I arrived to the shop location at 9:00am. They opened for business on time and everyone looked ready for work. Two other customers were in front of me but they were attentive to everyone. When my turn came along, I told them that I needed a front end alignment and they entered my vehicle information into their system because it was my first time at their shop. I signed off that I approved the work to be done and sat in there waiting room. It took an hour to complete the front end alignment and then I paid off the service. They accept credit card and cash. Overall, I had a good experience, an in and out service experience, with good customer service.

We were on vacation and our tires were making weird noises. We stopped in just to take a look and without prompting one of the guys came out to us and offered to put it up on a lift and do a visual inspection. Turns out it was just our new tires interacting weirdly with the pavement. I really appreciated the service and wouldnt hesitate to come back.

I was stranded with a blow out and Duran was very helpful and he saved me. He put my spare tire on for me without any charges. Hes a life saver. Give that man a raise

We stopped here near the end of our long drive to Anaheim because our tires were making a weird noise. An employee walked right over and talked to us. They got our car up on the lift and checked out. Everything was good, and they topped the air off for us and sent us on our way free of charge! Thank you for reassuring and taking care of us so quickly!

A Tire Choice mechanic really went above and beyond to help us fix a flat tire. He found an innovative approach to be able to lower our spare tire that two mobile car repairman could not do. Took me in to fix my breaks on a Friday late afternoon/evening on a holiday weekend when 2 other places told me they couldnt help me till the following Monday/Tuesday. Did a quick & efficient job sooner than expected. Knew what they were doing and didnt mess around.A bit pricey, but well worth it.

I was very happy with the service I received here. I was in emergency need of a new battery as I had to jump my car to get there.They had the battery I needed and quickly had me back on the road, even aired up my tires which I appreciate.The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and the person who helped me was very nice and helpful. What a great experience with a shop when out of town/passing through. Bernardo, the assistant manager, got us in and his guy looking at our car quickly. We were on way to Carlsbad, Ca starting our vacation when we started losing power in the stop and go traffic after Palm Springs. He told us what was going on, radiator fan not working at full capacity. But was honest with us that if we just turn the air off and sweat it out until we get out of the heat we dont need to stay over night to have it fixed, or rent a car to continue to our destination. This would have made him and that shop my go to for maintenance and repairs if we were in the area. That honesty cost him a big ticket job, but hopefully people read this and see they would lookout for your best interest too.

My front right tire, unbeknownst to me, was minutes from exploding. I pulled into Tire Choice and talked to Scott Thorton. He was backed up with two days of business but still took the time to check out my tires, which is when he discovered that one was about to pop. He fixed it that day. I showed up 15 minutes before closing. They were kind enough to patch my tire, put it back, on store my spare; and didnt charge me for the service. They are an amazing store with great staff I highly recommend them. Scott, the store manager was great. It is so rare to find people who are willing to go the extra mile, even willing to stay after hours.

My car was stranded off the 10fwy..nit inky am I thankful manager allowed me to charge mh phone and gave me suggestions on mobile mechanics in the area..in the short time I was there..manager sounded legit..not sleazy like other shops..customers seemed not only pleased but fully confident of the charges. Almost explaining as to the costs..not pompous and arrogant.nif course. Restriom..waiting area..immaculate. thank you. Walking in 116 degree weather.. didnt need my biz but you were super nice to me. Not sure how bit I yhink it speaks volumes..if not the owner..hope the owner reads this and realizes what s great brand to he has in the front office.

Got a flat driving home. My car has run flats so I was able to drive to this tire shop. Waited for 10 minutes for someone to help me and I explained to the guy that air was coming out from the side of the tire. He went out to look at my car and without even checking the tire said my rim was bad and I needed a new rim. Never once said let me checked the tire. Luckily their was another tire shop doen the road that DID check the tire and noticed the slash on the tire. They were able to get me a new tire and send me on my way. Worst experience ever at this place. I would never recomend anyone here. I wouldnt even give it a 1 star.

Not a good place to go lie a lot over charg and if you have a check engine light on dont take it here because they dont have a guy that does that idk how they fix cars?

M. Hayes has been professional and nice, they were able to get to me when they can despite the place being busy with a lot of cars. Set me up with a payment plan, I do apologize though for calling again to try and get the part number for the alternator installed just trying to get the part price on the web so I can show two people that the price I got was very fair despite them repeatedly saying how the alternator I got was expensive(no clue what it was except it was a remanufactured nippon denso alternator). I was already set with paying for parts and service. I may have bad memory but I wont be forgetting the place and face for next time I return and need help with my vehicle.

Called yesterday asking if they accept walk ins the guy on the phone said yes! Went in today and theyre only accepting appointments. I felt like the conversation was very uncomfortable when I went in with my kids. I didnt feel welcomed. Being a mother and having to bring your kids to get your car serviced is a struggle and I wish there were more affordable family friendly places.

This weekend I took my wife to Palm Springs to celebrate her birthday. This morning after checking out of the hotel and starting to drive home we got a low tire pressure warning on one tire. All my tires read 27 and one 25, the tires looked fine but we decided it was best to be safe so we found this shop that happened to be open on a Sunday.GREAT fast and friendly service added air to all tires and resetting the sensor at no charge.

Third time taking my truck back after having brake work done. And the brakes keep locking up. Had my whole family in the truck when the brakes locked up again. Tire choice should realy drug test this employees. This is a safety issue.

I needed 4 new tires for a cross country trip. I checked Tire Choice website and found the price for the brand I wanted was $640 installed. I called the shop and was told the price for those same tires would be $680. I arrived at the shop and was given a price of $766 for the exact same size and brand. I asked if he was the same guy I spoke to on the phone and he said yes. He then offered me a $26 discount and I paid $741. The price included a free alignment check for each wheel. He said to make sure I get the alignment checked so I dont wear out the tires. I asked there was something wrong with the alignment and said he had no idea. I asked if I paid for the check in my price and he said yeah you did but I I didnt do it because I would need more time to do it.

Scott Thornton was awesome. I had hit a pot hole on Oak Glen Road on Sunday October 11,2020. I was towed to his garage at 3:30 PM and he closes at 4:00. He replace two tires and did an alignment. He charge a great price. I definitely recommend this garage.

I was thankful this facility was open on Sunday! Someone had hit the back end of my truck and just left - totally destroying the rear tire. AAA put the spare (donut) on for me. I went home to find Tire Choice Auto was OPEN! I put my real spare tire in the truck and took it to this location. The busted tire was changed out with the spare! We traveled to Banning last year for a funeral. Our rental vehicle we had driven from CO had a flat the morning of the funeral. Scott, the store manager, got us in quickly, fixed the tire and made sure we were not late for the funeral. He and his team couldnt have been more sympathetic, professional and understanding. Plus they did a great job fixing the tire. I would highly recommend this business. I only regret it has taken me this long to write a review.

I bring my vehicles here for tires and service. It’s effortless. I deal with Scott. He tells it like it is. Always happy with the wheel alignments I get here. My 94’ F250 had a power steering issue. Tire Choice replaced the power steering pump and it still had a whine as loud as the original. Took it back, they took care of the issue with a new power steering pump and it now works like it should. Quite as a Prius. Also came with a new warranty. No business is perfect, but this one always takes care of me and my vehicles.

Scott had alot of patience with me and my long 5 hour car repair. He gave me a overall look and diagnosis of my car he was very polite Nd very determined to help me and get th problems fixed. Bathrooms were available a soda machine and very good customer service.

I had a good experience here a few months back when I had to purchase new tires, today I went in for an oil change and once again Scott was very nice, and patient while I decided on which oil to use. There was another gentleman who was really nice to who worked on my car but I didn’t get his name. I work next door so it’s convenient to leave my car to get serviced while I’m working. Thanx guys!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I woke up to a flat tire, which was not a great start, and had an important prenatal appointment with my doctor in San Bernardino that morning. I called Tire Choice first thing when they opened and Rick said he could help me out if I came in right away, I was so thankful! On my way there I spilled my whole breakfast smoothie in my cup holder!!! Not shaping up to be my morning. Anyway, Rick and his team fixed my tire so fast! AND they cleaned up my spilled smoothie!!!! My whole day got so much better after that .... they really went above and beyond fixing my tire last minute and cleaning up my breakfast mistake!Will definitely be back for future car maintenance.Would reccomend to EVERYONE!

Took my 2012 Boss 302 Mustang in for nee TPMS wheel sensors. My new rims came without them. They installed my supplied parts and turnned my dash warning light off in less than an hour! Excellent care and work was done. My wheels are gloss black and they look perfect with no chips or scratches. Highly recommend this shop if you car has performance wheels and low profile tires.

We were traveling from Palm Springs to Santa Barbara and got a flat on Christmas Eve got us on the road. Other tire places closed at 1pm but they stayed open!

Went in to get tires rotated till I realized I really need new tires. They didnt have my size and although they were going to close, a kind man named Scott called a local tire shop to check if they had my tire and convinced them to give me a new tire change (which takes about an hour) although they were closing in 20 min. VERY helpful and kind!

Scott was wonderful. Had to get towed in with 2 bolts that fell off my strut...ugh. He tossed it up on the lift, replaced the bolts and only charged me for an hour. This is service the way it is supposed to be!
