HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! BAIT AND SWITCH! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THEM. I received a written quote on a new car. When it was time to write the contract and close they raised the price 5k! I showed them the written offer but they refused and treated me poorly and was very disrespectful ! General Manager NEVER returned my call after leaving two voicemails! Very rude and unprofessional organization!

Terrible customer satisfaction. Made deal with them on the phone after trip down on a Friday , 90 mile round trip. Made arrangements at 5:30 pm to come down next morning to pick it up, great...wrong they texted!!! me 2 hours later and told me they sold truck....talk about mad. They called me an hour after that around 8 pm and said the next morning they would try and find one....Monday night and still no call back...call original sales man that called me on his phone, only to get s hit talk by a drunken salesperson...

My hsuband and I purchased a brand new truck off the lot 2 days later the moter blew.. So we decided not to return but some years later my parents wanted to purchase a ford flex reluctant we went back as its a small town no dealers close by and yes the same service they are all are nice and promise the world to u when purchasing but when u return they act like we owe them something shame on you Diamond Hills... Word travels faster then advertise does... We will never step foot at this place of business again. A happy customer will return and speak well about the service and place of business but a unhappy customer with alwyas speak. The truth on the poor service and customer service they had.

Horrible, management is lacking, General Manager is never there, and does except phone calls. You really should shop elsewhere. Myself have over 20 years experience at car dealerships. This one is at the bottom.

We bought a vehicle from Diamond Hills last month. Our salesman was really patient, and really accommodating. The sales and finance departments took the time to get us just what we wanted. The building, although undergoing renovation, was squeeky clean. There was even entertainment for the kids! We had a great experience here. I highly recommend this establishment.

We drove in from AZ (5hrs) because we saw a vehicle on their website that was a much better deal than we could get in Phoenix. Before we made the trip I called and spoke with Frank Goodale. Because it was the holiday weekend Frank took my number and said he would call me if the vehicle sold before I left. Frank was great to work with. The dealership was easy to find and is nice, having gone through renovation. Diamond is a GMC/Chevy dealership but I was looking for a Dodge EcoDiesel used truck. Their price was in line for this particular vehicle.I found Frank to be a genuinely honest person with absolutely No pressure sales tactics. And for anyone coming in from Arizona to buy a vehicle, Diamond does work with you to get that AZ sales tax financed and willdeliver to the state line. This was overall the easiest and most pleasant car buying experiences.

I had a very bad experience when buying a truck here and was outright lied to by Brian about the futures on the vehicle and about what I was getting. For example the truck had a flat tire when it was shown to me and he told me that he would have it filled up before I drove it home that night and he did not get it taken care of and claimed that he could not find the attachment to fill the tire using the air compressor. And rather than taking the truck down the street to the gas station he told me that I could do it myself. Brain is less than professional and someone to avoid. As for lieing about what the truck was equipped with the add online said that the truck had remote start and it didnt infact the next day after purchasing the vehicle I had to go back to the dealership and have have the gas port pin replaced because the one that the manufacturer installed was missing so the fuel port was just freely floating behind the fuel door knocking around when I was on the freeway. While I was getting that issue resolved I popped over into the parts department to see about getting some remotes for the truck at which point they told me that I would have to pay to have them see what my truck was equipped with to see what kind of key fob the truck was configured for. They also suggested that I buy a new remote kit and have them just install it which wouldve been around $350. I took it to a lock smith who sold me a new key and fob aswell as programmed them to the truck for $120 using the existing equipment.Long story short this dealership has some major issues and makes Chevy look bad due to their willingness to lie and inability to operate at a professional level.
