got a hold of the store, Andrew helped us. He was so attentive to our needs. I needed help during the process of trying to figure out how to do all of this online. Andrew helped walk me through all of what I had to take care of on my end. He was patient and professional the whole time. When we came into the store he helped us find the right mattress for our needs. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about the products they offered. He gave us time. He wasn’t too push like most sales people are. He followed up with us which was helpful in this busy world of ours. We are looking forward to our new bed. Knowledgable, friendly and helpful.I bought a mattress here in June and after 5 1/2 months I went back because it wasn’t the best mattress for me and I remembered they have a return policy, further I was told that the return policy had expired but they would do their best for me and that was an understatement! My husband and I walked in the showroom which was quite busy. Andrew took the time to greet us personally and said he would be with us in a moment. There was no pressure and our overall experience was great. Both Andrew and Jacob deserve recognition for their great customer service skills. Very personable and extremely helpful. My only complaint is the inflated prices for accessories like pillows, sheets, and mattress covers.

I am extremely disappointed. I had such a wonderful experience. Shared it with my son who was buying a mattress for his dad with Parkinson’s. The mattress was to go Local and ended up in Texas. No real way to make contact with anyone due to Covid. So now we scramble for delivery from someone else in 2 days.

My boyfriend and I walked in looking for a new bed, Jacob was the sales associate that greeted us and was very helpful and informative! He showed us several mattresses and helped us find the perfect fit for our needs. We did not feel pressured and he was not pushy, I’m in retail management so I know good customer service when I see it and Jacob was awesome if you are planning on going into this specific location I highly recommend you ask for him specifically :)

I suffered from backaches for too many years to count. I finally went in to get a new mattress. Lisa was very helpful, professional, and very sweet. She was very patient and helped me find the perfect fit. I was so pleased with the service I received. I purchased a mattress for my daughter too. I slept on my new bed and woke up pain free for the first time in decades. I went back a couple days later to purchase another bed for my son who also suffers back problems since serving in the army. I will definitely be getting another mattress from here for my guest room.

I went in last year looking to replace my worn out 15 yr mattress. The store manager was amazing showing me mattresses that fit my budget. It was delivered a couple days later. Loved it felt great and I slept well. Well I had an issue with it not so much as firmness or what not. It a stitching came out and the warranty center took care of it. Today I went in and because they didn’t sell my model anymore, I was upgraded for free, delivery was included and the quickness of how it was handled was awesome. Great staff and very prompt.
